Thank you for purchasing the Project E Beauty Needle-Free
Mesotherapy Device. This device utilizes Electroporation,
Mesoporation, UV LED, Electronic Muscle Stimulation and RF Radio
Frequency methods to treat a variety of skin conditions.
This safe, non-invasive technology can be benecial in the
treatment of many skin conditions ranging from acne, wrinkles,
spots removal to skin tightening. These utilized functions have been
found to enhance oxygenation, stimulate dermal tissue, kill bacteria
causing acne, and treat oily or combination skin problems.
Although results can vary widely by individual and skin type, skin
care treatment is appropriate for all types of skin.
Cosmetologists and skin care specialists agree that these
treatments, when properly performed, have no side eects. The
treatment methods of this unit are an important component of your
skin care routine and should only be used for cosmetic purposes. It
is not intended in any way to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
disease.

Functions
Electroporation
Electroporation is used to inject collagen without the need to use a
needle. Electroporation will allow collagen, hyaluronic acid and
other products, which are usually not easily inltrated, in the deep
layers of the skin. With Electroporation, a high level of absorption is
achieved without any pain.
Mesoporation
Mesoporation helps penetrate into the deep layer of your skin and
utilizes two established treatment methods, Mesotherapy and
Electroporation. This no-needle, non- invasive therapy is used for a
variety of treatments and enhances the mesoporation’s penetration
ability deeper into the skin.
LED Photon Therapy
The numerous LED photon therapy options in this device will
provide dierent results:
BLUE (415 nm):
This setting will allow the device to penetrate the skin
approximately 0.5 mm and is optimal to use for skin rashes. This is
suitable for skin that is sensitive, oily and/ Or has skin rashes. Also
eective at reducing acne and tightening loose skin.
GREEN (525 nm):
This setting is optimal for mixed skin and will brighten dull skin.
RED (630 nm):
This setting will allow the device to penetrate the skin cells and the
production of collagen, reducing wrinkles and making skin more
elastic and smooth. Optimal for surrounding eyes and forehead and
works best for ne lines, reducing pore size and swelling after
surgery.
This device utilizes ve feature functions as follows:

SOLID RAINBOW (MIX):
This setting will utilize the benets of all three colors (Blue, Green
and Red).
FLASHING RAINBOW (MIX):
This setting promotes further penetration and is used to complete
any treatment.
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Use in lifting skin and reducing cellulite. EMS will stimulate the
muscle tissue very tenderly, which leads to the secondary muscular
movement that will preserve the skin’s elasticity and suppleness.
Radio Frequency (RF)
For detoxicating and promoting blood circulation. With RF, the
electrical energy will follow the shortest distance between two
electrodes. When the electric current runs through living tissue, the
high energy ow produces heat, as the living tissue will resist
electricity. Tissue in both the dermal and subcutaneous layers of the
skin can be heated by RF energy. As well as increasing production of
collagen and elastin, RF can also be used to contract collagen bers,
resulting in skin tightening. It is also used to improve lymphatic
drainage, accelerate fat metabolism and for cellulite reduction.

Precautions:
Read all instructions before using your
Needle-Free Mesotherapy Device and make sure you understand
all of the operating instructions.
Always check the device before use to ensure it is undamaged.
Use of a damaged device can be unsafe.
Stop immediately, if you experience any adverse eect or have a
concern regarding use.
Do not look directly or shine light in the eyes while in operation.
Do not use on eyelids; do not place the light over eyelids.
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not use if you have experienced a migraine in the last two
years.
Do not use over any suspicious or cancerous lesion. Consult your
doctor.
Do not use the device while using any product that contains
AHA or glycolic acid. This can cause unwanted levels of stress in
the skin.
Do not allow children to use the device unsuper vised.
Always unplug the device correctly by holding the plug and
removing it from the electrical socket.
Remember that improper maintenance or negligence can cause
damage and void the warranty. This also refers to improper
storage.

Never use the device around water (i.e., Bathtubs, wash basins,
areas of high humidity). It may cause damage to the device.
Performing a treatment around broken capillaries, spider vein or
rosacea may cause unwanted stress to the skin. Do not perform a
treatment around broken capillaries, spider veins or rosacea
when performing a treatment.

Read these instructions, hold onto them, follow them, and
always heed all warnings.
Never use the device near water or areas of concentrated
humidity.
Disinfect the LED surface cover with a soft cloth and a light
concentration of rubbing alcohol. Carefully clean the machine of
all types of skin oil.
Always use the device in line with the manufacturer’s
regulations, and never block any of the ventilation openings on
the side of the device.
Dispose of all products in accordance with local and national
regulations and codes.
Do not use if you are sensitive to light. If you are unsure whether
you have increased sensitivity to light, we recommend you
perform the Light Sensitivity Test instructed in this manual.
Do no use if you are taking drugs known to make you sensitive
to light. You may be sensitive to light and not know it. There are
photosensitizing agents in drugs, food, soaps, cosmetics, and
dyes.
Drugs that are known to cause light sensitivity: Antibiotics;
NSAIDS; Diures; Retinoids; Hypo- glycemics, HMG-CoA reductase
inhibitors (statins), Photodynamic Therapy drugs, Prophoto
sensitizers, Neuroleptic drugs, or Antifungals.
Do not use over or near a recent steroid injection. Doing so may
result in photosensitive reaction.

