Area of use
The height is adjustable between 1250 - 2025 mm
on a trapezoidal threaded screw. Max. weight 2000
kg.
Warning
1. Only use this high jack stand to facilitate the
work with your car as it hangs on a car lift.
2. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the
high jack stand.
3. The high jack stand is not intended to carry, for
example, a car itself.
4. Use only on hard, level surfaces that can sup-
port the weight gained. An unstable surface
can result in the load falling off.
Assembly instructions
1. Unpack the high jack stand on an empty and
clean surface. Make sure all parts are included.
2. Secure the rubber saddle (# 02) with 4 screws
(# 01) to the base plate (# 03).
3. Insert ”screw rod” (# 08) into the pipe (# 07)
with the threads facing up. Install two bearing
washers (# 05), ball bearings (# 06) and
handles (# 04) on the screw rod (# 08).
4. Attach the base plate (# 03) to the screw rod (#
08).
5. Start at the bottom. Fit the long ones stabilizer
bar (# 20) on the legs (# 18). Wait to tighten the
screws until all the assembly steps are
complete.
6. Install the medium length brace (# 17) on the
legs (# 18).
7. Install the lower support ange (# 19) with the
short support arms (# 13) and legs (# 18).
