Note: If your phone is configured
with a persistent intercom key,
you will also see an Intercom
soft key on your incoming call
screen display.
Tapping this key initiates a new
outbound intercom call and the
original incoming call continues
to ring.

Answer a Call > Multiple
By default* you see a full on screen display for an incoming call when you are on an active call. The full onscreen display lasts about 5 seconds.
Tap Answer
Other calls are automatically placed on hold

* This feature is configurable and may have been changed by your system administrator
After approximately 5 seconds, the
display will change to the Calls view
The incoming call will have a ringing
phone icon by it and be dark blue
Tap the incoming call.
It will turn bright blue.
Tap Answer
