GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
It is essential that you read the safety regulations and operating instructions in their entirety
and follow the information contained therein in order to eliminate the possibility of an
accident or potentially dangerous situation from occurring while working with the high
pressure cleaner.
WARNING!
This machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the machine by a person responsible for their safety.
Before starting up your machine please check it carefully for any defects. If you
find any, do not start up your machine and contact your distributor.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine.
•The power supply connection must be installed by a qualified electrician and comply
with IEC 60364-1.
•The power plug must be plugged into a properly installed socket. The power supply
should include a residual current device for max. 30 mA for 30 ms.
•Always check the device, the mains cable and the plug before using the high pressure
cleaner. Only operate the device when it is in good working order and has not been
damaged in any way. Damaged parts must be immediately replaced by a qualified
electrician.
•Always pull the power plug out of the socket outlet before doing any work on the high
pressure cleaner, before changing the nozzle and whenever the cleaner is not being
used.
•WARNING! Unsuitable extension cable can be dangerous.

•WARNING! If an extension cord is used, the plug and socket must be of watertight
construction.
•Only use suitable extension cable when working outdoors. Extension cable must have a
minimum cross-section of 1.0 mm2.
•WARNING! This device was developed to be used with cleaning agents supplied or
recommended by the Manufacturer. The use of any other cleaning agents or chemicals
can negatively affect the safety of the device.
•WARNING! Risk of explosion - Do not spray flammable liquids.
•WARNING! Water that has flown through backflow preventers is considered to be non-
potable.
•Cable connections should be kept dry and off the ground. Always uncoil the extension
cable completely to avoid heat damage to the cable.
•WARNING! Do not use the device when other persons or animals are in the near vicinity
unless they are wearing appropriate protective clothing.
•WARNING! High pressure jets can be dangerous when the cleaner is not used properly.
Do not direct the jet toward persons, animals, live electrical equipment or the device
itself.
•WARNING! Do not direct the jet against yourself or others in order to clean clothes or
foot-wear.
•WARNING! High pressure cleaners shall not be used by children or untrained personnel.
•WARNING! High pressure hoses, fittings and couplings are important components for
the safety of the device. Only use high pressure hoses, fittings and couplings that are
recommended by the Manufacturer.
•WARNING! To ensure machine safety, use only original spare parts from the
Manufacturer or approved by the Manufacturer.
•WARNING! Do not use the machine if a supply cord or important parts are damaged,
e.g. safety devices, high pressure hoses, trigger gun.
•Do not pull or carry the electric tool by its mains cable. Protect the mains cable from
becoming damaged by oil, solvents and sharp edges.
•Keep your place of work tidy.
•Ensure that the switch is turned off when connecting the unit to the power supply.
•Wear the suitable work clothes.
•Check your high pressure cleaner to ensure that it is in good working order. If the
cleaner is not functioning properly, have it checked by an authorized professional. Have
all maintenance and inspection work carried out only by a qualified electrician.
•The water jet that emerges from the high pressure nozzle produces a ‘kickback’ on the
spray handle. Therefore, make sure that you have a solid footing and that you have a
firm hold of the handle grip. In order to protect yourself from possible flying objects
(that are released due to the high pressure).
•The high pressure jet can damage vehicle tires and tire parts. Keep a distance of at least
30 cm from the object being cleaned.
•If there is a power failure while you are using the machine, be sure to switch off the
machine for safety reasons.
•The electric pump always must be able to draw on a sufficient supply of water. Dry
operation causes severe damage to the seals.
•Disconnect from the power supply before carrying out user maintenance.
•Only use original spare parts from the Manufacturer or approved by the Manufacturer.

•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the Manufacturer, its service agent
or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Never use the machine in an environment where there could be a danger of explosion. If
any doubt arises, please contact the local authorities.
•It is not allowed to clean asbestos-containing surfaces with high pressure.
•This high pressure washer must not be used at temperatures below 0 °C.
WARNING!
−Cord on drums should always be completely unwinded to prevent the cord from
overheating.
−If an extension cord is used, the plug and socket must be of watertight construction.
−Inadequate extension cords can be dangerous.

Power cord connections should be kept dry and off the ground.
−If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or his service
agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
−All keep the machine on a stable and flat surface during operation, handling,
transportation and storage. Sudden overturn of machine will cause injury to body.
−In the event of accident or breakdown, switch off the machine immediately. (e.g.
contact with detergent: rinse with an abundance of clean water)
Attention!
Through poor conditions of the electrical MAINS, shortly voltage drops can appear when
starting the EQUIPMENT. This can influence other equipment (eg. Blinking of lamp). If the
MAINS-IMPEDANCE Zmax < 0.335 Ω, such disturbances are not expected. (In case of need,
you may contact your local supply authority for further information.)
WARNING! ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of
electrical shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are
unsure if an outlet is properly grounded. DO NOT modify the plug provided with the
appliance to fit an outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
Mains power connection
The following should be observed when connecting the high pressure
washer to the electric installation:
−The electric installation shall be made by a certified electrician and comply with IEC-364.
−It is recommended that the electric supply to this appliance should include either a
residual current device that will interrupt the supply if the leakage current to earth
exceeds 30 mA for 30 ms.

