Särskilda säkerhetsföreskrifter för
bandsågar
Stanna alltid bandsågen innan du tar bort trärester
från bordet. Håll alltid ngrarna borta från bladet.
Försök aldrig att såga arbetsstycken som inte har
en plan yta, om inte ett lämpligt stöd används. Håll
alltid materialet ordentligt och mata in det i bladet
i en måttlig hastighet. Stäng alltid av maskinen om
materialet ska backas ut ur en ofullständig
skärning. Justera den övre styrningen ca 0,3 cm
ovanför det material som skärs. Kontrollera att det
är rätt storlek och typ på sågbladet för det
material som ska sågas. Se till att bladspänningen
och spårningen är rätt inställda. Gör lättare snitt
innan du sågar långa konturer. Släpp på
bladspänningen när sågen inte kommer att
användas under en längre tid.
Användarens ansvar/garanti
Denna maskin kommer att prestera i enlighet med
beskrivningen i instruktionerna. Denna maskin
måste kontrolleras regelbundet. Defekt utrustning
(inklusive strömkabel) ska inte användas. Delar
som är skadade, saknas, uppenbarligen slitna,
förvrängda eller förorenade bör omedelbart
ersättas. Om sådan reparation eller utbyte blir
nödvändig, rekommenderas att endast äkta
reservdelar används och att sådana reparationer
utförs av kvalicerade personer. Denna maskin
eller någon av dess delar får inte ändras eller
modieras från standardspecikationerna.
Användaren av denna maskin ska ensam ansvara
för eventuella fel som uppstår på grund av felaktig
användning eller obehörig modikation från
standardspecikationer, felaktigt underhåll,
skador eller felaktig reparation av någon annan än
en kvalicerad person.

2.0 Lär känna din bandsåg

3.0 Montering
Maskinen levereras
delvis monterad. Före
användning, måste
följande monteras;
Arbetsbord, klyvanhåll
och vevhandtag.
VARNING! För att
säkerställa tillräcklig
stabilitet och säkerhet med
denna bandsåg, måste den bultas till golvet med
M14 skruv. (Figur 1).
Anpassning av
arbetsbordet.
Lyft arbetsbordet med
hjälp av en annan
person.
Montera arbetsbordet
på tappen med hjälp av
medföljande (4)
sexkantsbultar och (4)
brickor (A-Fig.2).
Med hjälp av sexkantsskruv, bussning, bricka och
vingmuttrar (B-Fig.2) justera arbetsbordets
planhet.
Montering klyvanhåll
Montera bakre anhållet till
arbetsbordet med (4)
M6-1,0 × 20 sexkants-
bultar och (4) platta
brickor M6 (Fig.3)
Montera främre anhållet
till arbetsbordet med (4)
skruv och (4) platta brickor M8 (Fig.3).
Se till att ändlocket är låst i bakre anhållet. Sätt
sedan staketet på fram- och bakskenorna.
Monteringshandtag
Fäst det stora
vevhandtaget (Fig.4) och
det lilla vevhandtaget
(bild 4) med vardera 14
mm och 10 mm skift-
nyckel.
4.0 Inställning
Ställa in bordsvinkeln
mot sågbladet
Bordet kan ställas in på
90° till sågbladet genom
att justera bordets
stoppskruv under bordet.
Bordstoppskruven vilar på
toppen av det nedre
hjulbälteshuset. Genom att
först släppa på låsmuttern (A-Fig.5) och sedan
justera skruven (B-Fig.5) kan bordet ställas in
korrekt. Dra åt låsmuttern (A-Fig.5) och se till att
inställningen upprätthålls.
Lutning av bordet
Lossa låsbulten (A-Fig.6)
på bordstappen för att
justera bordet till önskad
vinkel. Använd
vinkelindikatorskalan
på konsolen för att hitta
önskad vinkel.Dra åt
låshandtaget för att
säkra bordet.
Bladstyrning
VARNING! Koppla ur
bandsågen. Först och
främst, kontrollera att den
övre och undre
bladstyrningen är justerad
bort från bladet, att
spänningsskalan
motsvarar bredden på det blad du använder. Lossa
sedan spärrhandtaget (g. 7) genom att vrida den
moturs och vrid bladets spårvred (Fig.7) medurs/
moturs medan du vrider övre hjulet för hand minst
tre rotationer tills knivspåren centreras på hjulet.
Slutligen dra åt spärrhandtaget och stäng dörrarna.
Justering av
bladspänningen
För att lossa spänningen
på bladet, vrid bladets
spännhjul (Fig.8) moturs.
För att dra åt spänningen
på bladet, vrid bladets
spännhjul medurs.
Spänn bladet tills
avläsningen motsvarar den
bladbredd du använder genom
indikatorfönstret (g.8).
Justera bladstyrningen
Övre styrningar:
För att justera de övre
bladstyrningarna, placera
först rullstyrningarna i
förhållande till bladet
genom att lossa på
sexkantsmuttern (A-Fig.9)
och ytta styrbäraren tills
rullarna är ca. 0.15 cm bakom sågbladets
tandluckor.Därefter ställs rullarna in till inom
0,08 cm av bladet genom att lossa skruven
(B-Fig.9) på varje sida av bladet. Ställ inte in
guiderna för nära eftersom detta kommer att
påverka livslängden på bladet. Slutligen justera

