PART ORGANIZATION:
YOUR KIT INCLUDES SEVERAL BOXES AND/OR BAGS OF PARTS. THESE BOXES AND BAGS ARE
LABELED AND SORTED IN A MANNER WHICH HOPEFULLY MAKES ASSEMBLY EASY. DURING
ASSEMBLY, PLEASE LEAVE THESE PARTS IN A SAFE PLACE WHERE THEY HOPEFULLY WILL NOT
BE MISPLACED OR MIXED WITH OTHER PARTS OF THE KIT. THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL
REFERENCES THE PART BY BOX OR BAG, AND WITH SO MANY IT CAN BECOME A VERY TIME
CONSUMING TASK WHEN THINGS GET MIXED UP!
SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH?
CAN YOU TIGHTEN SCREWS SO HARD THEY BREAK THINGS? I BET YOU CAN! FEEL FREE TO
USE THAT STRENGTH WHEN YOU TIGHTEN A METAL SCREW TO A METAL PART, BUT NOT A
PLASTIC PART. THIS PRINTER UNDERGOES ONLY SLIGHT STRESSES DURING OPERATION, OF
WHICH A TIGHT SCREW WILL BE NO BETTER THAN A SLIGHTLY SNUG SCREW. IF IN DOUBT
PLEASE JUST ENSURE A SNUG FIT. IF SCREW TIGHTNESS IS IMPORTANT, IT WILL BE
ESPECIALLY NOTED IN THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
CAUTION:
THIS ASSEMBLY CONTAINS SEVERAL POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ELEMENTS. THE HOT END
TYPICALLY OPERATES AT 180-240 DEGREES CELSIUS, AND THE HEATED BED IS RATED UP TO
100 CELCIUS. THESE SURFACES CAN BURN YOU IF TOUCHED, OR CATCH FLAMMABLE OBJECTS
ON FIRE. IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE WORK AREA IS FREE OF
FLAMMABLE ITEMS AND TO ENSURE PROPER, NON-HAZARDOUS OPERATION. WHEN WORKING
WITH AC VOLTAGES, PROPER CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO PREVENT ELECTROCUTION AND SHORT
CIRCUIT WIRING. PDTECH ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED, AS IT IS THE