Safety devices
−The unloader valve can reduce pressure if it exceeds pre-set values. The spray gun
features a locking device. When the pawl is activated, the spray gun cannot be
operated.
Thermal sensor:
A thermal sensor protects the motor against overloading. The machine will restart after a
few minutes when the thermal sensor has cooled.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE
The high pressure cleaner is designed to clean vehicles, machines, buildings, facades, etc. in
the private sector.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
•Never use the machine in potentially explosive areas under any circumstances!
•The operating temperature must be between 0 and +40℃.
•The machine consists of an assembly with a pump, which is encased in a shock
absorbing housing. For an optimal working position the machine comes with a lance and
a non-slip handle grip, whose shape and configuration comply with the applicable
regulations.
•Do not cover or modify the lance or the spray nozzles in any way.
•The high pressure cleaner is designed to be used with cold or lukewarm (max. 40℃);
higher temperatures can damage the pump.
•Do not use water that is dirty, gritty or contains any chemical products, as these could
impair operation and shorten the life of the machine.
•Accessories can be used to carry out work with foam cleaners, sand spraying.
ASSEMBLY
Mount loose parts delivered with appliance prior to start-up
1. Install the handle with two screws according Fig. 3.
2. Install the High-pressure hose hook according Fig.4.
3. Slide the trigger gun holder into position of unit left according Fig 5.
4. Slide the power cord hook into position of unit right according Fig.6.
5. Install the trigger gun protector according Fig.7.
6. Install the spray wand according Fig. 10.
•Fit the spray wand into the gun and rotate it until the two parts are completely
locked.
7. Connect the high pressure hose to the trigger gun according Fig. 11.
•Connect the sliver end of the high-pressure hose to the trigger gun and twist the
nut as indicated to secure the connection.
IMPORTANT! Only use water without any impurities.
If there is a risk of running sands in the inlet water (i.e. from your own well), an
additional filter should be mounted.

8. Connect the high-pressure hose to the water outlet according Fig 12.
•Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the water outlet on the
washer and twist the black rotatable end-piece as indicated to secure the
connection.
9. Connect the garden hose to the water inlet according Fig. 13.
•Connect the garden hose adaptor (female coupler) to the water inlet of the
pressure washer, then thread your garden hose (male end) into the garden hose
adaptor.
START-UP
Park the appliance on an even surface.
Insert the mains plug into the socket.
ELECTRIC AND WATER SUPPLY
For connection values, see type plate.
ATTENTION
Impurities in the water can damage the high-pressure pump and the accessories.
DRAWING IN WATER FROM THE OPEN RESERVOIRS
This high-pressure cleaner is suited to work with the YILI suction hose with backflow vale to
draw in surface water, e.g. from water butts or ponds.
Fill the suction hose with water.
Screw the suction hose into the water connection of the appliance and insert it into the
water source (e.g. rainwater drum).
ATTENTION
The pump of high-pressure cleaner is not self-priming. For this reason, the water inlet of the
cleaner must be placed below the level of the reservoir from which the water is drawn
during use.
Bleed the device as follows prior to operation:
•Turn on the appliance “OFF/ON”
•Unlock the lever of the trigger gun (Fig. 8).
•Push the lever of the trigger gun, the device will switch on (Fig. 9).
•Let the device run (max. 2 minutes) until the water exits the trigger gun without
bubbles.
•Release the lever of the trigger gun.
•Lock the lever of the trigger gun.
ATTENTION
Dry running of more than 2 minutes leads to damage of the high-pressure pump. If the
appliance does not build up pressure within 2 minutes, switch the appliance off and proceed
in accordance with the instructions in Chapter “Troubleshooting”.
High pressure operation
CAUTION
Keep a distance of at least 30 cm when using the jet for cleaning painted surfaces to avoid
damage.

CAUTION
Make sure the ON/OFF switch is set to position “OFF/0” and insert the plug into a properly
installed socket.
MANIPULATION WITH LANCE WITH NOZZLE
ATTENTION
•The washer must be used on a secure and stable surface in a standing, upright position
(Fig. 2).
•Connect the product to power and water supply as described.
•Open the water supply.
•Hold the spray gun with both hands.
•Direct the nozzle of the chosen accessory away from you towards the surface to be
cleaned.
•Unlock the trigger and press it until a constant amount of water flows through the
nozzle, to allow air trapped in the hose to escape.
•Release the trigger.
•Turn on the switch “OFF/ON”.
•Hold the spray gun with both hands. Direct the water jet to the object to be cleaned and
press the trigger.
Release the lever of the trigger gun; the device will switch off again and stop the water jet.
High pressure remains in the system.
WARNING! Beware of kickback when pressing the trigger!

