WARNING
ƪDo not damage the Power Cord or the Plug. It may cause electric shock, or fire caused by short circuit.
ƪDo not use the appliance if the Power Cord or the Plug is damaged or the Plug is loosely connected to
the Power Outlet. It may cause electric shock, or fire caused by short circuit.
• If the Power Cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its Service Centre or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
ƪDo not handle the Plug or appliance with wet hands. Otherwise, it may cause an electric shock or fire.
ƪIf the ELB Reset Knob cannot be reset even if you push it up or if it soon slides down during operation,
do not use the appliance and contact the authorized dealer immediately to avoid a hazard to users
such as damage to property, serious injury or death. Never fix the ELB Reset Knob forcibly with tape
and such.
ƪDo not insert finger or other objects into the appliance to avoid physical and electric shock hazards.
ƪDo not replace the Power Cord or any other parts of the appliance with spare parts other than genuine
parts.
• Parts for other models will not fit to this model and may cause hazardous condition to user.
ƪDo not spray water to the appliance, nor put wet towels on it to avoid from coming into contact with
any live parts and such, in order to prevent smoke emission, ignition, fire and electric shock hazards.
ƪDo not disassemble, repair or modify the appliance. It may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Please contact your Service Centre for repairing.
ƪThis appliance is not to be used for a potable water supply.
ƪThe appliance must be earthed. Make sure the Power Cord securely connected to the Power Outlet.
Improper grounding may cause electric shock.
ƪStop using the appliance when any abnormality/failure occurs and switch off the Miniature Circuit
Breaker (MCB). (Risk of smoke/fire/electric shock/scalding)
Example of abnormality or failure:
• The ELB Reset Knob cannot be reset. Please refer to “TEST OPERATION” at page EN12.
• Burnt odor or smoke is detected during operation.
• The Enclosure is deformed or abnormally hot.
• Power Cord or Plug becomes abnormally hot.
→Contact an authorized dealer immediately for maintenance/repair.
ƪThis appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
ƪMake sure the voltage indicated on the label of the appliance is the same as your local supply.
• Also avoid plugging other devices into the same outlet to prevent electric overheating.
ƪInsert the Plug firmly.
• Otherwise it may cause electric shock and fire caused by the heat that may generate around the Plug.
ƪClean the Plug regularly.
• A soiled Plug may cause insufficient insulation due to the moisture, and may cause fire.

WARNING
ƪSwitch off the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) before any service to avoid electric shock hazards.
ƪIn time of lightning/thunder, switch off the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) in advance to protect the
appliance against possible damage.
ƪWhen the shower is used by someone such as child, old person, sick person and physically
handicapped person, the concern person is kindly requested to pay attention and check the shower
temperature by using hand from time to time.
ƪInspect the built-in ELB (once a month) and Safety Valve (once a month) to avoid a hazard to users
such as damage to property, serious injury or death. Please refer to “TEST OPERATION” at page EN12.
ƪInspect the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) once a month to ensure no faulty on the household
earthing system that will lead to electric shock hazard.
ƪThe manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the
instruction indicated in the Operating and Installation Instruction.
CAUTION
ƪNever use benzene, thinner, bleaching agent and such for cleaning purpose to avoid smoke
emission, ignition, fire and electric shock hazards.
ƪAvoid using dirty water as it may affect heater performance and other components.
ƪDo not block the Water Outlet with hand, towel or bend the shower hose (not provided).
ƪIn order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not
be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is
regularly switched on and off by the utility.
ƪPress the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch before and after each usage.
ƪEach time hot water is turned “ON”, check the water temperature by hand before using.
ƪMake sure to hold the Plug when unplugging. Never pull on the Power Cord. Otherwise it may cause
electric shock, or fire caused by short circuit.

