Mudguard Assembly Procedures
Step 1:
Remove the rear and front mudgaurds and parts
from the packing.

Step 2: (rear mudguard)
For installation position the bicycle upside down,
release the QR lever of the rear wheel. Move or
remove the rear wheel. Use a 3mm allen key lock
the mudguard stopper with 1mm play. Install the
rear wheel and secure the QR lever.

Step 3: (rear mudguard continued)
Place the bicycle back on its wheel. Fix the front end of
mudguard first. Insert the zip ties into the plastic
adaptor, then use a 4mm allen key to fix the adaptor in
position. Cut the extra length of zip ties close to the
plastic adaptor. Lock the mudguard stay. Repeat the
other side. Use 10mm wrench to adjust the clearance.

Step 4: (front mudguard)
Use a 4mm allen key to assemble the plastic
adaptor below the V-brake. Repeat for the other
side. Clamp the mudguard stay. Use 10mm wrench
to adjust the clearance. Cut the extra length of zip
ties if necessary.

Carrier Assembly Procedures
Step 1: (front carrier)
Use a 3mm allen key to tighten the center stay of
the carrier to the upper part of the fork, use a
5mm allen key fix the carrier stay to both sides.
Note: put spacer in between the stay and fork
before tightening all bolts.

Step 2: (rear carrier)
The rear carrier includes carrier body, 1 long M5
bolt and 1 shorter M5 bolt, and 4 Igus self-
lubricating plastic bushings.
Use the bolt to push all the 4 Igus into the 4
holes on the back of the seat tube. Use 5mm
allen key to tighten the carrier with longer bolt on
top and short bolt at bottom.

Kickstand Assembly Procedures
Use the 8mm allen key to tighten the kickstand,
adjust the angle to prevent interference with
crank.
