1 INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
1.1 Costruttore
Il costruttore è la ditta PACTUR srl, con sede
a Zola Predosa (BO), Italia, in Via Nannetti, 4.
1.2 Certificazione
La Macchina è realizzata in conformità delle Direttive Co-
munitarie pertinenti ed applicabili nel momento della sua
immissione sul mercato.
Non rientrando la Macchina nell’ ALLEGATO IV della DI-
RETTIVA 89/392/CEE, la Pactur S.r.l. provvede alla
Autocertificazione per apporre la marcatura CE .
1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Manufacturer
The manufactuer is PACTUR srl, Via
Nannetti, 4, 40069 Zola Predosa (BO), Italy.
1.2 Certification
The machines are built in compliance with the pertinent
and applicable European Community Directives in the
moment of his put on the market.
Not being part of the IV ENCLOSURE of the Machine
DIRECTIVE 89/ 392/ CEE, Pactur provides for the self-
certification for affix the CE mark

1.4 Garanzia
Pactur riconosce, per ogni suo prodotto, la garanzia di 1
anno a partire dalla data di spedizione, eccetto i nastri
trasportatori, le parti soggette a normale usura derivata
dall’utilizzo della macchina, le parti elettriche ed elet-
troniche.
La Garanzia comprende esclusivamente le parti sostitui-
te, con esclusione della mano d’opera .
Non sono compresi nella Garanzia, danni alla Macchina
causati da :
•trasporto e/o movimentazione;
•errori dell’Operatore;
•mancata manutenzione prevista dal presente Manuale
(vedere paragrafo 6.5);
•guasti e/o rotture non imputabili al malfunzionamento
della stessa;
For any necessity inherent the use, the maintenance or
the application of spare parts, the Customer has begged
address to the above mentioned authorised Assistance
centre, specifying the identifying data of the machine
brought on the plates (Fig.1):
1.4 Guarantee
Pactur recognises, for each his product, the guarantee
of 1 year beginning from the date of consignment, except
the ribbons conveyors, the subject parts to normal
usury derived from the use of the machine, the electric
and electronic parts.
The Guarantee understands the parts exclusively you
replace, with exclusion of the hand of work.
Are not included in the Guarantee, damages caused to
the machine from:
•transport and/ or moving;
•mistakes from the operator;
•missing maintenance foreseen from the present manual
(see paragraph 6.5);
•breakdowns and/ or break-ups not chargeable to the
malfunction of the machine;

1.5 Predisposizioni a carico del Cliente
Fatti salvi eventuali accordi contrattuali diversi, sono nor-
malmente a carico del Cliente:
•Predisposizioni dei locali, comprese eventuali opere
murarie e/o canalizzazioni richieste;
•Alimentazione Elettrica della Macchina, in conformità
alle Norme vigenti nel Paese di utilizzo (vedere para-
grafo 4.6.3);
•Alimentazione pneumatica con aria compressa (ve-
dere paragrafo 4.6.1);
1.5 Predisposition at Customer’s
machine
Excluding possible different contractual agreements, it is
normally at Customer’s machine:
•Predisposition of the rooms, inclusive possible buildings
work and/ or canalisation if required;
•Electrical supply of the machine, in conformity with the
actual Norms in use in the Country where the machine
is working (see paragraph 4.6.3);
•pneumatic Feeding with compressed air (see paragraph
4.6.1);