Note:
• Ensure the appliance is filled with water before switching on the power supply. Failure to do so will damage the
heating element.
• Always turn on the Cold Water Faucet first and then adjust the Hot Water Faucet to get the desired water temperature.
So as to avoid the danger of scalding when operating this appliance.
• The Safety Valve is for protection against excessive pressure in the appliance and must not be removed or replaced
with non-genuine parts.
• When the heating element operates, it is normal for water to drip from the Drain Valve End. The Drain Valve End must
not be closed or blocked to prevent serious damage to the appliance.
• Operate the Safety Valve at least once a month to prevent blockage at the Drain Valve End. Please refer to "Test
Operation" at page EN12. Closed or blocked the Drain Valve End may cause serious damage to the appliance.
• Beware that the inlet pipe might become hot during heating process.
HOW TO USE
Before switching on the electrical supply, turn on Hot Water Faucet at the Mixer Tap and ensure the water is in
steady flow. This indicates that the Storage Tank already full with water. Then turn off the Hot Water Faucet.
Switch on the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) and the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch.
CAUTION
Press the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch before and after
each usage.
Both ELB LED (red) and 75 °C LED (orange) will light up. This indicates that the electrical
supply and the heating process is going on.
The 75 °C LED (orange) remains on until water reaches the setting temperature approximately 75 °C. When the
75 °C LED (orange) is turned off, it indicated that the appliance is ready to use.

Turn on the Cold Water Faucet.
Gradually turn on the Hot Water Faucet to get the desired water temperature.
Note:
• After using the appliance for some time and find the water temperature is decreasing, wait for the water inside
the Storage Tank to be heated up again until the 75 °C LED (orange) is turned off. (This may take up some time)
• If the appliance does not operate for long time, the water inside the appliance must be drained. Refer to
“MAINTENANCE” at page EN6.

MAINTENANCE
1. Enclosure cleaning
Be sure to switch off the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) beforehand.
• Clean it with moist cloth.
• Never use benzene, thinner, detergent, bleach and such for cleaning purpose.
• Do not spray water to the appliance, nor put wet towels on it.
• Make sure to use suitable cloth to clean the Enclosure surface to avoid scratch.
Note:
• Do not place any material on the appliance.
2. Storage Tank cleaning
Under high temperature condition, most water deposits lime scale (white deposit). To prevent accumulation of
lime scale at Storage Tank and Drain Valve End, operate the Safety Valve once a month to drain the water.
Follow the instructions below:
Note:
• Safety Valve is incorporated to prevent excessive water pressure inside the appliance. In the event the pressure is
exceeding 0.75 ± 0.1 MPa (7.5 ± 1 Bar), the Safety Valve will automatically operate and vent the water through the
Drain Valve End which shall not be closed or blocked.
• Operate the Safety Valve once a month to prevent accumulation of lime scale at the Storage Tank and Drain Valve
End. Close or block the Drain Valve End may cause serious damage to the appliance.
• Storage Water Heater must use water that complies with local water quality standard to avoid contaminants
and other impurities which may cause corrosion to the heater and its components thus can create hazardous
condition. Failure to follow will void the warranty.
How to drain the water:
Switch off the electrical supply.
Turn on Hot Water Faucet of the Mixer Tap to release hot water and allow cold water to fill in the Storage
Tank. Release large amount of hot water until the water temperature gradually turns cold.
WARNING
Beware of hot water release from the appliance.
Turn off the Main Water Valve of the main water supply.
Lift up the lever on the Safety Valve to start draining the water. Water must be flowing at the Drain Valve End.

Beware that the water

After the water in the Storage Tank is fully discharged, push down the lever on the Safety Valve.

Note:
• Make sure to empty the Storage Tank if need to remove the appliance from its mounting.
• After maintenance, make sure the Storage Tank is completely refilled with water before switching on the electrical
supply. Heating element will be damaged if electrical supply is switched on even for a short time while the
appliance is dry or during filling up the Storage Tank with water. Please refer to item no.4 “Fill the Storage Tank”
at page EN11.

3. Inspection on the built-in ELB
Inspect the built-in ELB (once a month) to avoid a hazard to users such as damage to property, serious injury or
death.
• Make sure the appliance is in on condition.
• Press the ELB Test Button. If the ELB is in normal condition, ELB Reset Knob will slide down.
• Push up the ELB Reset Knob to reset the ELB.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Check the following points before asking for repair.
Symptom Points to be checked
Water is not drawn normally. Check whether any leakage of the water connections.
Water is not hot enough. Wait until 75 °C LED (orange) is turned off before using the appliance.
No hot water comes out from the
Water Outlet.

