1.Introduction

2.Operation
a. Time Setting
The time is radio-controlled and will be automatically set. Proceed as follows if you would like to reset the time.
•In normal display mode, press and hold SET.
•You can now choose your language with UP (E for English, D for German, F for French, I for Italian, S for Spanish).
Press SET to confirm.
•Choose the time display format (12h or 24h) with UP and confirm with SET.
•Continue setting the seconds, the hours, the minutes and the date with UP and confirming with SET until your CWS1
is set.
b. Advanced Time Functions
As mentioned above, time is radio-controlled and will be automatically set. Still, you can synchronize your CWS1 by
holding UP pressed. The status will be indicated by a flashing antenna ( means your clock is looking for the radio
signal, means your clock has found the radio signal). As soon as time has been synchronized, the clock will display
a steady icon. Remember to do this in a place where radio waves will be easily intercepted.
With DST you can manually switch from winter time to summer time.
c. Alarm Setting
•Press MODE to enter the alarm mode.
•Press and hold SET and set the alarm time with UP in the same manner as you would to set the time.
•Activate and deactivate the alarm by pressing UP. will indicate the alarm status.
•When the alarm rings, you can turn it off by pressing SET or activate the snooze with pressing SNOOZE.
d. Other Functions
•Press C/F to display the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
•The weather tendency and humidity are indicated in the lower left corner. Note that the weather tendency is valid for
6h only.

2.Emploi
a. Paramétrage de l’heure
L’heure est commandée par ondes radio et sera automatiquement paramétrée. Procéder comme suit lorsque vous
désirez paramétrer l’heure manuellement
•En affichage de l’heure normal, maintenir enfoncé SET.
•Choisir votre langue avec UP (E pour anglais, D pour allemand, F pour français, I pour italien, S pour espagnol).
Enfoncer SET pour confirmer.
•Choisir le format d’affichage de l’heure (12h ou 24h) avec UP et confirmer avec SET.
•Continuer à paramétrer les secondes, les heures, les minutes et la date avec UP et confirmer avec SET jusqu’à ce
que votre CWS1 soit paramétrée.
b. Fonctions avancées
Comme mentionné ci-dessus, l’heure est commandée par ondes radio et sera automatiquement paramétrée. Il est
toutefois possible de synchroniser l’heure en enfonçant UP. L’état est indiqué par un pylône clignotant ( signifiant que
l’horloge recherche le signal radio, signifiant que le signal radio a été repéré). Dès la synchronisation de l’heure
l’horloge affichera un pylône fixe. Remarque : effectuer cette opération dans un endroit où les ondes radio sont
facilement captées.
Passer de l’heure d’hiver à l’heure d’été avec la touche DST.

c. Paramétrage de l’alarme
•Enfoncer MODE pour accéder au mode d’alarme.
•Maintenir enfoncé SET et paramétrer l’heure d‘alarme avec UP comme pour paramétrer l’heure.
•Activer et désactiver l’alarme en enfonçant UP. indiquera l’état de l’alarme.
•Éteindre l’alarme en enfonçant SET ou activer la fonction de répétition avec SNOOZE.
d. Autres fonctions
•Enfoncer C/F et sélectionner le mode d’affichage de la température (degrés Celsius ou Fahrenheit).
•La tendance météo et le taux d’humidité sont indiqués dans le coin gauche. Remarque : la tendance météo n’est
valable que pendant une période de 6h.

2.Gebruik
a. Tijd instellen
De radiogestuurde tijd wordt automatisch ingesteld. Volg de stappen hieronder wanneer u de tijd manueel wenst in te
stellen.
•Houd SET ingedrukt bij een normale tijdweergave..
•Kies uw taal met UP (E voor Engels, D voor Duits, F voor Frans, I voor Italiaans, S voor Spaans). Bevestig met SET.
•Selecteer het weergaveformaat (12h of 24h) met UP en bevestig met SET.
•Stel de seconden, de uren, de minuten en de datum verder in met UP en bevestig telkens met SET tot uw CWS1
volledig is ingesteld.

b. Verdere tijdfuncties
Zoals hierboven al vermeld, wordt de radiogestuurde tijd automatisch ingesteld. U kunt uw WC8708 synchroniseren
door UP ingedrukt te houden. De status wordt door een flitsende antennemast weergegeven ( betekent dat de klok
het radiosignaal zoekt, betekent dat de klok het radiosignaal heeft gevonden). Van zodra de tijd gesynchroniseerd
is, wordt dit weergegeven door een niet-flitsend . Voer deze functie uit op een plaats waar radiogolven niet worden
gehinderd.
Schakel van winter- naar zomertijd met DST.
c. Alarm instellen
•Druk op MODE om de alarmmodus weer te geven.
•Houd SET ingedrukt en stel de alarmtijd in met UP zoals u de tijd zou instellen.
•Activeer en deactiveer het alarm door op UP te drukken. geeft de alarmstatus weer.
•Schakel een rinkelend alarm uit met SET of activeer de snoozefunctie met SNOOZE.
d. Andere functies
•Druk op C/F om te schakelen tussen een temperatuurweergave in Celsius of in Fahrenheit.
•De weertendens en de vochtigheidsgraad worden weergegeven in de linkerbenedenhoek. Onthoud dat de
weertendens enkel voor de volgende 6 uren geldt.