Il Cliente deve leggere con estrema attenzione le infor-
mazioni riportate nel presente Manuale, in quanto una
corretta Predisposizione, Installazione ed Utilizzazione
della Macchina, costituiscono la base del rapporto
Costruttore - Cliente.
1.6 Structure of the manual
The Customer must read the information of the present
manual with extreme attention because a correct
Predisposition, Installation and Use of the machine,
constitutes the base of a good relationship between
Builder- Customer.
1.6.1 Scopo e contenuto
Questo Manuale ha lo scopo di fornire al Cliente tutte le
informazioni necessarie affinché, oltre ad un adeguato
utilizzo della Macchina, sia in grado di gestire la stessa
nel modo più autonomo e sicuro possibile. Esso com-
prende informazioni inerenti l’aspetto Tecnico, il Funzio-
namento, il Fermo Macchina, la Manutenzione, i Ricambi
e la Sicurezza.
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione sulla Macchina,
gli Operatori ed i Tecnici Qualificati devono leggere
attentamente le istruzioni contenute nella presente
pubblicazione.
In caso di dubbi sulla corretta interpretazione delle istru-
zioni, interpellare il Costruttore per ottenere i necessari
chiarimenti.
É vietato effettuare qualsiasi operazione senza avere
letto e ben compreso il contenuto del presente ma-
nuale.
1.6.1 Purpose and contained
This Manual has the purpose of giving the Customer all
the necessary information that, a part to an adequate use
of the machine, it should enable him to use the same in
the most autonomous and sure possible way. It includes
information about the Technical appearance, the Operation,
the stop-machine, the Maintenance, the spare parts and
the Safety.
Before effect any operation on the machine, the
Operators and the Technical Qualified must read the
instructions contained in the present publication
attentively.
In case of doubts on the correct interpretation of the
instructions, do not hesitate to contact the Builder for
getting the necessary explanations.
It is forbidden to effect any operation without having
read and well understood the content of the present
manual.
1.6.2 Destinatari
Il Manuale in oggetto è rivolto sia all’Operatore che ai Tec-
nici abilitati alla Manutenzione della Macchina.
I Conduttori non devono eseguire operazioni riservate ai
Manutentori o ai Tecnici qualificati.
Il Costruttore non risponde di danni derivanti dalla man-
cata osservanza di questo divieto.
1.6.2 Recipients
The Manual in object is addressed both to the Operator
and to the Technician qualified for the Maintenance of the
machine.
The end users must not perform operations reserved to
the Technical qualified operators.
The Builder doesn’t answer about damages occurred by
a missing observance of this prohibitions.

1.6.3 Conservazione
Il Manuale di Istruzioni deve essere conservato nelle im-
mediate vicinanze della Macchina, dentro un apposito
contenitore e, soprattutto, al riparo da liquidi e quant’altro
ne possa compromettere lo stato di leggibilità.
1.6.3 Maintenance
Instructions manual must be preserved in the immediate
vicinity of the machine, inside a proper container and,
above all, to the shelter from liquid and whatever could
jeopardise the state of legibility of it.
1.6.4 Simboli Utilizzati
PERICOLO GENERICO
Indica un pericolo con rischio, anche mortale, per
l’Utilizzatore.
PEROCOLO DI FOLGORAZIONE
Segnala al personale interessato, che l'operazione descrit-
ta presenta, se non effettuata nel rispetto delle normative
di sicurezza, il rischio di subire uno shock elettrico.
AVVERTENZA
Indica una avvertenza od una nota su funzioni chiave o su
informazioni utili.
Prestare la massima attenzione ai blocchi di testo indicati
da questo simbolo.
DIVIETO
La presenza di questo segnale indica le operazioni che
sono assolutamente da evitare in quanto creano pericolo
per l’Utilizzatore e le persone che operano nelle vicinan-
ze.
DIVIETO DI SPEGNERE GLI INCENDI CON ACQUA
La presenza di questo segnale indica il divieto di spegne-
re gli incendi con l'acqua o con qualunque sostanza che
la contenga.
PROTEZIONE PERSONALE
La presenza del simbolo a fianco della descrizione richie-
de l'utilizzo di protezioni personali da parte dell'operatore,
essendo implicito il rischio di infortunio.
1.6.4 Used Symbols
GENERIC DANGER
It points out a danger with risk (also deadly) for the end
user/operator.
SHOCK DANGER
Advises the risk of suffering an electric shock - if an
operation is not effected respecting the safety roules -
PRUDENCE
It points you out a prudence or a note on functions key or
on useful information.
Lend the maximum attention to the blocks of text pointed
out with this symbol.
PROHIBITION
The presence of this signal, points out the operations that
are absolutely to be avoided as create danger for the end
user and people that operate in the vicinity.
PROHIBITION Of EXTINGUISH THE FIRES WITH
WATER
The presence of this signal points out the prohibition of
extinguish the fires with the water or with any substance
that contains it.
PERSONAL PROTECTION
The presence of the symbol to side of the description,
requires the operator to use personal protections, being
implicit the risk of accident.
TECNICO QUALIFICATO
Identifica gli interventi che possono essere eseguiti solo
da personale tecnico qualificato.
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN
It identifies the interventions that could be performed ONLY
from technically qualified personnel.

