Please read this handbook carefully before using the tool
General Safety Rules
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow
all warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious
injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your battery operated (cordless)
power tool.
1) Work area
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite
accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.
Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a
power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric
shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for
outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of
electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a
residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces
the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment

such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection
used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before
plugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or
energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A
wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result
in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This
enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of these
devices can reduce dust related hazards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any
power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool
accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate
the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained
users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools
with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with
these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of
power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from intended
could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A

charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of
fire when used with another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of
any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects,
lie paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects
that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the
battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery
may cause irritation or burns.
6) Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power
tool is maintained.
Special Safety Advice for Cordless Angle Grinder
Before starting any work on walls, floors or similar, make sure that all power
lines in the work area are switched off at the main switchboard. Inspect the
proposed work location for any utility lines (e.g. water, gas, power) before
working. Use a suitable device such as a metal or electricity line detecting
device. If in doubt contact a qualified electrician or your utility provider.
1. Safety Warnings common for Grinding, Sanding, Wire Brushing or
Abrasive Cutting Off Operations.
2. The outside diameter and the thickness of your accessory must be within
the capacity rating of your power tool. Incorrectly sized accessories
cannot be adequately guarded or controlled.
3. The rated speed of the accessory must be at least equal to the maximum
speed marked on the power tool. Accessories running faster than their
rated speed can break and fly apart.
4. The arbor size of wheels, flanges, backing pads or any other accessory
must properly fit the spindle of the power tool. Accessories with arbor
holes that do not match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run
out of balance, vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control.
5. Do not use a damaged accessory. Before each use inspect the accessory
such as abrasive wheels for chips and cracks for cracks, tear or excess
wear. If power tool or accessory is dropped, inspect for damage or install
an undamaged accessory. After inspecting and installing an accessory,
position yourself and bystanders away from the plane of the rotating
accessory and run the power tool at maximum no-load speed for one
minute. Damaged accessories will normally break apart during this test
time.

6. Wear personal protective equipment. Depending on application, use face
shield, safety goggles or safety glasses. As appropriate, wear dust mask,
hearing protectors, gloves and workshop apron capable of stopping small
abrasive or workpiece fragments. The eye protection must be capable of
stopping flying debris generated by various operations. The dust mask or
respirator must be capable of filtrating particles generated by your
operation. Prolonged exposure to high intensity noise may cause hearing
loss.
7. Keep bystanders a safe distance away from work area. Anyone entering
the work area must wear personal protective equipment. Fragments of
workpiece or of a broken accessory may fly away and cause injury beyond
immediate area of operation.
8. Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only, when performing
an operation where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring
or its own cord. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make
exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an
electric shock.
9. Never lay the power tool down until the accessory has come to a complete
stop. The spinning accessory may grab the surface and pull the power
tool out of your control.
10. Regularly clean the power tool’s air vents. The motor’s fan will draw the
dust inside the housing and excessive accumulation of powdered metal
may cause electrical hazards.
11. Maintain a firm grip on the power tool and position your body and arm to
allow you to resist kickback forces. Always use auxiliary handle, if
provided, for maximum control over kickback or torque reaction during
start-up. The operator can control torque reactions or kickback forces, if
proper precautions are taken.
12. Do not position your body in the area where power tool will move if
kickback occurs. Kickback will propel the tool in direction opposite to the
wheel’s movement at the point of snagging.
13. Do not attach a saw chain woodcarving blade or toothed saw blade. Such
blades create frequent kickback and loss of control over the power tool.
14. Use only wheel types that are recommended for your power tool and the
specific guard designed for the selected wheel. Wheels for which the
power tool was not designed cannot be adequately guarded and are
unsafe.
15. The guard must be securely attached to the power tool and positioned for
maximum safety, so the least amount of wheel is exposed towards the
operator. The guard helps to protect operator from broken wheel
fragments, accidental contact with wheel and sparks that could ignite
clothing.

16. Do not grind with the side of the cut-off wheel. Abrasive cut-off wheels are
intended for peripheral grinding; side forces applied to these wheels may
cause them to shatter.
17. Do not use worn down wheels from larger power tools. Wheels intended
for larger power tools are not suitable for the higher speed of a smaller
tool and may burst.
18. Do not “jam” the cut-off wheel or apply excessive pressure. Do not attempt
to make an excessive depth of cut. Overstressing the wheel increases the
loading and susceptibility to twisting or binding of the wheel in the cut and
the possibility of kickback or wheel breakage.
19. Do not position your body in line with and behind the rotating wheel. When
the wheel at the point of operation, is moving away from your body,
the possible kickback may propel the spinning wheel and the power tool
directly at you.
20. When wheel is binding or when interrupting a cut for any reason, switch off
the power tool and hold the power tool motionless until the wheel comes
to a complete stop. Never attempt to remove the cut-off wheel from the cut
while the wheel is in motion otherwise kickback may occur. Investigate
and take corrective action to eliminate the cause of wheel binding.
21. Do not restart the cutting operation in the workpiece. Let the wheel reach
full speed and carefully re-enter the cut. The wheel may bind, walk up or
kickback if the power tool is restarted in the workpiece.
22. Release the On/Off switch and set it to the off position when the power
supply is interrupted, e. g., in case of a power failure or when the mains
plug is pulled. This prevents uncontrolled restarting.
23. Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with clamping devices or in a
vice is held more secure than by hand.
24. Wear safety goggles.
Safety Advice for Rechargeable Battery and Charger
Use only the battery provided with the angle grinder or a replacement
rechargeable battery from Pro’sKit and the provided charger. Only plug the
battery charger in 230V for PT-1806F/G type and 120V for PT-1806A type
mains. Protect battery and battery charger from humidity. Do not operate the
battery charger outdoors. When it is not in use and before cleaning and
servicing, disconnect the battery charger from the power supply. Take special
care of the battery. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface and do not subject it
to pressure or any other form of mechanical stress. Keep the battery away from
extreme heat and cold. Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or the
battery charger. If any parts are defective, have them repaired by a qualified

technician or send them to our service department for repair. Only charge the
battery at an ambient (surrounding air) temperature between 10ºC and 40ºC. A
charged battery can be used to power the machine under ambient temperature
conditions between 0ºC and 50ºC.When not in use, store the battery in a dry
place between 10ºC and 30ºC.
Important! Danger! Never short-circuit the battery or expose it to moisture.
Do not store it together with any metal parts which could short-circuit the
contacts. The battery could overheat, start burning or explode.
If any person comes into contact with acid or similar internal fluids or
substances contained in the battery, wash off these substances
immediately with plenty of water. If these substances make contact with
the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and visit a doctor immediately.
Do not place the rechargeable battery into fire or water. It can explode. The
Rechargeable Battery should not be discarded to domestic refuse, regardless
of whether used or unused. You should return it to a local battery collection
point in accordance with Battery Regulations or return them to us suitably
marked “Used Battery”.

Operation Instructions
This angle grinder can be used to grind steel, stone and ceramic objects. Never
attempt to grind wood or soft metals such as lead. Such material will quickly
“clog” the grinding disc and make it unusable.
Insertion and Removal of Rechargeable Battery
Ensuring the correct orientation between the battery and the battery
compartment, insert the rechargeable battery into the machine. Do not apply
force when inserting the battery. Insertion can be achieved easily and without

resistance. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery retention
clips on the sides of the battery compartment automatically lock it into place. To
remove the battery press the battery retention clips and pulls the battery out of
its compartment.
Charging the Battery
The rechargeable battery must be charged before the first use.
The "+" and “-“ mark on the battery pack align to the charger "+" and “-“ mark,
insert the battery into the charger and then connect the charger to the mains.
Charging starts automatically. Always disconnect the charger from the mains
before you remove the battery from the charger.
When the battery pack is in the charging status, the red light on the left side will
be light on. The charging time around 1 ~ 1.5 hours. After the power is full, the
red light will turn off and the green light on the right will turn on. Before remove
the battery from the charger, please remove the charging plug first.
Important! Only use the provided battery charger for charging the battery.
FUEL GAUGE BATTERY PACKS
Battery packs include a fuel gauge which consists of four red LED lights that
indicate the level of charge remaining in the battery pack.
To actuate the fuel gauge, press the “POWER”button, the four LED lights will
illuminate designating the level of charge left. When the level of charge in the
battery is below the usable limit, the fuel gauge will not illuminate and the
battery will need to be recharged.
Temperature Dependent Overload Protection
When using as intended for, the machine cannot be overloaded. In case of
excessive loading or when exceeding the allowable battery temperature range
of 0 –50 ° C, the speed is reduced or the machine switches off. In case of
reduced speed, the machine will not run at full speed until after reaching the
allowable battery temperature again. In case of automatic shut-off, switch the
machine off, allow the battery to cool down and then switch the machine on