2.Uso
a. Ajustar la hora
La hora se controla por ondas radio y se ajustará automáticamente. Siga los siguientes pasos si quiere ajustar la hora
manualmente
•Mantenga pulsado SET si se visualiza la hora normal.
•Seleccione el idioma con UP (E para inglés, D para alemán, F para francés, I para italiano, S para Español). Pulse
SET para confirmar.
•Seleccione el formato de visualización de la hora (12h o 24h) con UP y confirme con SET.
•Ajuste los segundos, las horas, los minutos y la fecha con UP y confirme con SET hasta que el CWS1 esté ajustado.
b. Funciones avanzadas
Como ya mencionado arriba la hora se controla por ondas radio y se ajustará automáticamente. No obstante, es
posible sincronizar la hora al pulsar UP. El estado se indica por un icono intermitente ( significa que el reloj busca la
señal radio, significa que el reloj ha encontrado la señal radio). En cuanto se haya sincronizado la hora, el reloj
visualizará el icono fijo. Nota: Efectúe esta operación en un lugar donde se pueda captar fácilmente las señales
radio.
Conmute de la hora de invierno al horario de verano con la tecla DST.
c. Ajustar la alarma
•Pulse MODE para entrar en el modo de alarma.
•Mantenga pulsado SET y ajuste la hora de alarma con UP de la misma manera como para ajustar la hora.
•Active y desactive la alarma al pulsar UP. indicará el estado de la alarma.
•Desactive la alarma al pulsar SET o al activar la función ‘snooze’ con el botón SNOOZE.
d. Otras funciones
•Pulse C/F y seleccione el modo de visualización de la temperatura (grados Celsius o Fahrenheit).
•La tendencia del tiempo y la humedad se visualizan en la esquina izquierda. Nota: la tendencia del tiempo sólo es
válido durante un período de 6h.

2.Anwendung
a. Die Uhrzeit einstellen
Die funkgesteuerte Uhr wird automatisch eingestellt. Befolgen Sie nachfolgende Schritte wenn Sie die Uhrzeit manuell
einstellen möchten.
•Halten Sie SET bei einer normalen Zeitanzeige gedrückt.
•Wählen Sie die Sprache mit UP aus (E für Englisch, D für Deutsch, F für Französisch, I für Italienisch, S für Spanisch)
aus. Bestätigen Sie mit SET.
•Wählen Sie das Anzeigeformat (12Std. oder 24Std.) mit UP aus und bestätigen Sie mit SET.
•Stellen Sie die Sekunden, die Stunden, die Minuten und das Datum mit UP ein und bestätigen Sie jedes Mal mit SET
bis die CWS1 völlig eingestellt ist.
b. Andere Uhrzeitfunktionen
Wie oben erwähnt, wird die funkgesteuerte Zeit automatisch eingestellt. Sie können die CWS1 synchronisieren indem
Sie UP gedrückt halten. Der Status wird von einem blinkenden Funkturm angezeigt ( bedeutet, dass die Uhr einen
DCF-Empfangsversuch durchführt, bedeutet, dass die Uhr das Funksignal empfangen hat). Sobald die Uhrzeit
synchronisiert ist, wird ein dies mit einem nicht blinkenden Funkturmsymbol angezeigt. Führen Sie diese Funktion
durch an einem Standort, wo das DCF-Signal einfach empfangen werden kann.
Wechseln Sie von Winter- auf Sommerzeit mit DST.

c. Den Alarm einstellen
•Drücken Sie MODE, um den Alarmmodus anzuzeigen.
•Halten Sie SET gedrückt und stellen Sie die Alarmzeit ein mit UP (genauso wie Sie die Uhrzeit einstellen).
•Schalten Sie den Alarm ein und aus, indem Sie UP drücken. zeigt den Alarmstatus an.
•Schalten Sie den Alarm mit SET aus oder schalten Sie die Snooze-Funktion (Schlummerfunktion) mit SNOOZE ein.
d. Andere Funktionen
•Drücken Sie C/F, um zwischen eine Temperaturanzeige in Celsius oder Fahrenheit zu schalten.
•Die Wettertendenz und die Feuchte werden in der linken unteren Ecke angezeigt. Behalten Sie, dass die
Wettertendenz nur für die nächsten 6 Stunden gültig ist.

a. Ajuste da hora
A hora será ajustada automaticamente por onda rádio. Se desejar ajustar a hora manualmente, proceder da seguinte
forma
•No modo hora normal, manter premido SET.
•Escolher a língua com UP (E para inglês, D para alemão, F para francês, I para italiano, S para espanhol). Carregar
em SET para confirmar.

•Escolher o modo de hora (12h ou 24h) com UP e confirmar com SET.
•Continuar a ajustar os segundos, as horas, os minutos e a data com UP e confirmar com SET até que o seu CWS1
esteja ajustado.
b. Funções avançadas
Como mencionado a hora é comandada por ondas rádio e será automaticamente ajustada. Temos a possibilidade de
sincronizar a hora carregando em UP. O estado é indicado pela seguinte figura intermitente ( significa que o relógio
procura o sinal rádio, significa que o sinal rádio foi encontrado). Quando a hora estiver sincronizada aparece o
seguinte sinal fixo. Nota : efectuar esta operação num local aonde as ondas são facilmente captadas.
Passar da hora de Inverno a hora de verão com a tecla DST.
c. Ajuste do alarme
•Premir MODE para aceder ao modo alarme.
•Manter carregado SET e ajustar a hora de alarme com UP como para as horas.
•Activar e desactivar o alarme com a tecla UP. indica o estado do alarme.
•Desligar o alarme carregando SET ou activar a função de repetição com SNOOZE.
d. Outras funções
•Carregar em C/F e seleccionar o modo de temperatura (graus Celsius ou Fahrenheit).
•A tendência meteorológica e nível de humidade estão indicados no canto esquerdo.
•Nota : a tendência meteorológica é valida durante um período de 6h.
