Congratulations and thank you for being a customer of Pretika!
Before you start, please take a moment to get to know your
SonicDermabrasion Pivot-Control Facial Brush and how it works.
For important information about safety and how to use the device,
read the full Instructions for Use booklet. Contact the experts at

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Your SonicDermabrasion may show a “green” light when charged
for the 1st time (no “red” blinking light) – this is normal since each
product is fully checked before shipment. If you’re charging for the
1st time and the green light is on – still charge the device to get a
“full” charge before rst use. Recommended 1st charge is 12 hours.
2. IMPORTANT: Make sure water-resistant silicone cover and base
of handle are dry before placing charging connector into handle for
charging. Insert silicone cap securely and tightly into place after
each charge.
3. The SonicDermbrasion has a :60 second automatic shut-off
feature to ensure use within the recommended treatment time.
Simply press the On/Off functional control button to restart.
It is our experience that if a product uses rechargeable batteries,
many of the problems thought to be product defects are simply
caused by not following the above charging instructions. To save
any unnecessary inconvenience and expense, we encourage you
to follow these steps.

Charging
Using the "lift tab" on the
water-resistant silicone
cover located on the
base of the SonicDermabrasion handle, lift and open to insert
connector into opening and plug Charger Cord into wall outlet– a red
light will blink indicating the SonicDermabrasion is charging. When
fully charged indicator light will turn green. Once charged, simply
store the charging adaptor and place the SonicDermabrasion into
Countertop Stand. Do not use the SonicDermabrasion while recharg-
ing batteries. Fully charged batteries will provide approximately 35
minutes of use. It's time to recharge your SonicDermabrasion when
the power output is reduced. Keep away from water during charging.
IMPORTANT: Insert silicone cap securely and tightly into place
after each charge. Never use with silicone cap not secured
tightly into place. Never place in countertop stand without
silicone cap securely in place. Make sure water-resistant cover
and base of handle are dry before placing charging connector
into handle for charging. 1st Charge 12 hours, recharging 6 hours.

Using SonicDermabrasion®Daily Treatment
Use daily to remove the Epidermal (outer) layer of dry and aky
skin cells and reduce the appearance of ne lines and wrinkles so
your skin feels smoother. Gentle enough for use as part of your
daily beauty routine. Helps reduce appearance of pores, oily areas,
dry skin patches and blemishes. Cleans so effectively for Healthier
Skin and prepares the skin to better absorb skin care treatments.
Step 1: SonicDermabrasion® Exfoliate and Cleanse Skin
Dampen face with warm water. Press the Facial Brush to treated
area and turn on. Press Power Button once for high power (red
light) or press again for low power (green light), speed is dependent
on sensitivity of skin type. Press rmly to treated area and move
Facial Brush in an upward, circular motion. Recommended time
per treated area is 20 seconds for each area– forehead, nose, chin
and each cheek. Your SonicDermabrasion Facial Brush will shut off
after one minute of use in each speed setting, turn on as needed. To
turn off– from low speed setting, press once to turn off.
Step 2: For Use In Combination With Your Daily Beauty Routine
SonicDermbrasion can be used with many of your daily beauty
routines– from cleansers, scrubs to microdermabrasion crèmes.
Dampen face with warm water, dot your face in ve (5) areas:
forehead, each cheek, chin, and nose lightly with beauty treatments.
Move Facial Brush in an upward, circular motion to apply treatments.
Gently rinse skin thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
Micro-Fiber Bristle Brush Heads– Attach and Remove
To attach Brush Head, place center of the Brush Head on matching
hexagonal attachment point located on the handle. Press from
center of the Brush Head and push down until it snaps into place.
To remove the Brush Head, simply grip the outer plastic base of
the Brush Head rmly in one hand and the Pivot-Control Platform
of the handle in the other hand– then pull up evenly.

Caring For Your SonicDermabrasion®
Micro-Fiber Bristle Brush Heads
1. Clean Brush Heads after every use. Remove Brush Heads, rinse
clean with warm water and mild soap to remove any build-up
that may have accumulated, shake off excess water and towel
dry– or gently rub the Brush Head against a towel for 5-10
seconds while the SonicDermabrasion is on. Do not attach
wet brush heads to handle while charging.
2. Do not allow liquid cleansers or moisturizers to accumulate on
Brush Heads.
3. To clean, place a small amount of shampoo onto ngertips, then
work into bristles, rinse clean and air or towel dry.
Replace Brush Heads as needed– depending on use, a brush head
should last between 3-4 months, they can be purchased from
your retailer or online at www.pretika.com.
Facial Brush Handle
1. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals to clean any part
of the SonicDermabrasion.
2. Clean handle with damp cloth– using mild detergent or warm
water and towel dry immediately.
Countertop Stand
1. Use mild detergent or warm water and towel dry immediately.

or plug, if it is not working properly, or has been dropped into water.
8. Do not place or store the cradle and charging cord unit where it can fall or
be pulled into tub, sink, water or other liquid.
9. Do not reach for cradle or charger cord unit that has fallen into water,
unplug immediately.
10. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces
11. Do not attempt to open the Brush Handle to clean the interior.
12. Do not plug into an incorrect voltage source outlet, use only with
appropriate voltage.
13. Water-resistant facial brush for use in the shower or bathroom sink –
caution: do not use this device under heavy running water in shower or
bathroom sink, do not immerse this device into water. Also make sure
silicone cover is securely pressed into place.
Limited 90 Day Warranty
Your Pretika product is warranted to be free from defect in material and
workmanship for a period of 90 days after its original purchase date under
normal use. This warranty extends only to the original retailer purchaser with
original proof of purchase and only when purchased from an authorized
Pretika retailer or reseller. This warranty does not cover products determined
by Pretika Corporation to be damaged by any of the following:
• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than instructed
• Use of incorrect charging adaptor types
• Any other conditions beyond our control
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conse-
quential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specic legal its negligence. Pretika’s entire liability for any
defective product shall not exceed the purchase price for the defective
product. Pretika disclaims any liability for general, consequential, incidental
or special damages, even if aware of the likelihood of such damages.
During Warranty Period with Proof of Purchase (store receipt)
Should your product become defective during the warranty period, package
the item securely and return it prepaid/insured.
Outside Warranty Period
Should your product become defective outside the warranty period – or you
do not have store receipt, package the item securely and return it
prepaid/insured along with a check or money order payable to Pretika
Corporation in the amount of $30.00 to cover handling and postage charges.
To insure prompt repair or replacement, provide complete, legible name,
street address, email and phone number information and a note indicating
the nature of the product defect. We will Repair or Replace (at our sole
discretion) product at no charge and return via ground shipment.