again.
IMPORTANT!
The machine must be switched off and remove battery before any work on the
machine can be performed.
Adjustable Wheel Guard For Grinding
Loosen the outer flange by tightening key, move the protection guard to the
forward position of the user. Lock outer flange with TIGHTENING key.
Adjust the protection guard in such a manner that sparking is prevented in the
direction of the operator.
Detachable Handle
Operate your machine only with the detachable handle.
Screw the detachable handle on the right or left or above of the machine head
depending on the working method.
Mounting the Grinding Tools
Before any work on the machine itself, remove the battery.
Grinding and cutting discs become very hot while working; do not touch until
they have cooled.
For clamping and loosening the grinding tools, lock the grinder spindle with the
spindle lock button.
Attention! Actuate the spindle lock button only when the grinder spindle
is at a standstill. Otherwise, the machine may become damaged.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the grinding tools. The mounting hole
diameter must fit the mounting flange without play. Do not use reducers or
adapters. To fasten the grinding/cutting disc, press the spindle lock, rotate
counter-clockwise to loosen the outer flange by tightening key, put the grinding
disc in the power tool, screw on the outing flange and tighten it with the

Switching On and Off
To start the power tool, push the On/Off switch forwards and keep press.
Release the On/Off switch the power tool will switch off
Attention! After mounting the grinding tool and before switching on, check
that the grinding tool is correctly mounted and that it can turn freely.
Make sure that the grinding tool does not graze against the protection guard or
other parts. Carry out a test run for at least one minute with no load.
Do not use damaged, out-of-center or vibrating grinding tools.
Damaged grinding tools can burst and cause injuries.
Operation for working
Only use tool accessories which can be securely fastened in the tool and for
which the tool has been designed.
Working Advice
1. Clamp the workpiece if it does not remain stationary due to its own weight.
2. Do not strain the machine so heavily that it comes to a standstill.
3. After heavily straining the power tool, continue to run it at no-load for several
minutes to cool down the accessory.
4. Grinding and cutting discs become very hot while working; do not touch until
they have cooled.
5. Do not use the power tool with a cut-off stand.
1. Grinding
Never use a cutting disc for roughing.
The best roughing results are achieved when setting the machine at an
angle of 30 °to 40°. Move the machine back and forth with moderate pressure.
In this manner, the workpiece will not become too hot, does not discolor and
no grooves are formed.
2. Cutting Metal
When cutting, work with moderate feed, adapted to the material being cut. Do
not exert pressure onto the cutting disc, tilt or oscillate the machine.
Do not reduce the speed of running down cutting discs by applying sideward
pressure.
The machine must always work in an up-grinding motion. Otherwise, the
danger exists of it being pushed uncontrolled out of the cut.
When cutting profiles and square bar, it is best to start at the smallest cross
section.
3. Cutting Stone
Wear a dust respirator.
The machine may be used only for dry cutting/grinding.
For cutting stone, it is best to use a diamond cutting disc.
Switch on the machine and slide the machine with moderate feed, adapted to
the material to be worked.
For cutting especially hard material, e. g., concrete with high pebble content,

the diamond cutting disc can overheat and become damaged as a result. This
is clearly indicated by circular sparking, rotating with the diamond cutting disc.
In this case, interrupt the cutting process and allow the diamond cutting disc to
cool by running the machine for a short time at maximum speed with no load.
Noticeable decreasing work progress and circular sparking are indications of a
diamond cutting disc that has become dull. Briefly cutting into abrasive material
(e. g. lime-sand brick) can re-sharpen the disc again.
Maintenance and Clean
Attention! Always remove the battery before carrying out any work
on the machine
To clean, always use a dry or moist, but not wet, towel. Many cleaning agents
contain chemical substances which may cause damage to the plastic parts of
the machine. Therefore do not use any strong or inflammable cleaners such as
petrol, paint thinner, turpentine or similar cleaning agents.
Always keep air ventilation holes free of dust deposits to prevent overheating.

