1. Product information
Thanks for choosing our LP-9300, please read this manual carefully for correct operation of
this device.
This smart printer has been integrated Android operation system, no need to connect
computer. You can operate this device as easily as operate your smart phone.
You will experience the wonderful functions of this device in application in industry and mobile
internet, whatever you are user or developer.
Safety Notice
1) Do not touch print head with hand.
2) Do not touch cutter blade.
3) Do not press tablet panel heavily or put heavy objects on tablet.
4) Only use original power adapter that is supplied along with printer.
5) The LP-9300 surroundings must be well ventilated, dry and free from dust.
6) Do not keep and install printer in severe temperature, too much humid and seriously
polluted environment.
7) Install your printer on the stable surface.
8) Do not let water or any other liquid & foreign objects into the printer.
9) Please turn off power before detach any cables to avoid smart tablet control board
damage.
10) Users can not refresh Android OS without approval to avoid any mistake.
11) Please install professional APP.

5、Cable connection
When you open the product package, please check if you get DC24V power adapter, and
connect cables correctly with each port.
Note: 4 USB ports，support hot plug, one is for computer to connect to do printer setting, others
can be connected by mouse, keyboard and scanner.
6、Operation
6.1 Power On
①Make sure paper roll installed correctly and close the top cover correctly.
②Turn on printer power and display power.
③When hear the paper feeding sound, this indicates printer detect itself automatically.
6.2 Self test
④Click Gprinter application software icon，click SET

⑤Choose model LP-9300 (GP-93i)，choose Port and click Connect, then top right corner will
be updated and show connection status.
⑥Click “Print test”button to printer.
6.3 Screen unlocks / wakes up
Slide to unlock to enter home screen.

Lightly press the red button to wake up screen under dormant status.
6.4 Connect to network

Can choose WCDMA 3G card to connect to network.

Can click “set”in home screen to make WLAN connection settings Choose
3G, Wi-Fi or Ethernet connecting way, any one of them is OK.
6.5 Browser
After network connected, you can input web address to check network information.
6.6 File manager
File manager help you mange the files stored in systems in time.
6.7 Calculator, Calendar, Clock, Gallery
These tools are convenient for you to use in daily operation.
6.8 Download
You can download APP from website, for you to better use our smart printer.
6.9 Equipment upgrade
Support OTA remote upgrade. When smart printer is connected with network, it may show
“Found new system upgrade”to inform you that you can download new file into
the equipment, after installation, please restart your printer. If you are satisfied with current
system, you can choose to exit the system update.

Note：During OTA remote upgrading, do not cut off the power, otherwise your printer can not
be used.
6.10 Power off
When screen is lighted, go back to home screen, long-press tablet red button, and select the
right option in the list showing in the screen.

When tablet power is off, please turn off printer power.

If printer power is not turned off, and when you long-press tablet red button, tablet will power
on again.
7. Product Maintenance
Please clean your equipment at regular intervals to ensure good quality printing and long lifetime
lasting.


Notice：

Please turn off printer power before cleaning it.

■Do not touch print head by your hand and metal object, avoid scratch and damage on print
head, roller and gap sensor surface, screen.
■Do not use petrol, acetone etc organic solvent to clean print head, roller.
■After cleaning the gap sensor, please calibrate the label paper again.
■After alcohol evaporates completely, you can turn on power to continue operation.
8. Service Policy
We provide one year warranty upon invoice date if product failure happened in normal operation.
Free maintenance supporting does not contain below situations:
(1) Install the equipment in improper environment to cause the problem.
(2) User does not use original accessory to cause the problem
(3) User does not keep the equipment correctly to let liquid and other object into equipment to
cause the problem.
(4) User does not use verified software and hardware to cause the problem.
(5) Open the equipment without our approval to cause the problem.
(6) The problem caused by the force majeure.