2 DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA
2.1 Principio di funzionamento
IR550 è una macchina confezionatrice, destinata
all’imballo in film termoetraibile di svariati
prodotti. La sua dotazione di lampade a raggi ad
infrarossi, assicura il mantenimento della temperatura per
un funzionamento continuo e regolare senza interruzioni.
Grazie alla possibilità di regolare sia il piano di inserimen-
to prodotto che la griglia, la macchina IR 550 si adatta al
confezionamento di una gamma molto ampia di prodotti.
2 MACHINE DESCRIPTION
2.1 Beginning of operation
IR550 is a shrink wrapping machine, meant for
packing different kinds of products in shrink film.
It is equipped with infrared lamps, assures you a constant
temperature for a continuous and regular operation without
interruptions. Thanks to the possibility of adjust is sliding
film trolley and the surface where the product is laying
over, the IR550 machine fits to the packaging of a very
wide range of products.

2.4 Condizioni Ambientali
La Macchina IR550 non richiede particolari condizioni
ambientali. Deve essere installata all’interno di un edificio
industriale illuminato, aerato e provvisto di pavimento so-
lido e livellato.
Temperature ammesse da 5° a 40° C, con umidità
non superiore al 50% a 40° C oppure,
non superiore al 90% a 20° C
2.5 Illuminazione
L’illuminazione del locale deve essere conforme alle leggi
vigenti nel Paese in cui è installata la Macchina e deve
comunque garantire una buona visibilità in ogni punto, non
creare riflessi pericolosi e consentire la chiara lettura dei
pannelli di comando, nonché l’individuazione dei pulsanti
di emergenza.
2.6 Vibrazioni
In condizioni di impiego conformi alle indicazioni di corret-
to utilizzo, le vibrazioni non sono tali da fare insorgere
situazioni di pericolo .

2.4 Environmental Conditions
IR550 doesn’t require details environmental conditions. It
must be installed to the inside of an industrial illuminated
building, aired and prepared of solid and levelled floor.
Temperatures admitted from 5° to 40° C, with damp
not superior at 50% to 40° C or,
not superior at 90% to 20° C
2.5 Lighting
The lighting of the place where the machine works, must
be in compliance with the laws in force in the Country and
in any case it must guarantee a good visibility in each point,
don’t create dangerous reflexes and allow the clear reading
of the electronic panels and the easy finding of the
emergency buttons.
2.6 Vibrations
In conditions of correct use of the machine, the vibrations
are not such as causing danger situations.

2.7 Emissioni Sonore
La Macchina è progettata e realizzata in modo da ridurre
alla sorgente il livello di emissione sonora.
Il livello di potenza sonora della Macchina è :
•Livello di potenza sonora Lwa = 68,5 dB ( valore misu-
rato )
Le emissioni sonore sono state effettuate nella zona di
utilizzazione della macchina tenendo in considerazione i
rumori della macchina ed i rumori di fondo presenti al
momento della misurazione.
NOTA
I valori di rumorosità indicati, sono livelli di emissione
e non rappresentano necessariamente livelli operativi
sicuri.
Nonostante esista una relazione fra livelli di emissione e
livelli di esposizione, questa non può essere utilizzata in
modo affidabile per stabilire se siano necessarie o meno
ulteriori precauzioni .
I fattori che determinano il livello di esposizione a cui è
soggetta la forza lavoro, comprendono la durata dell’espo-
sizione, le caratteristiche del locale di lavoro ed altre fonti
di rumore (numero di Macchine, processi adiacenti ecc.) .
Inoltre, anche i livelli di esposizione consentiti possono
variare da Paese a Paese .
In ogni caso, le informazioni citate, consentiranno all’Utente
della Macchina di effettuare una migliore valutazione del
pericolo e del rischio a cui è sottoposto.
2.7 Sonorous Issues
The machine is projected and realised in way to reduce
the level of sonorous issues.
The level of sonorous power of the machine is:
•Level of power sonorous Lwa= 68.5 dB (measured
value)
The sonorous issues have stayed effect in the zone of
use of the machine taking into consideration the noises of
the machine and the leading present noises to the moment
of the measurement.
NOTES
The values of noisiness of the IR 550, are emissions of
the machine and they don’t represent necessarily
operational sure levels.
Despite exists a relationship between levels of emission
and levels of exposure, this could not be used in a reliable
way to establish if further precautions are necessary or
not.
The factors that determine the level of exposure to which
the work force is subject, they understand the last of the
exposure, the characteristics of the place of job and other
fonts of noise (number of machines, adjacent processes
etc.).
Besides, also the levels of allowed exposure could vary
from Country to Country.
In each case, the information we have done, will allow the
Consumer of the machine of make a better evaluation of
the danger and of the risk to which is been subjected.