Operation with detergent
Detergent can only be added when the device is operated in low pressure mode.
DANGER
When using detergents, the material data safety sheet issued by the detergent manufacturer
must be adhered, especially the instructions regarding personal protective equipment.
Remove the cap of the clean detergent bottle. Gently pull the onboard detergent tank out of
its storage position.
Fill the tank with detergent designed specifically for use with pressure washers.
Push the detergent bottle with the opening pointing downwards into the connection for the
hose clean detergent.
Recommended cleaning method
•Spray the detergent sparingly on the dry surface and allow it to react, but not to dry.
•Spray off loosened dirt with the high pressure Met.
After operation with detergent
•Remove the hose clean detergent bottle from the intake and close it with the lid.
•For storage, put the detergent bottle into the retainer with the cap pointing up.
Interrupting operation
•Release the lever of the trigger gun.
•Lock the lever of the trigger gun.
•Put the trigger gun with the spray lance into the parking position.
•During longer breaks(more than 5 minutes), also turn the appliance off using the
“OFF/ON” switch.
Finish operation
•Release the lever of the trigger gun.
•Turn off the appliance " OFF/ON”.
•Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
Only separate the high-pressure hose from the trigger gun or the device when there is no
pressure in the system.
TURN OFF TAP
•Pressure the lever of the trigger gun to release any remaining pressure in the system.
•Release the lever of the trigger gun.
•Lock the lever of the trigger gun.
ATTENTION
•When disconnecting the supply or high pressure hose, warm water may leak from the
connection after operation.
•Detach the appliance from the water supply.

TRANSPORTATION
CAUTION
Risk of personal injury or damage!
Mind the weight of the appliance during transport.
When transporting by hand
•Switch the product off and disconnect it from the water and power supply.
•Pull the appliance by its transport handle.
When transporting in vehicles
•Prior to horizontal transport: close the cap of clean detergent bottle.
•Tilt the product towards you until it balances on the wheels. Then move it by its
transportation handle.
•Protect the product from any heavy impact or strong vibrations which may occur during
transportation in vehicles.
•Secure the appliance against shifting and tipping over.
STORAGE
CAUTION
Risk of personal injury or damage!
Consider the weight of the appliance when storing it.
Storing the appliance
•Park the machine on an even surface.
•Detach spray lance from the trigger gun.
•Push the disconnect button on the trigger gun and pull the high-pressure hose out of the
trigger gun.
•Place the trigger gun into the storage for the trigger gun.
•Put both spray lances into the storage for the spray lance.
•Dirt grinder spray lance: Nozzle towards the bottom.
•Coil the high-pressure hose and hang it over the hose storage.
•Store the mains connection in the accessory compartment.
•Prior to extended storage periods, as during the winter, also observe the instructions in
the care section.
•Always store the pressure cleaner, parts, and accessories in a place that is inaccessible
to children. The ideal storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30 °C. Store the power
washer indoors to prevent the water in the unit from expanding under freezing
conditions.
•We recommend using the original package for storage or covering the product with a
suitable cloth or enclosure to protect it against dust.

Frost protection
ATTENTION
Appliance and accessories that are not completely drained can be destroyed by frost.
Completely drain appliance and accessories and protect them against frost. To avoid
damage:
•Detach the appliance from the water supply.
•Detach spray lance from the trigger gun.
•Turn on the appliance “ON/OFF”.
•Push the lever of the trigger gun until no more water is escaping .
•Release the lever of the trigger gun.
•Lock the lever of the trigger gun.
•Turn off the appliance “ON/OFF”.
•Store the appliance and the entire accessories in a frost free room.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Before working on the washer, disconnect the plug from the power supply socket.
•Clean the nozzle with the tool provided. Remove the lance from the gun; remove any
dirt from the nozzle hole (FIG. 15) and rinse.
•To ensure good performance, check and clean the suction and detergent filters after
every 50 hours of operation FIG. 16.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION - DISCARDING THE MACHINE
Make the old cleaner unusable immediately: unplug the cleaner and cut the electric cable.
Store the machine in an area that cannot be reached by children.
Do not use any parts from the used machine as replacement parts.
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, hoses and
packaging should be sorted, taken to the local recycling center and disposed of in an
environmentally safe way.
This product bears the appropriate selective sorting symbol for waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE).
This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EC in
order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.
For further information, please contact your local or regional authorities.
Electronic products not included in the selective sorting process are potentially dangerous
for the environment and human heath due to the presence of hazardous substances.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back
your old appliance for disposals at least free of charge.

•Damages to high pressure hose, gun, pump, motor, housing shells due to misuse,
operation errors, or exposure to natural elements.
•Transportation damages after sales.
•Services not provided by our authorized service centers.
•Accessories and spare parts, if any, provided in the package.
•Damages resulted from commercial or industrial use, as this product is intended for DIY
use only.

FAULT
