Environmentally safe, non-toxic, and clean - The Salt Water Fuel Cell Baja Runner is the larger brother of the award
winning Salt Water Fuel Cell Car. The Salt Water Fuel Cell Baja Runner Kit is the newest addition to its growing line
of Salt Water Fuel Cell kits. After activating the magnesium fuel cell module with a saltwater mixture, the chemical
reaction generates electricity using salt water as an electrolyte to power the on-board motor. Children age eight and
up, and conscientious parents will be awed by the remarkable simplicity.

行化學反應後，分解出的電子移動而產生電流，進而驅動馬達。兒童可在玩樂中同步學習到

鹽水製作 : 請取出容器裝水，以鹽 1:5水的比例調製，基本上鹽的比例從20%~99%
都可以驅動玩具車，但以鹽佔20%的效果最好。

percentage ratio from 20% to 99% salt water is workable although the 20% will be the most efficient.

Please pay full attention to the below mentioned before use!

鹽水能量大約20分鐘後就會耗盡，同時速度會變慢並停止。此時請再依照附圖 位置增加鹽水即可
每個鎂合金片約可持續使用3小時，當鎂合金片氧化至不堪使用時請更換新鎂合金片。本產品隨貨附
贈2片鎂合金片備品
本產品是對環境安全、無毒、乾淨的鹽水燃料電池玩具，無須擔心丟棄會造成環境危害。
The salt water will be exhausted after a period time ( about 20 minutes). The Baja Runner will begin
to get slower or stop. Add few more salt water drops to start it again (as below fig. ).
Each Magnesium sheet can work for 3 hours continuously, then becomes fragmented. Replace the
sheet with a new one to energize the Baja Runner. The kit includes 3 refills.
All materials used in this kit are environmentally safe and clean, no toxic substances or disposal
concerns.

It is necessary to clean FC module every time when not in use, gently rinse air cathode
under tap water, don’t hand rub the surface to ensure the quality of air cathode.

分鐘不織布濕了就可以使用。

Bottom BaseMagnesium Nonwoven Fabric Cover
When the Baja Runner starts getting slow or stops, reapply a few drops into the position as
shown below. Please do not drop into the polarity of connectors to avoid oxidization.
(Important: If the fabric is totally dry, disassemble FC module and add salt water as per
figure c, or it will take few minutes to have the fabric wet completely.)

Flush below parts and hand rub the surface, make sure no salt residue. Dry all
parts separately. (Important: If salt is residual on the magnesium sheet, it will
shorten it’s life .)

不織布用來隔絕空氣極及鎂合金片，請確認空氣極及鎂合金片沒有接觸
以免短路。(參考步驟 )

鹽水容易形成氧化，在每次使用前可用一字起子，刮除端子及鎂合金片上的
氧化物。請參考下圖示實做。

Make sure FC module placed in correct sequence and position:
air cathode →nonwoven fabric →magnesium sheet. (Ref: )
Nonwoven fabric is also used to isolate air cathode and magnesium sheet, make sure
the 2 parts do not come into contact each other or it may cause short circuit. (Ref: )
Salt water will easily cause oxidization, scratch oxide from the battery connectors
and also magnesium sheet by slotted screwdriver before reuse. See below figures:
