1. Locking Machine
The control panel can be locked to prevent setting changes by unauthorized persons.
Touch on the home screen to enter the lock code.
Choose Lock/unlock machine and enter the code “1-2-3”.
Touch to confirm and return to the start screen.
Touch to return to the start screen without the lock
function.
Change Lock code via Technican Level: ATTENTION: The loss
of the lock code can only be remedied by re-installing the
software, which is a cost-intensive process that can only be
fixed by a technician on site or by sending the machine to our
factory.

A small icon of a padlock indicates that the control panel is
locked.
In this state, it is only possible to
Insert film , start air cushion production and
stop .
Temperature, air volume or production length cannot be
changed. For this, the control panel must be unlocked
again. Touch "SET" enter the code and touch "ENT" to
confirm and return to the start screen.

2. Programming machine
Five presets with temperature, air volume, production speed and pre-blowing time are
programmable for quick selection.
Via you get to the selection page.
Select Preset Programs for quick selection of a pre-
setting, touch the associated number (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5)
until you are returned to the home screen or touch the
number shortly and press .
Settings are automatically applied to the start screen.
Factory-set: M1 for type 7.1 PE film 20µm; M2 for type
7.2 PE film 20µm; M3 for type 8.3 PE film 20µm
To program or change a preset, select
Change preset in the selection menu
and enter the code "4-5-6" and then
press .
Now you can adjust the values and save
with .

3. Reminder
As a reminder to replace wear parts (brown PTFE belt, blade and blue performance belt,
counterpressure plate), the reminder function can be activated via the technical level.
Select Technican Level for setting the reminder function,
enter the code 1-3-5.
With Remind me later, the service is
postponed for another period of time. To
ensure the durability of the machine, the
service should be carried out in time.
Video instructions can be found after
scanning the QR code.
Select Reminder in the next screen on
page 3/3 to activate the function
(on / off).