trycklagret för att
vara precis fritt från
bladets baksida
genom att låsa upp
sexkantsmuttern
(C-g 9). När rätt
inställning är nådd,
lås trycklageret i läge
med
sexkantsmuttern (A-Fig.9).
Undre styrningar:
För att justera de undre bladstyrningarna lossar du
först sexkantmuttern (A-Fig.10) och sedan ytta
styrbäraren till ca 0,15 cm bakom sågbladets
tandluckor och dra åt sexmuttern (A-Fig.10).
Därefter ställs rullarna in till inom 0,08 cm av bladet
genom att lossa skruven (B-Fig.10) på varje sida
av bladet. Slutligen justera trycklagret för att vara
precis fritt från bladets baksida genom att låsa upp
sexkantsmuttern (C-Fig.10).
Justera klyvanhållets skala.
justeringen är korrekt. Justeringen kan kontrolleras
genom att ställa in klyvanhållet till en tjocklek och
såga en testbit. När justeringen är korrekt kommer
tjockleken på provstycket att motsvara
klyvanhållets inställning.
Skjut klyvanhållet mot
bladet längs skenan.
Flytta sedan skalan
(B-Fig.11) i sidled och
justera
nollstorleken med
linjen på
förstoringsfönstret
(C-Fig.11). Dra åt
fästskruven när

vrid på vevhandtaget
(g.12) för att höja
eller sänka övre
bladstyrningen till
önskat höjd. Då är
nederkanten på
bladstyrningen

Ändra sågbladhastigheten
VARNING! Innan du
byter hastighet se
alltid till att maskinen
har kopplats från
strömförsörjningen.
Denna bandsåg har
två bladhastigheter,
låg hastighet och hög
hastighet. Det nedre
bandhjulet (A-Fig.13)
har två integrerade multi-v formade remskivor och
motoraxeln har en dubbel multi-v formad
remskiva (B-Fig.13). Multi-v remmen (C-Fig.13)
passerar runt bandhjulets remskiva och motorns
remskiva. Bältesspänningen släpps och spänns
genom att använda vevhandtaget (D-Fig.13). För
hög hastighet ska remmen monteras på den bakre
remskivan på både motor och bandhjul. Se g. 13.
För låg hastighet ska bältet monteras på främre
remskivan på både motor och bandhjul. Se g. 13
Byte av bandsågbladet
VARNING! Koppla
bort maskinen från
strömförsörjningen.
Detta säkerställer
att bandsågen inte
kommer att slås på
tillfälligt om någon
oavsiktligt kommer åt
ON/OFF-brytaren.
a) Öppna de övre och nedre bandhjulsdörrarna ge-
nom att vrida låsknappen.
b) Ta bort klyvanhållet från framsidan av
arbetsbordet genom att släppa de fyra skruvarna
(g.3).
c) Lossa bladspänningen genom att vrida på
snabblåsspaken (g.14) medurs.
d) Ta bort sågklingan genom att mata in den genom
spåret i bordet, övre och undre bladstyrningarna
och slitsen i ryggen på maskinen (Var försiktig
så att du inte skär dig. Använd handskar om det
behövs).
e) Vid montering av det nya bladet ska
bladtänderna peka nedåt och mot dig i det läge där
bladet passerar genom bordet.
f) Spänn det nya bladet igen genom att vrida
snabbspaken (Fig.14) moturs och kontrollera
spårningen. Bladet ska vrida sig i mitten av
bandhjulet.
g) Återställ bladstyrningarna enligt beskrivningen i
avsnittet ”Bladstyrning”
h) Återställ bladspänningen enligt beskrivningen i
avsnittet ”Justering av bladspänningen”.
i) Sätt tillbaka klyvanhållet och skruva tillbaka de 4
skruvarna (g.3).