• Check whether the water and electrical connections comply with the Specifications
as indicated and check the phase continuity between the terminals. If there is no
continuity, probably the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch has been activated.
• Make sure to switch on the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch.
• Make sure to switch on the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB).
• Make sure the ELB Reset Knob is not slide down.
• Push up the ELB Reset Knob to reset the ELB (refer to “TEST OPERATION” at
page EN12).
No water flows out from the
appliance at all.
• Make sure the Main Water Valve is opened.
• Check whether the water supply is there.
• Check whether inlet water supply connected to the Safety Valve.
2. If abnormalities as mentioned below are found during use, do not use the appliance and contact an authorized
dealer immediately.
• Water leakage.
• Water temperature cannot be controlled.
• ELB LED does not light up.
3. Special skill is required for repairing. Never try to repair the appliance by yourself.

WARNING
ƪDo not install, remove or reinstall the appliance by yourself.
• Improper installation will cause leakage, electric shock, fire or injury. Installation and wiring must be done
by
competent personnel.
ƪNever install Safety Valve at the outlet.
ƪDo not use unspecified cord, modified cord, joint cord or extension cord for power supply.
ƪDo not use extension cord or share the single outlet with other electrical appliances. Poor contact,
poor insulation or over current will cause electric shock or fire.
ƪDo not tie up the Power Cord into bundle. Abnormal temperature rise on Power Cord may happen.
ƪThe appliance must be earthed. Make sure the Power Cord securely connected to the Power Outlet.
Improper grounding may cause electric shock.
ƪThis appliance should be installed and serviced by competent personnel and only genuine spare parts
should be used. If not, it may cause fire or result in improper operation.
ƪDuring installation process make sure electrical and water supplies are turned off.
ƪUse the appliance under the allowable rated voltage conditions. If not, it may cause an electric shock
or fire.
ƪInstall at strong and firm location which is able to withstand more than 4 times weight with full load of
the appliance. Improper installation will cause the appliance to fall and cause injury.
ƪThe piping installation work must be flushed before appliance is connected to remove contaminants.
Contaminants may damage the appliance components.
ƪUse the attached accessories parts and specified parts for installation. Otherwise, it may cause the
appliance to fall, water leakage, fire or electric shock.
ƪEnsure the Power Cord is not pinched by the product body during and after installation.
CAUTION
ƪThis appliance must be installed indoor only.
ƪAfter installation, check the water leakage condition in the connection area during test run. If leakage
occurs, it will cause damage to other properties.
ƪEnsure the Storage Tank is completely filled with water first (which can be indicated by the steady flow
of water at the Hot Water Faucet that set at open) before switching on the electrical supply to avoid
damage to the appliance that caused by excessive heat.
ƪIt may need more than one person to carry out the installation work. The weight of the appliance might
cause injury if carried by one person.
ƪSelect a location where in case of water leakage, the leakage will not cause damage to other
properties.
ƪCarry out the drainage piping as mentioned. The water may drip from the discharge pipe of the Safety
Valve may enter the room and damage the furniture and this pipe must be left open to the atmosphere.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Installation must be done by competent personnel.
• All plumbing works must be completed and the Storage Tank is fully filled with water before proceeding to electrical
connections. This will prevent any damage to the appliance.
• Use appropriate pipes for the inlet and outlet connections which can withstand high temperature and pressure.

HOW TO INSTALL
Note:
• During installation process, make sure electrical and water supplies are turned off.
1. Where to install the appliance.
• Install the appliance in indoor with frost-free weather proof locations only.
• Ensure to keep minimum distance of spaces as illustrated in item no.2 How to fix the appliance from wall,
ceiling or other obstacles.
WARNING
Be sure to install the appliance in horizontal position on the
wall that can withstand more than 4 times weight with full load
of the appliance and as illustrated in Figure 1 (vertical position
with the inlet pipe and outlet pipe pointing downward). Improper
installation will cause the appliance to fall and cause injury.
• Do not install the appliance away from the wall surface as shown in Figure 2.
• Select a suitable location with easy access of electrical and water supply.
- A place where drainage can be easily done and accessible for appliance maintenance.
• Avoid installations which expose the appliance to any of the following conditions:
- Installation in frost.
- Voltage input exceeding the specified voltage.
2. How to fix the appliance.
Mark the position of A1, A2, B and C on the wall by referring the dimension in Table 1. The distance of the
appliance should be more than 250 mm at right and left of the wall, 1.7 m minimum from above the floor and
150 mm minimum from the ceiling. There shall be no blockage for the ELB Reset Knob to slide down.

