Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LED Light Therapy Mask (Model No.
PE727). This device uses colored LED lights to provide pure light to treat
a variety of skin conditions and rejuvenate skin, while reducing scar
tissue. Unlike other beauty devices, this mask provides high-quality LED
photon treatment that has been scientically validated, so you can
achieve ecient results faster than you ever imagined.
Photon light therapy works by using the natural healing properties
present in diering wavelengths of light to treat various skin tissue
issues. These state-of-the-art LEDs provide the purest light possible,
especially compared to systems that use more traditional bulbs. Modern
semiconductor technology has allowed dermatologists to perfect what
wavelengths of light are generated, meaning more of the healing energy
of the light reaches the skin tissue.
Exposing the skin’s tissue surface to light activates natural
photoreceptors and allows the skin cell to absorb the energy found in
the light. This process accelerates biochemical reactions in the skin
tissue, ultimately, leading to faster healing times, while increasing the
production of collagen. This can reverse some of the more heinous
eects of aging.
This technology is safe. Cosmetology experts agree these treatments
have no noticeable side eects if they’re administered correctly.
Treatment methods provided by the LED photon mask are an important
component of a complete skincare routine and should only be used for

This LED Light Therapy mask is designed in a facemask-shaped to ensure

Recent cosmetology breakthroughs have shown that LED light therapy is
eective for treating several aspects of skin aging. Studies suggest this
therapy can reduce the appearance of ne wrinkles, rough skin,
shallowness of the esh, and mottled hyperpigmentation. The LED light
therapy increases both the proliferation and the initial production of
collagen. A few studies have also suggested this therapy can cut down
on the types of bacteria that cause spots and pimples. This might also
help to eliminate breakouts and minimize the level of scar tissue.
Each of the colors of LED light has a dierent specic function. They are
each selectable by way of the control box.
Red Light(~630 nm): This setting allows the LED mask to penetrate the
skin more deeply. Red light penetrates the skin approximately 8-10 mm,
which stimulates the cells that lie at this layer. Many are ber cells, and
stimulating them can aid in the production of collagen. It can reduce
wrinkles and make skin elastic and smooth. It’s ideal for improving skin
in the area around the eyes and forehead. It works well to cut down on
ne lines. Those who need to repair damaged skin will opt for this
setting.
Blue Light(~465 nm): This setting allows the energy from the LED mask
to penetrate the skin approximately 0.5mm. It’s optimized for use with
rashes and is suitable for skin that is sensitive or constantly oily. Blue
light can help to reduce acne and even tighten skin that has loosened. It
can quickly inhibit inammation and possibly even destroy harmful
bacteria.

Safety Information
Precautions:
Read all instructions before using your LED Light Therapy Mask and
make sure you understand all of the operating instructions.
Always check the device before use to ensure it is undamaged. Use of
a damaged device can be unsafe.
Stop immediately, if you experience any adverse eect or have a
concern regarding use.
Do not look directly or shine light in the eyes while in operation.
Do not use on eyelids; do not place the light over eyelids.
Do not use over any suspicious or cancerous lesion. Consult your
doctor.
Do not use the LED mask while using any product that contains AHA
or glycolic acid. This can cause unwanted levels of stress in the skin.
Do not allow children to use the device unsupervised.
Remember that improper maintenance or negligence can cause
damage and void the warranty. This also refers to improper storage.
Dispose of all products in accordance with local and national
regulations and codes.
Do not use if you are sensitive to light. If you are unsure whether you
have increased sensitivity to light, we recommend you perform the
Light Sensitivity Test instructed in this manual.
Do not use if you are taking drugs known to make you sensitive to
light. You may be sensitive to light and not know it. There are
photosensitizing agents in drugs, foods, soaps, cosmetics, and dyes.
Drugs that are known to cause light sensitivity: Antibiotics; NSAIDS;
Diures; Retinoids; Hypoglycemics, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
(statins), Photodynamic Therapy drugs, Prophoto sensitizers,
Neuroleptic drugs, or Antifungals.
Do not use over or near a recent steroid injection. Doing so may result
in photosensitive reactions.
This device cannot be used in charging mode.
Store this device at room temperature in dry conditions, away from
direct sunlight.

