13. Open Top Cover and remove two screws securing Front Cover [M].
14. Lift Front Cover and remove.
15. Remove two screws securing the Rear Cover [N].
16. Lift Rear Cover and remove.

17. Retrieve the 24mm open wrench [O] from behind the Booklet Maker
Rear Cover.

18. Adjust the height of the casters on the RCT to 44mm (1.75”).

19. Pull out the foam blocks (x2) underneath the RCT.
WARNING:
Two persons are required to remove the foam blocks.

20. Mount Ramp Support Foam according to picture [P].

21. Place Ramp [D] as illustrated.

22. Carefully roll RCT off the pallet.
WARNING:
Two persons are required to carefully roll the RCT off the pallet.

23. Remove material packed inside the RCT [Q].

1.1.3 BLM35/50 BOOKLET MAKER
1. Remove lid.
2. Remove box containing accessories.
3. Remove Ramp.
4. Remove remove Ramp support (x2).

5. Remove card board tubes (x2).
6. Remove box sides.
7. Remove card board tubes (x2), foam (x2) and plastic cover.
8. Remove bubble wrap from stacker.

10. Mount Ramp Support according to picture.
9. Carefully pull out the foam blocks (x2) from underneath the Booklet
Maker.
WARNING:
Two persons are required to remove the foam blocks.
11. Place Ramp on Ramp support according to picture.
12. Carefully roll Booklet Maker off the pallet.

2. Remove lid.

6. Tilt the unit to upright position.
WARNING:
Two persons are required to tilt the unit to the upright position.

1. Remove straps.
2. Remove lid.
3. Remove foam.
4. Remove box sides.

6. Tilt the unit to upright position.
WARNING:
Two persons are required to tilt the Trimmer to the upright position.
7. Remove accessories from inside the trim bin.

1.2 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
1.2.1 MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Plockmatic BLM50 Booklet Maker oor plan
Ensure that the minimum required oor space is available for the system
that you are about to install (Figure 1).
The optional high capacity Belt Stacker BST4000-1 replaces
the included belt stacker and can be placed either in-line or angled to
the Booklet Making system.
The BST4000-1 measures 1730x440mm / 68x17”.
NOTE:
BLM50 Upgrade kit and Plockmatic Cover Feeder does not impact oor space requirements.