Note:
• For same level holes, use suitable tool to ensure the hole levelness.
Make two holes for Wall Hook at the wall by means
of a drill based on the marking A in Table 1.
Drive the Wall Plug A into each hole.

Make one hole for Safety Hook at the wall by means
of a drill based on the marking B in Table 1.
Drive the Wall Plug B into the hole.
Insert the Wall Hook into Wall Plug A. Make sure the whole thread of the Wall
Hook is in the wall. Do not overtighten the Wall Hook. After fully tighten the Wall
Hook, if it is not at upward position, adjust the Wall Hook by turning it anti-clockwise
until it is at upward position as shown in Figure 3. This is to ensure the Wall Hook
accommodate the weight with full load and maintain the appliance stability.
Before hanging the appliance to the wall, install the Safety Hook at the back side of the appliance.
Kindly refer figure as below:
1. Screw the Safety Hook at the back of the
appliance by using provided Screw A
in the Installation Packing. Refer below
position.
2. Make sure the Safety Hook is securely tight. Fasten the
Screw A to secure the Safety Hook with 1.3 N.m (13 kgf.cm)
torque.

Lead the Power Cord from the appliance thru the designated position. Make sure that Power Cord is not
trapped between the appliance and wall.

Install the appliance by lifting it and align the Marking Emboss on
the bottom to the position C (refer to Table 1), slightly lift up 25 mm
(approx.) from the position C and push the appliance towards the Wall
Hook, then slowly slide down the appliance until the Wall Hook is fully
inserted as illustrated.

To ensure the appliance is firmly fix to the hook, check by:
i. Pushing the appliance towards the wall.

ii. Pushing the appliance left and right.

iii. Ensure the appliance is not slanted (as shown below).
Note:
• Use suitable tool to ensure the appliance levelness.
Drive the Screw B into the Wall Plug B through the hole on the Safety Hook.
3. Piping installation procedure

Wrap the Water Seal Tape (not provided) on the thread of the Inlet.
Place the Safety Valve to the Inlet, tighten it firmly to avoid water
leakage. Safety Valve must be installed at the inlet and placed
downward as illustrated.
Place the Rubber Packing (not provided) between the Safety Valve
and the water inlet pipe with Main Water Valve (not provided).
Tighten it firmly to avoid water leakage.
Place the Rubber Packing (not provided) between Outlet and Hot
Water Outlet. Tighten it firmly to avoid water leakage.
Then, connect to the Mixer Tap (not provided). Refer to page EN4
for the connection.

4. Fill the Storage Tank
• Turn on the Main Water Valve and Hot Water Faucet to allow trapped air to be vented out from the Storage Tank
and piping.
• Allow the Storage Tank to completely fill with water as indicated by a steady flow of water from the Hot Water
Faucet without switching on the electrical supply.
• Turn off the Hot Water Faucet. Make sure the pipes connections are properly sealed and do not have any
leakage.

5. Electrical wiring
• Make sure rated electrical supply is supplied to this appliance.
• Connect the Plug to the Power Outlet.
• The Power Cord must be fixed and placed neatly. Do not bend, twist, pull, modify, bundle the Power Cord or place
or hang anything on the Power Cord.

ƪIf the ELB Reset Knob cannot be reset even if you push it
up or if it soon slides down during operation, do not use the
appliance and contact an authorized dealer immediately to
avoid a hazard to users such as damage to property, serious
injury or death. Never fix the ELB Reset Knob forcibly with
tape and such.
1. Before operation
• Before switching on the electrical supply, make sure the Storage Tank is full with water by turning on the Hot
Water Faucet at one of the Mixer Tap and the water is in steady flow.
• Switch on the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB).
• Switch on the ON/OFF DP (Double Pole) Switch.
• Both ELB LED (red) and 75 °C LED (orange) will light up. (Push up the ELB Reset Knob if it is down)
• Push the ELB Test Button.
- It is normal if the ELB LED goes off (the ELB Reset Knob falls) and push the ELB Reset Knob up.
- Inspect the built-in ELB (once a month) to avoid a hazard to users such as damage to property, serious injury
or death.