j) Stäng och lås båda bandhjulsdörrarna innan du
kopplar in strömförsörjningen igen.
5.0 Drift
Bladet skär på ett kontinuerligt nedslag.
Med båda händerna håller du arbetsstycket fast
på bordet och matar det långsamt mot bladet. Håll
händerna borta från bladet. För bästa resultat
måste bladet vara skarpt. Ett slött blad skär inte
korrekt, speciellt vid rak skärning och orsakar extra
tryck på bakre styrlager. Välj rätt blad för jobbet,
beroende på träets tjocklek och det snitt som ska
göras. Ju tunnare och hårdare trä, desto nare
tänder på bladet behövs. Använd en n tandklinga
för sågning av konturer.
Maskinen är speciellt lämpad för konturer, men
kommer också att göra raka snitt. När du kapar,
följ designen markerad genom att trycka och vrida
arbetsstycket jämnt. Försök inte att vrida
arbetsstycket utan att trycka på det, eftersom det
kan leda till att arbetsstycket fastnar eller att bladet
6.0 Underhåll
VARNING! Före rengöring eller
underhållsarbete, koppla bort maskinen från
strömförsörjningen. Använd aldrig vatten eller
andra vätskor för rengöring av maskinen. Använd
en borste. Regelbunden underhåll av maskinen
kommer att förebygga oönskade problem.
Håll bordet rent för att säkerställa noggrann
kapning/sågning. Håll maskinens utsida ren för att
säkerställa noggrannhet av alla rörliga delar och
förhindra överdrivet slitage. Håll
ventilationsluckorna på motorn rena för att
förhindra överhettning. Håll insidan (nära
sågbladet, etc.) ren för att förhindra att damm
uppsamlas.

Check that the moving parts are adapted, the
brackets for moving parts are intact, and there are
no cracks on the parts, assembly and any other
conditions that may affect its operation. A cover or
other damaged parts must be repaired or replaced
immediately.
Special safety instructions for band saws
Always stop the band saw before removing wood
debris from the table. Always keep your ngers
away from the blade. Never try to saw workpieces
that do not have a at surface, unless suitable
support is used. Always hold the material rmly
and feed it into the blade at a moderate speed.
Always switch off the machine if the material is to
be backed out of an incomplete cut. Adjust the
upper guide approx. 0.3 cm above the material
being cut. Check that it is the right size and type of
saw blade for the material to be sawn. Make sure
the blade tension and tracking are set correctly.
Make lighter cuts before sawing long contours.
Release the blade tension when the saw will not be
used for a long time.
User liability / guarantee
This machine will perform as described in the
instructions. This machine must be checked
regularly. Defective equipment (including power
cord) should not be used. Parts that are damaged,
missing, obviously worn, distorted or contaminated
should be replaced immediately. If such repair or
replacement becomes necessary, it is
recommended that only genuine spare parts be
used and that such repairs be carried out by
qualied persons. This machine or any of its parts
may not be modied or modied from the standard
specications. The user of this machine shall be
solely responsible for any faults that occur due to
improper use or unauthorized modication from
standard specications, improper maintenance,
damage or improper repair by anyone other than a
qualied person.

2.0 Get to know your band saw

3.0 Mounting
The machine is
delivered partially
assembled. Before use,
the following must be
tted; Work table,
splitting holder and
crank handle.
WARNING! To ensure sucient
stability and safety with this band saw, it must be
bolted to the oor with an M14 screw. (Figure 1).
Adjustment of the
work table.
Lift the work table with
the help of another
person. Mount the work
table on the pin using
the following (4)
hexagon bolts and (4)
washers (A-Fig.2).
Using a hexagon screw, bushing, washer and wing
nuts (B-Fig.2) adjust the atness of the workbench.
Mounting splitter
holder
Mount the rear stop to the
work table with (4) M6-
1.0 × 20 hexagon bolts
and (4) at washers M6
(Fig.3)
Mount the front stop to
the work table with (4)
screws and (4) at washers M8 (Fig.3).
Make sure the end cap is locked in the rear stop.
Then place the fence on the front and rear rails.
Mounting handle
Attach the large crank
handle (Fig.4) and the
small crank handle (Fig.
4) with a 14 mm and 10
mm wrench each.
4.0 Adjustment
Set the table angle to the
saw blade. The table can
be set at 90 ° to the saw
blade by adjusting the
table stop screw under
the table. The table stop
screw rests on top of the
lower wheel belt
housing. By rst releasing
the locknut (A-Fig.5) and then adjusting the screw
(B-Fig.5) the table can be set correctly. Tighten
the locknut (A-Fig.5) and make sure the setting is
maintained.
Tilt the table
Loosen the locking bolt
(A-Fig.6) on the table pin
to adjust the table to the
desired angle.
Use the angle indicator
scale on the console to
nd the desired angle.
Tighten the locking handle to secure the table.
Blade guide
WARNING! Disconnect
the band saw. First of all,
check that the upper and
lower blade guides are
adjusted away from the
blade, that the voltage
scale corresponds to the
width of the blade you are
using. Then release the locking handle (g. 7) by
turning it counterclockwise and turning the blade
groove knob (Fig.7) clockwise /
counterclockwise while turning the upper wheel by
hand at least three rotations until the knife grooves
are centred on the wheel. Finally, tighten the
locking handle and close the doors.
Adjustment of the blade
tension
To release the tension on
the blade, turn the blade
clamp (Fig.8) counterclock-
wise. To tighten the tension
on the blade, turn the blade
clamp clockwise.Tighten
the blade until the reading
corresponds to the blade width you use through
the indicator window (g.8)
Adjust the blade guide
Upper controls:
To adjust the upper blade
guides, rst, position the
roller guides relative to
the blade by loosening
the hex nut (A-Fig.9) and
moving the guide
carrier until the rollers are
approx. 0.15 cm behind the saw blade tooth gaps.
Then set the rollers to within 0.08 cm of the blade
by loosening the screw (B-Fig.9) on each side of
the blade. Do not set the guides too close as this
will affect the lifespan of the blade. Finally, adjust
the pressure bearing to be exactly free from the

