Retro-Fit Kit for PANZONE Wireless Enclosure

This Retro-Fit Kit is designed specifically for use with the PZWIFIED Wireless Enclosure.
Door Replacement

hammer and small gauge
steel pin

Step 1: Disconnect grounding wire from door to be removed. See Figure 1.
Step 2: Remove lock from door by removing nut on inside door face. See Figure
1.
Step 3: Remove hinge pins from door to be removed using a hammer and a small
gauge steel pin. See Figure 1.
Step 4: Remove old door. See Figure 1.
Step 5: Align hinges of new door to enclosure. See Figure 2.1.
Step 6: Add hinge pins to assembly using a hammer and a small gauge steel pin.
See Figure 2.2.
Step 7: Reconnect grounding wire. See Figure 2.3.
Step 8: Reinstall lock onto door. Be sure to maintain the same lock orientation
as when it was removed in Step 2. See Figure 2.3.

Socket Wrench

Step 1: Remove old Wireless Access
Point (WAP) from enclosure. See Fig.
3.1.
Step 2: Remove old WAP Mounting
Bracket by removing the hex nuts attach-
ing it to the enclosure. See Figure 3.2.
Step 3: Reattach Hex Nuts to studs in
enclosure, but do not tighten. See Fig.
3.3.
Step 4: Using orientation shown, attach
Retro-Fit mounting bracket through larger
part of keyholes, then push bracket
toward top of enclosure to hold in place.
See Figure 3.3.
Step 5: Tighten hex nuts through clear-
ance holes using 11/32” Nut Driver or
Socket Wrench. See Figure 3.4.
Step 6: Align new WAP Mounting
Bracket with the Retro-Fit Mounting
Bracket and secure in place using pro-
vided hardware. See Figure 3.5.
Step 7: Attach new WAP in place using
hardware provided with the WAP. See
Figure 3.6.