• Lift up the lever on the Safety Valve to check whether the water is flowing at the Drain Valve End.

- It is normal for water to drip from the Drain Valve End, then push down the lever on the Safety Valve.
- Inspect the Safety Valve (once a month) to avoid a hazard to users such as damage to property, serious injury
or death.
2. During operation
• After the 75 °C LED (orange) goes off, turn on the Cold Water Faucet first then turn on the Hot Water Faucet and
adjust to desired water temperature.
• Check if water leaks from the pipe line.

• Đảm bảo thiết bị được nạp đầy nước trước khi bật nguồn điện. Nếu không, bộ phận đun nóng sẽ bị hỏng.
• Hãy luôn mở Khóa nước lạnh trước và sau đó điều chỉnh Khóa nước nóng để đạt được nhiệt độ nước mong muốn.
Như Vậy, để tránh nguy cơ bị bỏng khi vận hành thiết bị này.
• Van an toàn có chức năng bảo vệ chống quá áp bên trong thiết bị và không được phép tháo ra hay thay thế bằng
phụ tùng không chính hãng.
• Khi bộ phận đung nóng hoạt động, nước thường nhỏ giọt qua Đầu van xả. Không được đóng hay chặn Đầu van xả
để tránh gây hư hỏng nghiêm trọng cho thiết bị.
• Vận hành Van an toàn ít nhất một lần mỗi tháng để tránh bị tắc ở Đầu van xả. Vui lòng tham khảo phần “CHẠY THỬ”
ở trang VN12. Việc Đầu van xả bị đóng hoặc tắc có thể gây hư hỏng nghiêm trọng cho thiết bị.
• Lưu ý đường ống vào có thể bị nóng trong quá trình gia nhiệt.
CÁCH SỬ DỤNG
Trước khi bật nguồn điện, hãy mở Khóa nước nóng ở Bộ trộn nước nóng lạnh và đảm bảo rằng nước chảy đều.
Điều này cho biết Bình chứa đã đầy nước. Sau đó đóng Khóa nước nóng.
Bật Bộ Ngắt Điện (Cỡ Nhỏ) và Công Tắc 2 cực ON/OFF.

1. Vệ sinh Vỏ ngoài
Quý khách phải chắc chắn rằng đã tắt Bộ Ngắt Điện (Cỡ Nhỏ) trước đó.
• Lau chùi bằng khăn vải ẩm.
• Không sử dụng benzene, chất pha loãng, chất tẩy rửa, chất làm trắng và các chất tương tự để vệ sinh.
• Không phun nước vào thiết bị, không đặt khăn ướt lên trên thiết bị.
• Đảm bảo sử dụng khăn vải phù hợp để vệ sinh bề mặt Vỏ ngoài nhằm tránh không làm xước.
Lưu ý:
• Không để bất kỳ vật gì ở trên thiết bị.
2. Vệ sinh Bình chứa
Trong điều kiện nhiệt độ cao, nước thường lắng cặn vôi (kết tủa màu trắng). Để ngăn chặn sự tích tụ của vôi ở
Bình chứa và Đầu van xả, hãy vận hành Van an toàn mỗi tháng một lần để thoát nước. Làm theo các chỉ dẫn
dưới đây:
Lưu ý:
• Van an toàn được trang bị để tránh áp suất nước bên trong thiết bị quá lớn. Trong trường hợp áp suất vượt quá
0,75 ± 0,1 MPa (7,5 ± 1 Bar), Van an toàn sẽ tự động hoạt động và thông hơi nước qua đầu van xả do đó không
thể đóng hoặc chặn.
• Vận hành Van an toàn một lần mỗi tháng để tránh tích tụ cặn vôi ở Bình chứa và Đầu van xả. Việc Đầu van xả bị
đóng hoặc tắc có thể gây hư hỏng nghiêm trọng cho thiết bị.
• Bình Nước Nóng phải sử dụng nước tuân theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nước tại địa phương để tránh các chất gây
ô nhiễm và các tạp chất khác có thể gây ăn mòn cho bình nóng lạnh và các thành phần của nó có thể gây ra tình
trạng nguy hiểm. Không tuân theo sẽ làm mất hiệu lực bảo hành.
Cách xả nước:
Tắt nguồn điện.
Mở Khóa nước nóng của Bộ trộn nước nóng lạnh để giải phóng nước nóng và cho phép nước lạnh nạp đầy
vào Bình chứa. Xả nhiều nước nóng cho đến khi nhiệt độ nước dần dần chuyển sang lạnh.