3 SICUREZZA
3.1 Avvertenze Generali
Nell’uso di macchinari ed impianti industriali, occorre es-
sere consapevoli che le parti meccaniche in movimento
(lineare e rotatorio), le parti elettriche a tensione elevata,
eventuali parti ad alta temperatura, ecc. possono essere
causa di gravi lesioni a persone e cose.
I responsabili per la sicurezza degli impianti devono vigi-
lare affinché:
•Venga evitato ogni uso o manovra impropria.
•Non vengano rimossi o manomessi i dispositivi di sicu-
rezza.
•Vengano eseguiti con regolarità gli interventi di manu-
tenzione.
•Vengano utilizzati esclusivamente ricambi originali so-
prattutto per i componenti che svolgono funzioni di si-
curezza:
•L’Operatore (Utilizzatore) legga con molta attenzione
le informazioni riportate nel presente Manuale, con
particolare riguardo alle opportune precauzioni per la
Sicurezza elencate in questo capitolo.
Al fine di ottenere quanto sopra si rende obbligatorio che:
•Presso la postazione di lavoro sia disponibile la docu-
mentazione di uso, manutenzione ecc. relativa alla
macchina in uso.
•Prevedere appropriati contenitori per lo stoccaggio sia
dei pezzi da lavorare, che per quelli già lavorati
•Tale documentazione sia stata accuratamente letta e
le prescrizioni vengano conseguentemente messe in
pratica.
•Alla macchina vengano assegnate solo persone ade-
guatamente addestrate.
3 SAFETY
3.1 General Instructions
In the use of machinery and industrial fittings, you need to
be aware that the mechanical parts in movement (linear
and rotary), the elevated tension electric parts, possible
hot pieces, etc. could be cause of serious damages to
people.
The responsible for the safety of the equipment must watch
over that:
•It comes avoided each use or improper manoeuvre.
•They safety devices must not be removed or tampered.
•Interventions of maintenance must be performed with
regularity.
•The exclusive use of original spare parts - above all for
components that develop safety functions:
•The Operator (or the end user) must read the
information in the present manual with much attention,
and paying a lot of attention to the precautions for the
Safety listed in this chapter.
To get what above stated, it becomes obligatory that:
•where the machine is working the documentation of
use, maintenance etc. must be availabe,
•foresee appropriate containers where to put the packed
pieces,
•this documentation have been machineefully read and
the prescriptions come consequently put in practice.
•to the machine are assigned only people adequately
trained.

•far funzionare la macchina con i protettori fissi e/o
mobili smontati o disattivati;
•inibire le sicurezze installate sulla macchina;
•eseguire operazioni di pulizia con i dispositivi elet-
trici e/o pneumatici non sezionati;
•modificare parti di macchina (meccaniche, elettri-
che e/o software);
•pulire i rivestimenti, i pannelli ed i comandi con
solventi, benzine, acidi;
•indossare abiti con appigli che possano rimanere
agganciati a parti di macchina;
•indossare cravatte o parti di abbigliamento svolaz-
zanti;
•indossare anelli, bracciali e/o catene che possano
impigliare la persona ad organi della macchina;
•rimuovere od alterare le targhe apposte dal
Costruttore sulla Macchina;
•utilizzare la Macchina se non in condizioni
psicofisiche normali;