Tighten the xing screw when the adjustment is
correct. The adjustment can be checked by
setting the splitter holder to a thickness and then
by sawing a test piece. When the adjustment is
correct, the thickness of the specimen will
correspond to the setting of the splitter content.

low speed and high
speed. The lower belt
wheel (A-Fig.13) has two integrated
multi-v-shaped pulleys and the motor shaft has a
double multi-v-shaped pulley (B-Fig.13). The multi-v
belt (C-Fig.13) passes around the belt pulley and
the engine pulley. The belt tension is released and
tightened using the crank handle (D-Fig.13). For
high speeds, the belt must be mounted on the rear
pulley on both the motor and the pulley. See g. 13.
For low speed, the belt must be mounted on the
front pulley on both the motor and the pulley.

Replacing the band saw blade
WARNING!
Disconnect the

a) Open the upper and lower crawler doors by
turning the lock knob.
b) Remove the splitter contents from the front of
the worktable by loosening the four screws (g.3)
c) Release the blade tension by turning the quick
release lever (g.14) clockwise.
d) Remove the saw blade by inserting it through
the groove in the table, the upper and lower blade
guides and the slot in the back of the machine
(Be careful not to cut yourself. Wear gloves if
necessary).
e) When mounting the new blade, the blade teeth
should point downwards and towards you in that
position the blade passes through the table.
f) Tighten the new blade again by turning the quick
release lever (Fig.14) counterclockwise and
by checking the tracking. The blade should rotate in
the centre of the belt wheel.
g) Reset the blade guides as described in the ”blade
guide”.
h) Reset the blade tension as described in the
section ”Adjusting the blade tension”.
i) Put back the splitter holder and unscrew the 4
screws (g.3).

Lower controls:
To adjust the lower blade guides, rst, loosen the
hexagon nut (A-Fig.10) and then move the guide
carrier to approx. 0.15 cm behind the saw blade
tooth gaps and tighten the hex nut (A-Fig.10). Then
adjust the rollers to within 0.08 cm of the blade by
loosening the screw (B-Fig.10) on each side of the
blade. Finally, adjust the pressure bearing to be
absolutely free from the back of the blade by
unlocking the hex nut (C-Fig.10).

5.0 Operation
The blade cuts on a continuous stroke.
With both hands, hold the workpiece rmly on the
table and slowly feed it against the blade. Keep
your hands away from the blade. For best results,
the blade must be sharp. A dull blade does not cut
correctly, especially when cutting straight and
causes extra pressure on the rear guide bearing.
Choose the right blade for the job, depending on
the thickness of the wood and the cut to be made.
The thinner and harder the wood, the ner the teeth
on the blade is needed. Use a ne-tooth blade for
sawing contours.
6.0 Maintenance
WARNING! BEFORE CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE
WORK, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE
POWER SUPPLY. NEVER USE WATER OR OTHER
LIQUIDS TO CLEAN THE MACHINE. USE A BRUSH.
Regular maintenance of the machine will prevent
unwanted problems.
Keep the table clean to ensure accurate cutting/
sawing.Keep the outside of the machine clean to
ensure the accuracy of all moving parts and to
prevent excessive wear. Keep the air vents on the
engine clean to prevent overheating. Keep the
inside (near the saw blade, etc.) clean to prevent
dust from gathering.
7.0 Wiring Diagram

Replacement of the mains cable must only be done by a qualied electrician.
j) Close and lock both strap wheel doors before
reconnecting the power supply.

8.0 Troubleshooting