3. Kiểm tra ELB lắp sẵn
Kiểm tra ELB lắp sẵn (mỗi tháng một lần) để phòng tránh nguy cơ cho người dùng như hư hỏng tài sản, tổn
thương nghiêm trọng hoặc tử vong.
• Đảm bảo thiết bị đang ở trạng thái bật.
• Nhấn Nút kiểm tra ELB. Nếu ELB ở trạng thái bình thường, Nút khởi động lại ELB sẽ trượt xuống.
• Đẩy Nút khởi động lại ELB lên để đặt lại ELB.
XỬ LÝ SỰ CỐ
1. Quý khách nên kiểm tra các điểm sau đây trước khi yêu cầu sửa chữa.
Dấu hiệu Các điểm cần kiểm tra
Nước chảy ra không bình thường. Kiểm tra xem có bất kỳ rò rỉ của các kết nối nước.

•Nhớ phải bật công tắc 2 cực ON/OFF.
•Nhớ phải bật Cầu dao ngắt điện MCB.
•Đảm bảo Nút khởi động lại ELB không trượt xuống.
•Đẩy Nút khởi động lại ELB lên để đặt lại ELB (tham khảo phần “CHẠY THỬ” ở
trang VN12).
Hoàn toàn không có nước chảy ra
từ thiết bị.
•Đảm bảo Van nước chính đang mở.
•Kiểm tra xem đã có nguồn cấp nước hay chưa.
•Kiểm tra xem nguồn cấp nước vào đã được kết nối với Van an toàn chưa.
2. Nếu trong quá trình sử dụng, những điều bất thường được liệt kê dưới đây xảy ra, quý khách cần hãy lập tức gọi
tới Trung tâm dịch vụ Panasonic hoặc Trung tâm hỗ trợ khách hàng Panasonic gần nhất.

3. Việc sửa chữa yêu cầu kỹ năng đặc biệt. Không cố gắng tự sửa chữa thiết bị.

ƪQuý khách không được tự mình lắp đặt, tháo gỡ hoặc lắp đặt lại thiết bị.
• Việc lắp đặt không đúng quy cách có thể gây ra rò rỉ, giật điện, cháy hoặc thương tích. Công tác lắp đặt
và chạy dây điện phải được thực hiện bởi nhân viên có đủ trình độ.
ƪKhông lắp đặt Van an toàn ở đầu xả.
ƪKhông sử dụng dây không rõ nguồn gốc, dây đã bị sửa đổi, dây nối hay dây kéo dài cho nguồn cấp
điện.
ƪKhông sử dụng dây kéo dài hoặc chia sẻ một ổ cắm với thiết bị điện khác. Tiếp xúc kém, cách điện
kém hoặc dòng điện quá tải sẽ gây điện giật hoặc cháy.
ƪKhông buộc Dây điện thành bó. Nhiệt độ trên Dây điện có thể tăng bất thường.
ƪBình nước nóng phải được nối đất. Đảm bảo dây điện được kết nối an toàn với ổ cắm điện. Việc nối
đất không đúng cách có thể gây điện giật.
ƪThiết bị này phải được lắp đặt và bảo dưỡng bởi nhân viên có đủ trình độ và chỉ được sử dụng phụ

ƪLắp đặt ở vị trí vững chắc có thể chịu trọng lượng hơn 4 lần với đầy tải của thiết bị. Lắp đặt không
đúng cách sẽ làm cho thiết bị rơi và gây thương tích.
ƪĐường ống đã lắp đặt phải được rửa sạch trước khi kết nối với thiết bị để loại bỏ chất bẩn. Chất bẩn
có thể làm hư hỏng các bộ phận của thiết bị.
ƪSử dụng phụ kiện đi kèm và các phụ tùng được chỉ định để lắp đặt. Nếu không, sẽ có nguy cơ rơi thiết
bị, rò rỉ nước, cháy hoặc giật điện.
ƪĐảm bảo dây điện không bị chèn ép bởi thân máy trong và sau khi cài đặt.