3.2 Uso Previsto
La Macchina IR550 è concepita e costruita per il
confezionamento dei prodotti con film termoretraibile. È
prevista solo per il funzionamento manuale (sotto control-
lo Operatore).
3.2 Scheduled Use
The Machine IR550 has been conceived and built for the
packaging of the products with shrink wrapping film. It has
been scheduled for the manual operation only (under the
control of an operator).
3.3 Usi vietati
La Macchina non deve essere utilizzata :
•Per utilizzi diversi da quelli esposti al Paragrafo 3.2;
•In atmosfera esplosiva, aggressiva o ad alta con-
centrazione di polveri o sostanze oleose in sospen-
sione nell’aria;
•In atmosfera a rischio d’incendio;
•Esposta alle intemperie;
•Con interblocchi elettromagnetici esclusi;
•Con ponticelli elettrici e/o mezzi meccanici che
escludano utenze/parti della Macchina stessa;
•Per la lavorazione di materiali non idonei alle carat-
teristiche della Macchina;
•Senza la griglia di appoggio prodotto.
3.3 Forbidden Uses
The Machine must not be used:

attillati )
Per ridurre al minimo le conseguenze dei suddetti pericoli,
occorre attenersi in modo scrupoloso alle seguenti istruzioni
:
1. Per la lavorazione dei particolari è consigliato l’uso di
guanti in cotone e di abiti che proteggano l’avambrac-
cio.
3.7 Procedures of sure job

4 INSTALLAZIONE
Le operazioni di seguito descritte sono di esclusiva
competenza di personale specializzato in sollevamento
e movimentazione di macchine imballate e disimballate
che, in funzione delle caratteristiche e del peso
dell’oggetto da movimentare, dovranno organizzare
tutte le sequenze operative e l’impiego di mezzi ade-
guati ad operare nel rigoroso rispetto delle norme vi-
genti in materia.
4 INSTALLATION
The following operations are of exclusive competence
of specialised personnel in raising and moving the
packed and unpacked machines that, according to
the characteristics and of the weight of the object to
move, they will have to organise all the operation
sequences and the employment of adequate means
to operate in compliance and respect of the norms in
force
4.1 Imballo
La macchina viene spedita pronta per l’uso in due confi-
gurazioni:
•Imballata su un pianale di legno. Fig.5
•Imballata senza pianale di legno, protetta con un invo-
lucro di nylon (film con bolle d’aria). Fig.6
•Imballata in cassa di compensato (nel caso di trasporti
marittimi, include la protezione per mezzo di uno spe-
ciale materiale che viene applicato intorno alla mac-
china in modo ermetico e aggiunta di sali per assorbire
i sali marini).
4.1 Packs
The machine comes ready for the use in two ways:
•Packed on a wood pallet. Fig.5
•Packed without pallet wood, protected with a nylon
stretch film and air beads foil. Fig.6
•Packed in a light wood box (in case of sea shipment,
wrapped also with a special material resistant to sea
transports and against salted fogs

4.2 Trasporto e movimentazione
Per gli spostamenti dell’imballo, è obbligatorio servirsi
di un carrello elevatore di portata adeguata al peso
complessivo dell’imballo. Assicurarsi che nessuno
sosti nel raggio d’azione delle operazioni di solleva-
mento e movimentazione del carico e, in condizioni
difficoltose, predisporre personale addetto al controllo
degli spostamenti da effettuare.
4.2 Transport and movement
I for the shifts of the pack, it is obligatory the use of an
adequate elevator to the general weight of the machine.
Make sure that nobody stands in the action ray of lif-
ting and movement operations while loading : In
difficult conditions, predispose employed people to
the control of the shifts that have to be done.
4.2.1 Movimentazione con carrello
elevatore
Inserire le forche del carrello in posizione centrale ed aper-
te al massimo rispetto alla larghezza dell’imballo, assicu-
randosi che sporgano posteriormente e che non trovino
ostacoli.
Sollevare l’imballo e trasportarlo con cautela dove verrà
disimballato, evitando percorsi accidentati e facendo at-
tenzione all’ingombro e ad eventuali sporgenze.
È VIETATA LA MOVIMENTAZIONE DELL’IMBALLO DA
PARTE DI PERSONALE NON ESPERTO IN SOLLEVA-
MENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE DI MACCHINE IMBAL-
LATE O DISIMBALLATE E L’ IMPIEGO DI MEZZI DI
SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE NON ADEGUA-
TI ALLE CARATTERISICHE ED AL PESO DELL’OGGET-
TO DA MOVIMENTARE.

