IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:
• Read all instructions before using the kitchen machine.
• To protect against risk of electric shock, do not put the drive
unit in or under water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
near children.
• Do not leave appliances unattended during operation.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or
taking off parts and before cleaning.
• To disconnect: switch appliance off then remove plug from
power supply.
• Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing,
as well as spatulas and other utensils away from whisks,
beaters, blades, disc, dough hook and/or other moving
parts during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons
and/or damage to the appliance or its attachments.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or
plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical
or mechanical adjustment.
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or
injury and is therefore prohibited.
• Do not use outdoors or when standing in a damp area.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch
hot surfaces .
• Always operate appliance with covers ii"] place.
• Remove beaters from mixing bowl before washing.
• The appliance is for household use only.
• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds
to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance .
• Never connect this appliance to a timer switch in order to
avoid a hazardous situation.
• Wait until moving parts stop running before you remove the
lid of the bowl or jar .
• Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.
• The accessories are use with the machine only. And the
whole machine is use for food only.
• Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food
before you use the appliance for the first time.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Warning: Misuse may cause potential injury.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning . Switch off the appliance and disconnect from
supply before changing accessories or approaching parts

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before using any of the attachments for the first time it is recommended they be
washed, rinsed well and dried. Of the attachments supplied with the systems in
this manual, all parts are dishwasher safe.

USAGE
• Place power unit on suitable work surface.
• Plug power unit into power supply.
• When you settle down the parts you need, turn on the step-less speed
regulating.
• If you want the food mixer move slowly, turn the adjustment for a little.
• If you need the food mixer move fast, turn the adjustment for more.
• There is another adjustment: pulse switch.
• Keep touching the pulse switch, the machine will move.
• Stop touching the pulse switch, the machine will stop moving.

MIXING BOWL WITH DOUGH HOOK I TWIN
BEATING WHISKS
The dough hook and mixing bowl are intended to be used to knead yeast
dough and to mix cookie and pastry dough, and also when adding nuts,
chocolate chips, dried fruit , hard butter or shortening , hardened brown sugar,
etc. to batters The dough hook should be used for all heavier substances such
as cookie dough, yeast dough, pastry dough and other heavy dough. The
dough hook should always be used when adding nuts, chocolate chips, dried
fruits, hard butter or other fats, hardened brown sugar, etc. to a mixture.
The twin beating whisks and mixing bowl are intended to be used for very light
substances, such as cream, egg whites, sauces, batters and light pastry dough
that are thin enough to pour.
Use of mixing bowl with dough hook I Twin beating whisks
Before beginning to attach this or any other attachment, make sure that the
power unit is on a smooth, clean, suitable work surface.
1. Before using the mixing bowl and dough hook & Twin beating whisks for the
first time, it is recommended that the bowl, cover, splash ring and dough
hook be washed. All components of the mixing bowl and the dough hook
are dishwasher-safe. Or they may be washed in warm soapy water. After
washing, rinse well and dry before using.
2. Assemble the twin beating whisks as fig.2
3. If you have already done so, place 1he drive shaft to the mixing bowl as fig.1,
put the dough hook/twin beating whisk on the bowl (fig.3).
4. Add the ingredients into the bowl and place the cover. (fig. 5)
5. Put the mixing bowl on the power unit (fig. 6)
6. Turn the rotary switch to a lower speed at the beginning, then adjust the
speed and add the ingredients according to the recipe.

Recipe
High-gluten flour: 1OOOG. Low-gluten flour: 180G, Butter: 180G,
Confectioners' sugar: 200G, Salt: 6G, Dry yeast: 12G, Milk (or water): 410G.
Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend on speed MIN for 30 seconds,
then use third grade speed for 10 minutes.
7. Using Twin beating whisks . This product can whisk 3-38 egg whites into
foam on speed MAX within 5 minutes.
CAUTION!
• Failure to make sure that the bowl is properly seated on the drive coupling
before the power unit is turned On can result in damage to the bowl and/or
coupling.
• To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use
more than 10 minute. Should cool down the motor at least 30 minutes
before next operation.
CLEAN
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
• Some foods may discolour the plastic. This is perfectly normal and won't
harm the plastic or affect the flavour of your food. Rub with a cloth dipped in
vegetable oil to remove the discolouration and clean the surfaces which in
contact with food.
• Clean the bowl and its components are dishwasher safe. It is recommended
that the drive pin be removed from the bowl for cleaning. After cleaning, a
little vegetable oil placed on the drive pin will help to lubricate the surface.
• Clean the base: wipe the base with a dry rag.
• Never use coarse or caustic cleaning products to clean this appliance.
ENVIRONMENT
This product contains recyclable materials. Do not dispose this product
as unsorted municipal waste. Please contact your local municipality for the
nearest collection point.

用法

配备揉面勾I双头打蛋器的搅拌碗
揉面勾和搅拌碗适用于揉和酵母面团和搅拌饼干和油酥面

2.按照图2组装双头打蛋器。

4.添加配料到搅拌碗中并盖好盖子。（图5）

清洗