3) 個人安全

c) 當電池組不使用時，避免與其他金屬物體，如迴紋針，硬幣，鑰匙，釘
子，螺絲或其他小金屬物體連接電池端子，引起短路，這樣可能導致灼
傷或引起火災.
d) 在惡劣環境下，電池裏的液體可能會滲出，請勿接觸。如果發生意外接

砂磨、砂光、钢丝砂光或砂磨切割操作的安全警告
1. 請勿將雙手靠近旋轉中的砂輪盤，如果不小心碰觸到砂輪盤，將會造成人員
的傷害。
2. 砂輪盤或鋸片等配件外徑和厚度必須在電動工具額定能力範圍之內。 不正
確的規格尺寸不能得到充分防護或控制。
3. 配件的額定速度必須至少等於電動工具上標出的最大速度。 配件以比其額
定速度大的速度運轉會發生爆裂和飛濺。
4. 砂輪，法蘭盤(固定座)或任何其他零件/配件的軸孔尺寸必須與電動工具的
固定軸一致。凡是有帶軸孔的零件/配件若與電動工具軸孔不符時將會失
穩，過度振動並造成失控。
5. 不要使用損壞的零件及配件。在每次使用前要檢查，例如砂輪是否有碎片和
裂縫，撕裂或過度磨損。如果電動工具或零件/配件掉落，檢查是否有損壞
並安裝沒有損壞的零件/配件。檢查和安裝後，讓自己和旁觀者的位置遠離
旋轉配件的平面，並以電動工具最大空載速度運行1 分鐘。損壞的零件/
配件通常在該試驗時會碎裂。
6. 戴上防護用品。根據使用情況，使用面罩、安全護目鏡或安全眼鏡。在某些
作業進行時，戴上防塵面具、聽力保護器、手套和能擋小磨料或工件碎片的
工作圍裙。 眼部檔板必須擋住各種操作產生的飛屑。防塵面具或口罩必須
能夠過濾操作產生的顆粒。長期暴露在高強度噪音中會引起失聰。
7. 進入工作區域的人員必須戴上防護用品。作業中工件或破損的配件碎片可能
會飛出並造成在操作區域的旁觀者傷害。
8. 當進行切割作業時，有可能切割到電線暗線，只能通過絕緣握持面來握住電
動工具。切割時若碰到帶電導線會使電動工具外露的金屬零件帶電，並使操
作者發生電擊危險。
9. 直到砂輪片或鋸片等完全停止轉動後才可放下電動工具。請勿施加外力迫使
砂輪片或鋸片停轉。旋轉的配件可能會抓住表面並拉動電動工具而讓你失去
對工具的控制。
10. 請經常清理電動工具的通風口。電動機風扇會將灰塵吸進機殼，過多的金屬
粉末沉積會導致電氣危險。
11. 保持緊握電動工具，使你的身體和手臂處於正確狀態以抵抗反
彈力。如有輔柄，則要一直使用，以便最大限度控制住起動時

的反彈力或反力矩。 如采取合適的預防措施，操作者就可以控
制反力矩或反彈力。
12. 請勿站在發生反彈時電動工具可能移動到的地方。反彈將在纏繞點驅使工具
逆砂輪運動方向運動。
13. 請不要附裝上鋸鏈，木雕刀片或帶齒鋸片。這些鋸片會產生頻繁的反彈和
失控。
14. 只使用所推薦的砂輪型號和為選用砂輪專門設計的護罩。 不是為電動工具
設計的砂輪不能充分得到防護，是不安全的。
15. 檔板必須牢固地裝在電動工具上，並調整在較安全的位置，只能有最小
部分的砂輪暴露在使用者前面。檔板能夠保護使用者免受到爆裂砂輪碎片
割傷，避免操作使用者偶然觸及砂輪以及火花點燃衣物等危險。
16. 請勿用切割砂輪的側面進行磨削。施加到砂輪側面的力可能會使其碎裂。
17. 請勿使用從大規格電動工具上用剩的磨損砂輪。用於大規格電動工具上的砂
輪不適用於較小規格的電動工具，高速作業下可能會爆裂。
18. 請勿夾住切割砂輪或施加過大的壓力。請勿試圖做過深的切割。給砂輪施加
過度的應力增加了砂輪在切割時的負載，容易纏繞或卡住，增加了反彈砂輪
爆裂的可能性。
19. 身體不要對著旋轉砂輪，也不要站在其後。當把砂輪從使用者身邊的操作點
移開時，可能的產生的反彈會使旋轉砂輪和電動工具朝使用者推來。
20. 當砂輪被卡住或中斷切割時，關掉電動工具並握住工具不要動，直到砂輪完
全停止。決不要試圖當砂輪仍然運轉時使砂輪脫離切割，否則會發生反彈。
調查並採取校正措施以消除砂輪卡住的原因。
21. 請勿在切割片與工件接觸的情況下啟動切割機，不能在工件上重新起動切
割操作。請讓砂輪達到全速後再小心地重新進入切割。如果電動工具在工件
上重新起動，砂輪可能會卡住，爬出或反彈。
22. 如果電源突然中斷，例如停電或不小心拔出插頭，請馬上解除開關的鎖定，
並把它設定在關閉的位置。這樣可以避免機器突然再起動時造成失控。
23. 請固定好工件。使用固定裝置或老虎鉗固定工件，會比用手持握工件更牢
固。
24. 工作時請配戴護目鏡。
關於可充電電池的安全公告
只能使用本公司提供的充電電池。PT-1806F 型插入 230V 充電器，PT-1806A
型插入 120V 充電器。保持電池和充電器乾燥。不要將充電器在戶外充電。當
不使用和維修清潔充電器前，請拔掉電源插頭。請特別注意保護電池，避免

跌落到任何堅硬的地面上，不使其受到壓力或任何其他形式的機械應力。電
池須遠離極熱和極冷的環境。不要打開或試圖修復電池或充電器。如果任何
部件有缺陷，需由合格的維修技術人員維修或送我們的服務部維修。充電只
能在 10℃到40℃之間的環境溫度下，已充電的電池可以在 0℃到50℃環境溫
度條件工作。如不使用時，請將電池儲存在乾燥的環境，溫度在 10℃和30℃
之間的地方。
重要! 危險! 切勿短路電池或將其置於濕氣中。勿將電池與可能造成短路

產品功能
操作方法
本電動工具可用於磨削鋼、石材和陶瓷物體。請 勿嘗試研磨木材或軟金屬（如鉛），
這類工件將迅速“堵塞”研磨盤並使其作業停止。
充電
本產品為鋰離子電池,首次使用請立即進行電池充電。
1. 首先取下電池包，電池包上面的”+”,”-”符號，對準充電座上的”+”,”-”
符號方向，將電池包平直插入充電座到底，再連接充電電源插頭，自動開始充電。
2. 電池包在充電狀態時，充電座上左邊的紅燈會亮起，充電時間大約1~1.5小時，
電 力 充 滿 之 後 ， 紅 燈 熄 滅 ， 右 邊 的 綠 燈 會 亮 起 ， 請 移 除 充 電電 源 插頭。
重要! 僅使用本公司提供的電池充電器。 長時間充電會對電池造成傷害。
電池電量顯示
電池包配有電量顯示功能，由四個紅色LED燈組成，用於指示電池包中剩餘的電
量。請按住”POWER”按鈕，LED燈會亮起指示剩餘電量。當剩餘電量低於可
用極限，則LED燈不會點亮，電池包需要進行充電作業。