Danni alla macchina causati durante il Trasporto e la
Movimentazione, non sono coperti da GARANZIA.
Riparazioni o sostituzioni di parti danneggiate sono a
carico del Cliente.
4.2.1 Movements with fork lifter
Insert the pitchforks in central position and opened to the
maximum as regards the width of the packaging, make
sure that they sticks out from the back side and that they
don’t find obstacles.
Lift the pack and transport it with caution where it will be
unpacked, avoiding uneven runs and doing attention to
the encumbrance and to possible prominence.
THE MOVEMENT OF THE PACKING IS FORBIDDEN TO
BE DONE BY NON TRAINED PEOPLE ON MOVING AND
LIFTING OF PACKED MACHINES.
MOREOVER, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE
PACKAGING BY NON ADEQUATE LIFTERS AND
MEANS.

4.3 Stoccaggio
In caso di lunga inattività, la Macchina deve essere imma-
gazzinata con le precauzioni relative al luogo ed ai tempi
di Stoccaggio:
•Immagazzinare la Macchina in luogo chiuso;
•Ingrassare le parti non verniciate;
•Proteggere la Macchina da urti e sollecitazioni;
•Proteggere la Macchina dall’umidità e da escursioni
termiche elevate;
•Evitare che la Macchina venga a contatto con sostan-
ze corrosive;
4.3 Storage of the machine
In case of long inactivity, the Machine must be stored with
the relative precautions to the place and to the period of
stop of the machine:
•Store the Machine in closed place;
•fatten up the non painted parts;
•Protect the Machine from bumps;
•Protect the Machine from the damp and from elevated
thermal excursions;
•Avoid the Machine to come in contact with corrosive
substances;
4.4 Predisposizioni
Per l’Installazione occorre predisporre un’area di mano-
vra adeguata alle dimensioni della Macchina ed ai mezzi
di sollevamento prescelti
È importante assicurarsi che la fondazione sia oppor-
tunamente consolidata, onde evitare eventuali
cedimenti al momento della posa della Macchina.
4.4 Predisposition
For the Installation of the machine it is necessary to predi-
spose an adequate manoeuvre area to the dimensions of
the Machine and to the lifting engines in use.
It’s very important to be sure that the foundation is
properly consolidated, just to avoid possible yielding
od the pavement while laying of the Machine down.

4.5 Montaggio-Piazzamento
Il montaggio della Macchina viene eseguito, a cura del
Cliente, in funzione della tipologia di imballo con la quale
la macchina è stata spedita.(Vedi Par.4.1).
•Verificare che il locale sia stato predisposto
all’istallazione della macchina (Vedi Par.4.4);
Devono essere lasciati liberi gli spazi di accesso alla
macchina per consentire all'operatore di poter inter-
venire senza alcuna costrizione ed anche di potere
abbandonare immediatamente l'area di lavoro in caso
di necessità.

4.5 Assembly - Placing
The assemblage of the Machine comes performed (edited
by the Customer) according to the kind of packaging the
machine have been shipped. (See Par.4.1).
•Verify that the room have been predisposed for the
installation of the machine (See Par.4.4);
There must be let free spaces around the machine to
allow the operator its intervention without any
constraint but also to be in a position to leave the
working area in case of necessity.

Here following have been brought the required spaces for
the accesses:
•to the control panel in the frontal part
•to the groups for the product-size change over or for
the intervention in case of product jams
4.5.1 Macchina senza pianale (Pallet)
Se la macchina è stata spedita senza pianale, si deve
procedere come segue:
•Togliere la protezione in nylon (film con bolle d’aria),
con un apposito strumento;
•Pulire la macchina con detergenti non aggressivi;
•Bloccare la ruote piroettanti;
•Procedere al collegamento elettrico della macchina
(Par.4.6)
4.5.1 Machine without Pallet
If the machine have been shipped without pallet, you must
proceed as it follows:
•Remove the protection nylon (film with beads of air),
with an appropriate tool;
•Clean the machine with non aggressive detergents;
•Stop the wheel;
•Proceed with the electric connection of the machine
(Par.4.6)

