Steps
1. Switch the printer on and connect the printer with the Orcabot
Repetier Host software.
2. Heat the extruder up to +/-60˚C.
Wait until the right temperature is reached.
NEVER TOUCH THE HOTEND WITH BARE HANDS!
USE HANDGLOVES FOR HOLDING THE NOZZLE.
3. Once the nozzle is hot enough, hold the heaterblock with
pliers and unscrew the nozzle with a 10mm wrench.
WARNING! THE NOZZLE IS HOT!
4. Take the new nozzle and screw the nozzle back on to the
hotend. Hold the nut above the heaterblock with a 10mm
wrench and tighten the nozzle with a 10mm wrench.
5. I can be possible that the nozzle height is changed. If the
nozzle height is not the same follow the calibration in the User
manual Chapter 11.1 Nozzle alignment.