Safety Information
Warning
Discontinue use if you encounter any discomfort or skin redness that
lasts for more than two hours. You may have sensitivity to light or
another condition. Consult your health care provider.
Never operate this device if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or damaged, or submerged in water. Return the device to
Project E Beauty for examination and repair.
Do not set or keep the device where it can fall or be pulled into a tub
or sink. Keep away from water (including bath and shower). If the
device accidentally falls in water unplug immediately.
Keep away from ammable aerosol products.
Do not use other AC Power Supplies or Chargers to charge your LED
mask.
Turn o immediately, if the mask begins to overheat.
Contraindications
DO NOT USE if one of the following pertains to you.
Pregnant: Do not use if you are pregnant or think you might be
pregnant. The device has not been tested on pregnant women and the
eects, if any, are unknown.
Migraine: Do not use if you have experienced a migraine in the last two
years.
Seizures: Do not use if you have a history of light triggered seizures.
Lesions: Do not use this device over any suspicious or cancerous lesions.
To do so may result in delaying the best medical treatment.
Failure to use and maintain the LED mask in accordance with the
instructions outlined in this manual will invalidate the warranty.

Description for Indicators
Mode indicator:
- Once the desired mode is selected (Anti-Wrinkle or Anti-Acne), the
corresponding mode indicator will light up on the controller.
Battery indicator:
1) While charging:
- The Battery indicator will ash in green.
2) While fully charged:
- The indicator will solid on the green.
3) While in normal use:
- When remaining power of the battery is ≥25%, it indicates in green.
- When remaining power of the battery is <25%, it indicates in red.

Light Sensitivity Test
In order to determine if you have a Light Sensitivity Issue please follow
the instructions below. It is recommended that you test a small, less
sensitive area of skin (i.e., like your forearm).
Abad reaction to light occurs if you have pain or discomfort in the
treatment areas or any skin redness for more than two hours. It can be
due to medication, supplements, or a possible skin issue.
Recommended Before Use

Place the device on an area of the forearm.
Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full
10+minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch
o after 10 minutes.
At any time if your skin feels any uncomfortable STOP using the
device immediately.
Wait 24 hours. You should NOT experience any adverse reaction
during the next 24 hours.

The design of this mask does not cover the eye area. Therefore, it is
not needed to put on eye protection while performing treatments.
Be sure you never look directly into the LEDs.

Use of the Device
Follow these steps to ensure proper operation during a treatment:

strap that allows you to

To t the mask, thread the strap
through the inlet holes on either side
of the mask.
For charging:
Insert the USB Type-C cable into the
controller. Insert the power supply into a
suitably grounded outlet and switch on.
Note: When in the charging mode, the
mask will not illuminate.

power button on controller for 2
seconds. The default mode is

controller to change the Anti-Wrinkle
mode to Anti-Acne mode (Blue Light),
which is intended to treat mild to
moderate acne.

Place the mask on the face. Loop the
strap around your head and secure
rmly. Adjust the strap as required.

Maintenance
Clean the mask surface with a soft cloth after each use.
Ensure that the device is switched o when cleaning.
Immediately dry the surface any time it comes into contact with
moisture, chemicals, or water.
Always keep the device clean and sterilized.
Store the device in a clean and dry place.

Use of the Device
IMPORTANCE:
1) It is recommended to have a 10-minute treatment a day and 3-5 times
per week, overtreatment is not advised.
2) Do not use any makeup and cosmetics that contain chemical or acidic
components which may aect light output and lead to a decreased or
in-eective treatment.
3) Be sure you never look directly into the LEDs.
