subjected to a nal inspection. The
functionality of your equipment is
therefore guaranteed.
The operating instructions
constitute part of this prod-
uct. They contain important
information on safety, use

product, familiarise yourself with all
of the operating and safety instruc-
tions. Use the product only as de-
scribed and for the applications
specied.
Keep this manual safely and in the
event that the product is passed on,
hand over all documents to the third

Intended purpose
The rechargeable battery compat-
ible with all devices in the Parkside
X 12 V TEAM series. Any other use
that is not explicitly approved in
these instructions may result in dam-
age to the equipment and represent
a serious danger to the user. This
equipment is not suitable for com-
mercial use. Commercial use will
invalidate the guarantee.

Careful handling and use of
battery devices
•Charge the batteries
only in chargers that are
recommended by the
manufacturer. Risk of re if
a charger that is suitable for a
specic type of battery is used
with other batteries.
•In the power tools, use
only the batteries de-
signed for the purpose. The
use of other batteries may result
in injuries and risk of re.
•Keep the unused battery
away from paper clips,
coins, keys, nails, screws
and other small metal ob-
jects, which could cause
bridging of the contacts. A
short circuit between the battery
contacts may cause burns or re.
•If used incorrectly, liquid
may leak from the bat-
tery. Avoid contact with
this. In the event of ac-
cidental contact, rinse off
with water. If the liquid gets
into eyes, seek medical assis-
tance. Leaking battery uid may
cause skin irritations or burns.
•Do not use damaged or
altered batteries. Damaged
or altered batteries can be
unpredictable and lead to re,
explosion or risk of injury.
•Do not expose batteries to
re or elevated tempera-

tures. Fire or temperatures over
130°C can cause an explosion.
•Follow all instructions for
charging and never charge
the battery or the battery-
powered tool outside the
temperature range stated
in the operating instruc-
tions. Incorrect charging or
charging outside the permitted
temperature range may destroy
the battery and increase the risk
of re.
Service
•Never repair damaged
batteries. All battery repairs
should be carried out by the
manufacturer or authorised cus-
tomer service centres only.
Special safety directions for
battery-operated tools
•Ensure that the device is
switched off before insert-
ing the battery. Inserting a
battery into a power tool that
is switched on may result in ac-
cidents.
•Recharge the batteries
indoors only because the
battery charger is de-
signed for indoor use only.
•To reduce the electric shock
hazard, unplug the battery
charger from the mains be-
fore cleaning the charger.
•Do not subject the battery
to strong sunlight over
long periods and do not
leave it on a heater. Heat
damages the battery and there
is a risk of explosion.
•Allow a hot battery to cool
before charging.
•Do not open up the bat-
tery and avoid mechanical
damage to the battery.
Risk of short circuit and fumes
may be emitted that irritate the
respiratory tract. Ensure fresh air
and seek medical assistance in
the event of discomfort.
•Do not use non-rechargea-
ble batteries!
• Do not use any accessories
that are not recommended
by PARKSIDE. This can result
in electric shock or re.

Inserting/removing the
battery
1. To remove the battery (1) from
the device, press both release
buttons (2) on the battery and
pull the battery out.

2. To insert the battery (1), push
the battery along the guide rail
into the device. You will hear it
click into place.
Only insert the re-
chargeable battery once
the battery-operated
tool is ready for use.
Used batteries
• If a fully recharged battery lasts
for considerably shorter operat-
ing times, the battery is used
up and needs to be replaced.
Only use an OEM battery pack
replacement available from our
Customer Service.
• Always take heed of the appli-
cable safety instructions as well
as the environmental protection
regulations and information (see
“Cleaning and Maintenance”).
Storage
• Only store the batteries in the
partially-charged state. During
prolonged storage, 2 to 3 LEDs
should be illuminated. The bat-
tery charge status indicator of
the battery-operated tool signal-
ises the state of charge of the
battery (1).
• Remove the battery before stor-
ing the unit for longer periods of
time.
• During a longer storage period,
check the state of charge of the
battery and recharge if neces-
sary roughly every 3months.
• The ideal storage temperature
for the battery is between 0°C
and 45°C. Avoid extreme cold
or heat during storage to ensure
the battery output is not adverse-
ly affected.
Maintenance
• The appliance cleaner is mainte-
nance free.
Disposal and
protection of the
environment
Remove the battery from the device
and take the device, battery, acces-
sories and packaging for environ-
mentally friendly recycling.
Machines do not belong with
domestic waste.
Do not dispose of batteries
in household waste, re (risk
of explosion) or water. Dam-
aged batteries may damage
the environment and your
health if toxic fumes or liq-
uids leak out.
• Return the unit to a recycling
centre. The plastics and metals
in the unit can be sorted and