溫控的過載保護裝置
依照規定在正常狀況下使用電動工具，機器不會過載。但是在強烈負載的狀況下
或者電池的溫度在許可溫度範圍（攝氏0–50度）以外，電動工具會自動關閉。 如
果機器以低轉速繼續運作，必須等待電池的溫度恢復到許可的溫度範圍內，才能
夠再度以最高轉速運轉。
請注意! 進行以下拆裝動作前，請先確認開關位於關機狀態並移除電池，以
避免啟動造成傷害。
調整檔板裝置
若有需要調整時請拉起檔板上面的安全鎖，即可根據工作需要，調整至所需的防
護角度位置，再將安全鎖扳回原位即可。
適度地調整檔板位置以避免工作時產生的火花噴向使用者。
安裝輔助把手
本電動工具附帶的輔助手柄，可根據工作需要，安裝在機器的左、右及上方三個
位置，對準螺絲孔將手柄旋轉到底即可。
安裝砂輪盤
維修或換裝零配件之前，請務必取出工作電池。
操作機器時砂輪盤會變得非常灼熱，在未冷卻之前切勿觸摸。
砂輪盤的規格必須吻合電動工具，安裝、拆卸砂輪盤時必須按住主軸鎖固定主軸。
拔出輔助手柄內的拆卸扳手，按住主軸鎖固定主軸，用拆卸扳手卡住固定砂輪盤
的螺母墊片，逆時鐘旋轉放鬆並拆卸掉螺母墊片，然後安裝砂輪盤，裝上砂輪盤
的螺母墊片，並用拆卸扳手順時鐘旋緊螺母墊片即可。
注意!
砂輪盤/切割片等安裝後尚未開動機器前，請檢查是否正確裝牢，能否自由無阻地
旋轉。

務必確認轉動時不會和防護罩或其它的機件產生磨擦。
啟動開關
將開關向前推移並按住，機器即開始正常工作，放開開關便可以停止電動工具。
注意!開機前，先檢查是否已經正確地安裝好砂輪盤，觀察砂輪盤轉動時會
不會產生磨擦與干涉，並且要進行至少1分鐘的無負載試機。切勿使用損壞、變
形或轉動時會震動的砂輪盤。 損壞的砂輪盤可能破裂並造成傷害。
操作使用
請使用合格的拋磨配件產品，並確認規格符合本產品的裝配尺寸.
操作時注意事項
1. 請將工件固定好不可晃動。
2. 請勿讓電動工具為過載而停止轉動。
3. 電動工具在強烈超載之後必須在無載狀況下運轉數分鐘，以使其冷卻。
4. 當機器操作時研磨 / 切割片會變得十分灼熱，未冷卻前請勿觸摸。
5. 不可以把电动工具安装在切割研磨架上操作。
1. 研磨
請勿使用切割片進行粗磨作業。
研磨時如果砂輪盤和研磨表面成 30 或40 度角，則能夠達到最好的研磨效果。
操作時只須輕壓並來回地移動機器，如此加工物料才不會變熱，不會變色，並且
物件表面不會出現凹陷的痕跡。
2. 切割
本電動工具可自行搭配切割片進行切割作業，請注意切割片規格須符合電動工具
要求的規格。
鋸割金屬
切割時必須施力均勻，要根據工件的物料來決定推動的力道。操作機器時勿重壓
機器，勿傾斜，勿搖晃。
不可以使用側壓的方式來制止仍繼續轉動的切割片。必須逆著機器的轉向推動電
動工具，否則容易失控，並導致電動工具從切線中滑出。
切割型材和四角鋼管時，必須從直徑最小處開始切割。
切割石材
在石材上進行切割時，建議佩戴防塵面具。
本電動工具只能夠進行乾式切割和研磨。
切割石材時最好使用金剛石切割片。
開動電動工具，依照工件的軟硬度，適當地施力推進機器。
切割高硬度的工件，例如碎石含量很高的水泥，金剛石切割片可能因為過熱而導
致損壞。如果工件過硬，操作機器時切割片的周圍出現火花。此時必須停下工作，
讓切割片在空載的狀況下以最高轉速運作片刻，如此可幫助降低切割片溫度。
如果切割片的切割效率已經明顯降低，同時進行切割時會出現火花，則表示切割
片已經變鈍。如果發生上述狀況，可把切割片在研磨材料上(例如石灰砂石）來回
