Before you start, please take a moment to get to know your Hand
and Foot Micro-Smoothing Buffer and how it works. For important
information about safety and how to use the device, read the full

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is our experience that if a product uses batteries, many of the
problems thought to be product defects are simply caused by weak
batteries. To save any unnecessary inconvenience and expense,
we encourage you to try replacement batteries before you return
the product.

To Install or Replace Batteries
1. Make sure the buffer is turned off.
2. Remove back cover by placing
thumb on battery cover and
slide off with downward push.
3. Carefully pull out batteries
(if replacing) and insert 2 new
“AA” batteries.
4. Use the markings in the battery
compartment as a guide to
position the (+) positive or (-)
negative
5. End of each battery
6. Replace back cover by sliding
up cover into closed position.
7. To avoid leakage, check the batteries regularly for deterioration.
8. Remove exhausted batteries and remove the batteries if the
Resurfacing Tool is not to be used for a long time.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard
(carbonzinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. To dispose
of alkaline batteries, place in the trash (normal municipal waste).
Recycling of batteries at your local recycling center is good for the
environment.
Installing Pumice Stone Head:
Press the Pumice Stone Head (included) onto the connection
opening until it locks into position with a click. If replacing the
Pumice Stone Head, gently pull Pumice Stone Head to remove.
Daily Treatment
Step 1: Cleanse Skin
Before use, thoroughly cleanse and soak areas to be treated. Rinse
well and blot dry.
Step 2: Attach Pumice Stone Applicator. Press applicator to skin
and turn on selecting desired speed setting.
Step 3: Use a light circular motion. This step works to remove
rough, dry skin, and rene the skin’s surface. Work each area for
2-5 minutes, depending on your skin’s needs. Wash off residue
with warm water and blot dry.
Step 4: For Use in Combination with your Daily
Moisturizer Routine
Micro-Power Buffer can be used with many of your daily moisturiz-
ing routines. Simply apply your favorite moisturizing after exfoliat-
ing and bufng the skin. The Micro-Power Buffer can be used
daily, morning and night, but if you have especially sensitive skin
or other skin concerns, talk to your doctor or dermatologist about
frequency of use.
Caring For Your Resurfacing Tool
1. Wipe handle with slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse
Resurfacing Tool in water or any other liquid. Do not open the
battery compartment if the appliance is wet to avoid corrosion
to the inside parts.
2. Clean attachments after every use. Remove attachments from
Resurfacing Tool. Do not allow liquid cleansers or moisturizers
to accumulate on attachments or handle.
Replace Pumice Stone Buffer Heads as needed– they can be
purchased from your retailer or online at www.pretika.com.

product. The attachments are delicate and must be attached and
removed with care. Not following operating instructions carefully
may result in damage to the unit and attachments. Basic safety
precautions should always be followed when using any battery-
operated product, especially when children are present. AVOID
DIRECT CONTACT WITH EYES AND HAIRLINE/HAIR. IF SKIN
IRRITATION OR REDNESS OCCURS, DISCONTINUE USE.
Limited 90 Day Warranty
Your Pretika product is warranted to be free from defect in material
and workmanship for a period of 90 days after its original purchase
date under normal use. This warranty extends only to the original
retailer purchaser with original proof of purchase and only when
purchased from an authorized Pretika retailer or reseller. This warranty
does not cover products determined by Pretika Corporation to be
damaged by any of the following:
• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than instructed
• Use of incorrect charging adaptor types
• Any other conditions beyond our control
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you.
This warranty gives you specic legal its negligence. Pretika’s entire
liability for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price
for the defective product. Pretika disclaims any liability for general,
consequential, incidental or special damages, even if aware of the
likelihood of such damages.
During Warranty Period with Proof of Purchase (store receipt)
Should your product become defective during the warranty period,
package the item securely and return it prepaid/insured– along with
proof of purchase to the address shown below:
Outside Warranty Period
Should your product become defective outside the warranty period–
or you do not have store receipt, package the item securely and
return it prepaid/insured along with a check or money order payable
to Pretika Corporation in the amount of $20.00 to cover handling and
postage charges. Be sure to include legible name, street address,
email and phone number information and send to the address below:

To insure prompt repair or replacement, provide complete, legible
name, street address, email and phone number information and a
note indicating the nature of the product defect. We will Repair or
Replace (at our sole discretion) product at no charge and return via
