Assembly Procedures
Step 1:
Unpack the box –(1) a 90% assembled Reach, (2)
stem, (3) stem raiser, (4) seat / seat post, (5) front
wheel / QR, and (6) pedals.

Step 2:
Assemble the stem to the gooseneck, and insert the
stem raiser into the head tube, adjust the
handlebar height and alignment, close the QR lever
on top of the stem.
Note:
Do not raise the seat higher than the
minimum insertion mark. 5

Step 3:
Assemble the saddle and seat post, insert the seat
post into the seat tube, and close the seat clamp
QR lever.

Note: Do not raise the seat post higher
than the minimum insertion mark (the
upper one).

Step 4:
Insert the front hub skewer into the front hub and
screw into the nub. Insert the front hub into the
front dropouts. Let the QR lever on the left side of
you. Align the center of the wheel. Close the QR
lever at proper tightness. Hook the brake cable.

Step 5:
Assemble the pedals
into the cranks.

Step 6:
Adjust the height and
alignment of seat post
and handlebar.
Note: Do not raise the seat and handlebar
over the minimum insertion mark.

Note: Do no put over 25kg of luggage on the carriers.

How to fold
Level 1.
Remove front wheel and seat. Open the QR and
swing the rear swing arm to get the rear wheel into
the front fork.* Pull out the handlebar stem. Stand
the bicycle on the rear carrier(optional) or put it
into the car trunk.
*Note: Shift to the chain to the largest rear cog
when folding the rear wheel into the front fork.

How to fold
Level 2.
Take off the rear wheel, pack the bike in a carrying
bag for travel.