appropriately recycled. Ask our
Service Centre for details.
• Dispose of batteries in dis-
charged condition. We recom-
mend covering the pole with
adhesive tape to prevent a short
circuit. Do not open up the bat-
tery.
• Dispose of batteries in accord-
ance with the local regulations.
Take batteries to an old battery
collection point where they will
be recycled in an environmen-
tally friendly manner. For infor-
mation about this, ask your local
waste management company or
our service centre.
• Defective units returned to us will
be disposed of for free.

Dear Customer,
This device comes with a three-year
warranty from the date of purchase.
In case of defects, you have statu-
tory rights against the seller of the
product. These statutory rights are
not restricted by our guarantee pre-
sented below.
Terms of Guarantee
The term of the guarantee begins
on the date of purchase. Please
retain the original receipt. This
document is required as proof of
purchase.
If a material or manufacturing de-
fect occurs within three years from
the date of purchasing this product,
the product will be repaired or
replaced by us for free – according
to our choice. This guarantee re-
quires the defective equipment and
proof of purchase to be presented
within the three-year period with
a brief written description of what
constitutes the defect and when it
occurred.
If the defect is covered by our guar-
antee, you will receive either the
repaired product or a new product.
No new guarantee period begins
on repair or replacement of the
product.

Guarantee Period and Statu-
tory Claims for Defects
The guarantee period is not ex-
tended by the guarantee service.
This also applies for replaced or
repaired parts. Any damages and
defects already present at the time
of purchase must be reported im-
mediately after unpacking. Repairs
arising after expiry of the guaran-
tee period are chargeable.
Guarantee Cover
The equipment has been carefully
produced in accordance with strict
quality guidelines and conscien-
tiously checked prior to delivery.
The guarantee applies for all mate-
rial and manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not extend to
product parts exposed to normal
wear and tear, which are therefore
considered consumable parts (e.g.
the rechargeable battery →bat-
tery capacity) or damage to fragile
parts.
This guarantee shall be invalid if
the product has been damaged,
used incorrectly or not maintained.
Precise adherence to all of the in-
structions specied in the operating
manual is required for proper use
of the product. Intended uses and
actions against which the operating
manual advises or warns must be
categorically avoided.
The product is designed only for
private and not commercial use.
The guarantee will be invalidated
in case of misuse or improper han-
dling, use of force, or interventions
not undertaken by our authorised
service branch.

Brižljivo postupanje i upora-
ba uređaja za punjenje
• Punjače punite samo u uređaji-
ma za punjenje, koje proizvo-
đač preporuči. Za uređaj za
punjenje, koji je pogodan za
određenu vrstu punjača, postoji
opasnost od požara, ako se on
primjenjuje s drugim punjačima.
• U električnim alatima koristite

Servis

Vađenje/umetanje
akumulatora
1. Za vađenje akumulatora (1)
iz uređaja pritisnite tipku za
deblokadu (2) na akumulatoru i
izvucite akumulator.
2. Za umetanje akumulatora (1)
uvucite akumulator u uređaj duž
vodeće šine. Začuje se uklapa-
nje.
Bateriju umetnite tek,
kada je baterijski alat
pripremljen za upora-
bu.
Istrošene baterije
• Znatno smanjeno vrijeme rada
usprkos punjenju baterije uka-
zuje na istrošenu bateriju koju
je potrebno zamijeniti. Koristite
samo zamjensku bateriju koju
ste nabavili putem službe za
korisnike.
• U svakom se slučaju pridržavaj-
te važećih sigurnosnih naputaka
kao i odredbi i naputaka za za-
štitu okoliša (vidi „Odlaganje/
Zaštita okoliša“).
Skladištenje
• Bateriju čuvajte samo u napola
napunjenom stanju. Tijekom
dužeg skladištenja trebala bi
svijetliti 2 do 3 LED svjetla.
• Optimalna temperatura skladi-
štenja baterije iznosi između
0°C i 45°C. Tijekom skladište-
nja izbjegavajte ekstremne hlad-
noće ili vrućine, kako baterija
ne bi izgubila učinkovitost.
• Izvadite akumulator iz uređaja
prije duljeg skladištenja.
• Tijekom dulje faze skladištenja
otprilike svaka 3 mjeseca pro-
vjerite stanje punjenja baterije i
prema potrebi ju nadopunite.
Održavanje
• Uređaj je bez održavanja.
Uklanjanje/zaštita
okoliša
Izvadite punjač iz uređaja i predaj-
te uređaj, punjač, pribor i pakira-
nje na ponovnu preradu uz zaštitu
okoliša.
Električni uređaji ne spadaju
u kućni otpad.
Punjače nemojte bacati u
kućno smeće, u vatru (opa-
snost od eksplozije) ili u