Discontinue use if you encounter any discomfort or skin redness
that lasts for more than two hours. You may have sensitivity to
light or another condition. Consult your health care provider.
Never operate this device it has damaged cord or plug, if it is not
working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or
submerged in water. Return the device to Project E Beauty for
examination and repair.
Do not set or keep the device where it can fall or be pulled into a
tub or sink. Keep away from water (including bath and shower).
If the device accidentally falls in water unplug immediately.
Keep away from ammable aerosol products.
Do not use other AC Power Supplies or Chargers with your
device.
Turn o immediately, if the device begins to overheat.
Use of the device around jewelry and metal may cause
unexpected electrical shock. Always remove all jewelry and
metal prior to a treatment.
To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, do not expose this
apparatus to rain or moisture. Do not place objects lled with
water, such as vase, on the apparatus.

Contraindications
DO NOT USE if one of the following pertains to you.
Light Sensitivity: Do not use if you are sensitive to light. You are
sensitive to light if you experience any discomfort or skin redness
that lasts more than two hours. Discontinue using the device and
consult with your healthcare provider.
Implantable Device: Do not use this device if you have a cardiac
pacemaker, implanted debrillator, shunt or other implanted
electronic device. This device contains magnets that may cause
interference with these devices resulting in serious injury or death.
Pregnant: Do not use if you are pregnant or think you might be
pregnant. The device has not been tested on pregnant women and
the eects, if any, are unknown.
Migraine: Do not use if you have experienced a migraine in the last
two years.
Seizures: Do not use if you have a history of light triggered seizures.
Lesions: Do not use this device over any suspicious or cancerous
lesions. To do so may result in delaying the best medical treatment.
Failure to use and maintain the device in accordance with the
instructions outlined in this manual will invalidate the warranty.

A bad reaction to light occurs if you have pain or discomfort in the
treatment areas or any skin redness for more than two hours. It can
be due to medication, supplements, or a possible skin issue.
Press the“Power”button to turn on the device and then press
the“LED Select” button to activate the light.
Place the device on an area of the forearm. Leave in contact with
your skin for a 3-minute treatment cycle.
Repeat by doing another 3-minute treatment on the same area
of your arm.
Wait 24 hours. You should NOT experience any adverse reaction
during the next 24 hours.

Recommended Before Use
In order to determine if you have a Light Sensitivity Issue please
follow the Instructions below. It is recommended that you test a
small, less sensitive area of skin (i.e., like your forearm).

Eye Safety
It is suggested the user selects the low energy mode at
beginning and then adjusts to higher energy level once the user
is adapted.
It is NOT recommended to shine the light source directly into
eyes or the eyes of others.

Use of the Device
Charging
This device can be used connected to AC or can be charged to be
used without the AC cord. To plug in and charge the unit, perform
the following:
Plug the Adapter’s plug into the
Power jack on the bottom of
the device.
For charging:
Simply Connect the USB cable
to common 5V USB power
source Connect the cable to the
charging jack on the massager.

Recharge when the device stops working.
When the device is turned on, it emits a beep every 10 seconds
to alert you that the unit is on.
This unit has an auto shut o that will turn the unit o after 10
minutes. It will beep rapidly when 10 seconds are left.
The device will take approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge and
can be used for approximately 10 treatments (10 minutes each).

Use of the Device
Follow these steps when performing a treatment:
Clean the device with a soft wet cloth
and carefully cleaning the electrodes
and LED cover.

Plug the unit in, or use a charged
device.

Repeatedly press the LED Select
button to select the desired LED
eect. See page 3-4 for detailed
descriptions of the LED eects.

Press the Power button to turn the
unit on.
Repeatedly press to increase the
intensity; the higher the number, the
higher the intensity.
Note: The device is eective at all
intensity levels including the lowest
setting. It is not necessary to use the
highest power level to achieve
maximum results.

Use of the Device
If desired, use an ion gel on areas you
will be working on to achieve the best
results.

Perform each treatment for 10
minutes (except nose) four times a
week to start. Once the goal is
achieved, use only twice a week.
Place the electrode on the skin and
move in the directions as shown
according to the desired eects.
Tighten Skin:
Slowly move from the corner of the
mouth towards the area near the
eyes.
Pull up Sides of Mouth:
Slowly move from the corner of the
mouth slightly inwards and upwards.

Use of the Device
Eczema and Acne:
Do not operate on the exact area of
the eczema, acne, etc., but use on the
surrounding skin to aid in the natural
healing.
Double Chin:
Slowly move upwards from the chin
to the bottom of the ear, then lift the
device o the skin and move from the
chin to the corners of the mouth.
Note: Always move upwards; do not
move the unit downwards.
Nose Care:
Slowly move the device around your
nose and on the bridge of your nose
for 1-2 minutes.
Bags Under the Eyes:
Slowly move in the following
directions:
From the corners of the eyes to the
temples to the top of the neck. Lift
the device and move from the chin to
the top of the neck and down to the
armpits. You can utilize two
10-minute sessions for this treatment.

Use of the Device
Maintenance
After 10 minutes, the device will
automatically turn o. To turn the unit
o before 10 minutes, repeatedly
press the Power button until the unit
turns o.

Properly unplug the device by
holding the plug and removing it
from the AC outlet.
After each use, clean the device with a
soft wet cloth and carefully cleaning
the electrodes and LED cover.
Immediately dry o any moisture,
chemicals or water on the device
Always keep the device clean and
sterilized.
Store the device in a dry place.
