5 - Tickets
Strada Transfert Evolution2 - Operation manual
15/50
5. Tickets
5.1 Standard parking ticket
Parking tickets can be personalised.
For example, they may contain the following information:
Date;
Expiry time;
Expiry date;
Price of ticket.
A resident ticket additionally includes the letters "RES".
5.2 Test tickets
A test ticket may be obtained using the programming keyboard (button T) or
using function 211. It shows that the general operations have been
performed correctly. For example, it contains the following:
-time and date,
-the word 'TEST',
-the number of the parking terminal,
-the last 20 warning or failure messages where applicable.
A token ticket can be obtained with the help of a test token. A test token is
a dummy coin that is used to make sure that transaction operations are
performed correctly, in particular by checking the coin chute and the
printer.
When the operation is completed correctly, the minimum and maximum
payment amounts are displayed on the screen and the terminal gives back
the test token and prints a test ticket with the word "TOKEN".
A test card may also be used to issue a maintenance ticket. It is used to
make sure that transaction operations are being performed correctly, in
particular by testing the card reader and the printer.
5.3 Power supply voltage ticket
A power supply voltage ticket (accessible via programming function 95) is available
with a printout of the no-load and on-load battery voltages (and mains voltages).

5 - Tickets
Strada Transfert Evolution2 - Operation manual
16/50
5.4 Management ticket (or Statistics ticket)
The management ticket is not available with terminals in transaction-based
accounting mode. In that case, the data are reported to the server and are not
counted locally.
Programming function 212 accessible from the programming keypad is used to print
a management ticket (or Statistics ticket).
The management ticket can be personalised.
It may for example indicate the following:
time and date of printing,
information about collections:
- The amount of the latest collections, regardless of the method of
payment (coins, cards or cheques),
- The date and time of the latest collections and their reference
number.
information about parking counters:
- The total amount of all the various methods of payment,
- The total number of tickets sold,
- The total numbers and amounts of the various transactions by user
(resident, etc.).
information about other counters (list not comprehensive):
- card reloading counters,
- penalty payment counters,
- refund counters,
- deposit counters,
- free time counters.

6 - Coin collection
Strada Transfert Evolution2 - Operation manual
17/50
6. Coin collection
6.1 Organisation and security
Organisation:
Collections must be organised randomly:
at the time of the collection round;
when a green warning LED flashes to show that the coinbox is almost full;
when a red failure LED flashes to show that the coinbox is full.
In the event of malfunctioning:
If the terminal offers the facility to use several payment methods, the
collection malfunctioning LEDs are green and payment with coins is
impossible, but payment by card is possible.
If payment with coins is the only payment method, the malfunctioning LEDs
are red.
Security:
Parkeon terminals are designed to offer strong protection from fraud. Special
attention must be paid to the various potential risks of fraud and theft. Some basic
precautions need to be taken:
Always store the keys to doors and drawers in a secure location;
Before making a collection with the transfer canister, always check that the
canister is empty and that the once-only opening system has been reset
(once-only system reset dot);
Always check that the padlock of the trolley or canister is locked before
making the collection.
IMPORTANT:
Before beginning the collection procedure, the operating agent must
make sure that the terminal is in proper working order.