4.5.2 Macchina con pianale (Pallet)
Questa operazione deve essere effettuata solo da per-
sonale tecnico specializzato.
Durante la fase di inserimento del piano occorre fare
attenzione al perforatore (3) in quanto c’è la possibilità
di forarsi.
Se la macchina è stata spedita con il pianale occorre pro-
cedere come segue:
•Togliere la protezione in nylon (film con bolle d’aria),
con un apposito strumento;
•Sfilare il piano di appoggio prodotto che viene posizio-
nato alla base del pianale;
•Togliere la protezione in nylon dal piano di appoggio
(film con bolle d’aria), con un apposito strumento e pre-
levare la ruote piroettanti;
•Svitare, con chiavi appropriate, i bulloni che tengono la
macchina saldamente ancorata al pianale;
•Sollevare sufficientemente la macchina, mediante l’uti-
lizzo di mezzi appropriati, e sfilare il pianale;
•Mantenendo la macchina sollevata, avvitare bene le
ruote piroettanti ai piedi di sostegno della macchina.
•Quando tutte e quattro le ruote sono state ben fissate
alla macchina si può depositare a terra la macchina.
•Bloccare le ruote piroettanti (2).

•Inserire il piano di appoggio prodotto (1) nelle guide
apposite come mostrato in figura;

•Portare a fine corsa il piano di appoggio; successiva-
mente attivare il dispositivo di sicurezza:
•Svitare le viti (4);
•Ruotare la piastrina nella configurazione mo-
strata (5);
•Avvitare bene le viti (4).
É vietato:
•far eseguire l’installazione a personale non qualifi-
cato;
•utilizzare la macchina senza aver installato il dispo-
sitivo di sicurezza (2).
4.5.2 Machine with Pallet
This operation must be effected only by specialised
technical personnel.
While fitting the working table pay attention to the
microperforator wheel: (3) there is the possibility of
hurts himself.
If the machine have been shipped with the pallet, you need
to proceed as following:
•Remove the protection nylon (film with beads of air),
with an appropriate tool;
•Parade the product support working table that is
positioned on the base of the pallet;
•Remove the protection nylon from the product support
working table (film with beads of air), with an appropriate
tool and take the wheels;
•Unscrew, with appropriate keys, the bolts that hold the
machine firmly anchored to the pallet;
•Lift the machine enough, (by appropriate means) and
take away the pallet;
•Keeping the machine lifted, well screw the wheels to
the support legs of the machine.
•When all the four wheels have been well fixed to the
machine, you can “lay” the machine on the ground
•Stop the wheels (2).

•Fit the product support working table (1) in the
appropriate guides like shown in picture;

- Bring the product support working table till the end of its
“running area” ; then activate the safety device:
•Unscrew the grapevines (4);
•Rotate the block as shown in the picture (5);
•Screw the grapevines (4) tightly.
It is forbidden:
•perform the installation by not qualified personal;
•use the machine without having installed the safety
device (2).

4.5.3 Macchina con Cassa o Gabbia
Questa operazione deve essere effettuata solo da per-
sonale tecnico specializzato.
Durante la fase di inserimento del piano occorre fare
attenzione al perforatore (3) in quanto c’è la possibilità
di forarsi.
Se la macchina è stata spedita con la cassa o la gabbia
occorre procedere come segue:
•Togliere la cassa o la gabbia utilizzando mezzi idonei
partendo dall’alto verso il basso.
•Successivamente tagliare la protezione vicino alla
base della macchina facendo attenzione a non
dannneggiarla;
•Procedere all’installazione della macchina come de-
scritto nel paragrafo 4.5.2;
4.5.3 Machine with Box or Crate
This operation must be effected only by specialised
technical people.
While fitting the working table pay attention to the
microperforator wheel: (3) there is the possibility of
hurts himself.
If the machine have been shipped inside a box or in a
crate, you need to proceed as following:
•Remove the box or crate using the right means starting
from the top toward the lower part.
•Subsequently cut the protection to the base of the
machine paying attention to not damage it;
•proceed with the installation of the machine like
described in the 4.5.2 paragraph;
4.6 Collegamento elettrico
Questa operazione deve essere effettuata solo da per-
sonale tecnico specializzato.
L’allacciamento elettrico della Macchina è realizzato a
cura e responsabilità del Cliente .
La Macchina deve essere collegata alla linea elettrica
mediante il cavo elettrico installato ma privo di spina, con-