ƪChỉ được lắp đặt thiết bị này trong nhà.
ƪSau khi lắp đặt, hãy kiểm tra tình trạng rò rỉ nước ở khu vực nối trong quá trình chạy thử. Nếu xuất
hiện, tình trạng rò rỉ có thể gây hư hỏng các tài sản khác.
ƪĐảm bảo bình đã chứa đầy nước trước khi bật điện để tránh thiệt hại cho thiết bị do quá nhiệt. (có thể
nhận ra qua lưu lượng nước chảy ổn định khi mở vòi nước nóng)
ƪCó thể cần nhiều hơn một người để thực hiện lắp đặt. Trọng lượng của thiết bị có thể gây tổn thương
nếu chỉ được đỡ bởi một người.
ƪChọn vị trí phù hợp để nếu xuất hiện rò rỉ, tình trạng rò rỉ đó sẽ không gây hưng hỏng các tài sản
khác.
ƪLắp đặt đường ống thoát nước như đã đề cập. Nước nhỏ giọt qua ống xả của Van an toàn có thể xâm
nhập vào phòng và làm hư hỏng đồ đạc, do đó ống này phải được để mở thoáng.
TRƯỚC KHI LẮP ĐẶT
• Quá trình lắp đặt phải được thực hiện bởi nhân viên có đủ trình độ.
• Mọi công tác lắp đặt hệ thống ống nước phải được hoàn thành và Bình chứa được nạp đầy nước trước khi tiến
hành kết nối điện. Điều này sẽ giúp tránh làm hư hỏng thiết bị.
• Sử dụng ống phù hợp có khả năng chịu nhiệt độ và áp suất cao cho các kết nối đầu vào và đầu ra.

CÁCH THỨC LẮP ĐẶT
Lưu ý:
• Trong quá trình lắp đặt, cần đảm bảo nguồn điện và nguồn cấp nước đã tắt.
1. Vị trí lắp đặt thiết bị.
• Chỉ lắp đặt thiết bị trong nhà ở những vị trí không có sương giá và không chịu tác động của thời tiết.
• Đảm bảo giữ khoảng cách tối thiểu với tường, trần nhà hoặc các vật cản khác theo minh họa trong mục 2 Cách
cố định thiết bị.
CẢNH BÁO
Đảm bảo lắp đặt thiết bị lên tường đủ vững ở vị trí nằm ngang
chắc để chịu trọng lượng hơn 4 lần với đầy tải của thiết bị và
theo minh họa trong Hình 1 (tư thế thẳng đứng với ống đầu vào
và ống đầu ra hướng xuống). Lắp đặt không đúng cách sẽ làm
cho thiết bị rơi và gây thương tích.
Không lắp thiết bị cách xa bề mặt tường như thể hiện trong Hình 2.
• Chọn vị trí phù hợp có thể dễ dàng tiếp cận nguồn điện và nguồn cấp nước.
-Vị trí dễ thoát nước và có thể tháo lắp để bảo trì thiết bị.
• Tránh lắp đặt thiết bị ở những vị trí có thể tiếp xúc với một trong các điều kiện sau:
-Lắp đặt ở vị trí bị sương giá.
-Điện áp đầu vào vượt quá điện áp được chỉ định.
2. Cách cố định thiết bị.
Đánh dấu vị trí của A1 và A2, B và C trên tường bằng cách tham khảo kích thước trong Bảng 1. Khoảng cách
của thiết bị với phía bên trái và phải của tường là 250 mm, cách sàn nhà tối thiểu 1,7 m và cách trần nhà tối
thiểu 150 mm. Sẽ không xảy ra hiện tượng chặn lại Nút khởi động lại ELB làm cho nút này trượt xuống.

Nên đánh dấu vị trí C trước, sau đó đến
vị trí A1, A2 và B. Dấu nổi nằm ở dưới
cùng của thiết bị đóng vai trò là kim chỉ