vodu. Oštećeni punjači mogu
naštetiti okolišu i Vašem
zdravlju, ako iziđu otrovne
pare ili tekućine.
• Predajte uređaj na mjestu za
ponovnu pripremu. Uporabljeni
plastični i metalni dijelovi mogu
se po vrsti odvojiti i privesti po-
novnoj uporabi. Upitajte o tome
naš servisni centar.
• Punjače uklonite u ispražnjenom
stanju. Mi preporučamo, da po-
love prekrijete ljepljivom trakom
radi zaštite od kratkoj spoja.
Nemojte otvarati punjač.
• Punjače uklonite prema lokalnim
propisima. Predajte punjače na
sabirno mjesto za stare baterije,
gdje će biti podvrgnuti ponovnoj
preradi uz zaštitu okoliša. O
tome pitajte Vaše lokalno po-
duzeće za odvoz smeća ili naš

u trajanju od 3 godine od datuma
kupnje.
U slučaju nedostataka ovoga proi-
zvoda, Vama pripadaju zakonska
prava prema prodavaču proizvoda.
Ova zakonska prava ne ograniča-
vaju se našom dolje navedenom
garancijom.
Garancijski uvjeti
Garancijski rok počinje s datumom
kupnje. Molimo, dobro čuvajte
originalni blagajnički račun. Ovaj
dokument potreban je kao dokaz
kupnje.
Ako unutar tri godine od datuma
kupnje ovog proizvoda dođe do
pogreške u materijalu ili u izradi,
mi ćemo proizvod - po našem
izboru - besplatno popraviti ili
zamijeniti. Preduvjet za ovu garan-
cijsku uslugu je, da se u roku od tri
godine priloži taj pokvareni uređaj
i dokaz o kupnji (blagajnički račun)

te u pisanom obliku kratko opiše, u
čemu se sastoji nedostatak i kada
je nastao.
Ako je kvar pokriven našom garan-
cijom, Vi dobivate natrag poprav-
ljeni ili novi proizvod. S popravkom
ili zamjenom proizvoda ne započi-
nje novi garancijski period.
Garancijski period i zakon-
ska prava na nedostatak
Garancijski period se ne produ-
žava jamstvom. To vrijedi i za
zamijenjene i popravljene dijelove.
Oštećenja i nedostaci koji eventual-
no postoje već pri kupnji, moraju se
prijaviti odmah nakon raspakiranja.
Popravci koji nastanu poslije isteka
garancijskog perioda podliježu
plaćanju.
Opseg garancije
Uređaj je brižljivo proizveden pre-
ma strogim smjernicama o kvaliteti i
prije isporuke je savjesno ispitan.
Garancijska usluga vrijedi za greš-
ke materijala ili proizvodnje. Ovo
jamstvo se ne odnosi na dijelove
proizvoda, koji su izloženi nor-
malnom trošenju i stoga se mogu
smatrati potrošnim dijelovima (npr.
baterija → kapacitet baterije) ili na
oštećenja lomljivih dijelova.
Ova garancija otpada, ako je pro-
izvod oštećen, nestručno korišten ili
nije održavan. Za stručno korištenje
proizvoda morate se točno pridrža-
vati svih uputa navedenih u Uputi
za upravljanje. Morate obvezno
izbjegavati svrhe primjene i postup-
ke, koje Vam u Uputi za upravljanje
ne savjetujemo ili na koje upozo-
ravamo.
Proizvod je namijenjen samo za pri-
vatnu, a ne za industrijsku uporabu.
Garancija se gubi kod zlouporabe
i nestručnog upravljanja, primjene
sile i kod zahvata, koje ne poduz-
me naša autorizirana servisna
poslovnica.

blagajnički račun i broj artikla
(IAN 331420_1907) kao do-
kaz kupnje.
• Broj artikla molimo pronađite na

• Ukoliko nastanu greške funkcije
ili ostali nedostaci, najprije
kontaktirajte dolje navedeno