4.6 Electric Connection
This operation must be effected only by specialised
technical people.
The electric lacing of the Machine have to be realised and
responsibility of the Customer.
The Machine must be connected to the electric line by
electric cable without plug, but considering:
•you laws and the technical Norms in force where the
installation of the machine has taken place;
•The data brought in the technical data.
It is forbidden to perform the electric connection by
non qualified personal.
4.7 Smaltimento imballo
Ad apertura dell’imballo si raccomanda di suddividere i
materiali utilizzati per l’imballaggio per tipo e di provvede-
re allo smaltimento degli stessi secondo le norme vigenti
nel paese di destinazione.
4.7 Throw away of the packaging
Once opened the packaging of the machine, we
recommend you to divide the materials used for the packing
by type and of provide for their throw away taking into
consideration the norms in force in the country of where
the machine has been fitted.

5 FUNZIONAMENTO
5.1 Addetti
La Macchina è stata concepita per l’utilizzo da parte
di un solo Operatore.
Il Personale addetto ad operare sulla Macchina, deve pos-
sedere (oppure acquisire tramite adeguata formazione ed
addestramento) i requisiti di seguito indicati, ed essere,
inoltre, a conoscenza del presente Manuale e di tutte le
informazioni relative alla Sicurezza :
•Cultura generale e tecnica a livello sufficiente per com-
prendere il contenuto del Manuale ed interpretare cor-
rettamente Disegni e Schemi;
•Conoscenza delle principali Norme igieniche,
antinfortunistiche e tecnologiche;
•Conoscenza complessiva della linea e dello stabilimen-
to in cui è inserita la Macchina;
•Esperienza specifica nelle tecnologie di lavorazione su
materiale termoretraibile;
•Sapere come comportarsi in caso di Emergenza, dove
reperire i mezzi di protezione individuale e come usarli
correttamente.
5 OPERATION
5.1 Employees
The Machine has I stayed projected to be used by ONE
operator only.
The employed Personnel to operate on the Machine, must
have (or acquire through adequate formation and training)
the following knowledge and know, besides, all the Safely
information brought in this book:
•Have a sufficient general and technique Culture for
understanding this Manual and correctly interpret
Sketches and electrical Schemes;
•Acquaintance of the principal hygienic, accident-
prevention and technological Norms;
•General Acquaintance of the line and of the
establishment where the machine is working;
•Specific Experience in the technologies of workmanship
on shrink wrapping materials;
•Know how behave in case of Emergency, where find
the individual protection means and know how use them
correctly.

Tecnica atta a soddisfare le specifiche competenze nei
settori in cui operano.
The maintenance people, beyond to the above
described characteristics, must have an adequate
Technical preparation to satisfy the specific
competence in the sectors where they are operating.
É vietato fare utilizzare la macchina a persone che non
abbiano i requisiti richiesti. The use of the machine is forbidden to people that don’t have the necessary skills.
5.2 Controlli preliminari
Prima della messa in funzione della Macchina, è ne-
cessario eseguire una serie di verifiche e controlli allo
scopo di prevenire errori od incidenti durante la fase
di Messa in funzione.
•Verificare che la Macchina non abbia subito danni du-
rante la fase di montaggio.
•Verificare, con particolare cura, l’integrità di quadri elet-
trici, pannelli di comando, cavi elettrici.
•Controllare l’esatto collegamento di tutte le fonti di ener-
gia esterne.
•Verificare il libero movimento e la eventuale libera ro-
tazione di tutte le parti mobili.
5.2 Preliminary Controls
Before operating the Machine, it is necessary to
perform a series of verifications and controls with the
purpose of preventing incidental or faults during the
operation.
•Verify that the Machine has not suffered damages during
while assembling it.
•Carefully verify, the integrity of electric boards,
equipment and cables.
•Check the right connection of all the external energy
fonts.
•Verify the free movement and the eventually free
rotation of all the mobile parts.
