1. Pull out the lower drawer.
2. Turn the plastic locks of the slides back and, holding the locks in such position,
remove the drawer from the pedestal.
3. You can remove other drawers similarly to make wheel installation easier.
1. Do the assembly on a soft, non-abrasive surface (for example, on linoleum, carpet or on
the protective cardboard);
2. For the assembly you will need the next tools: wrench 13, hex wrench 6.
Guidance before assembly
Assembly instruction for Trolleys WDS-5;6;7
1. Lay the trolley on its back.
2. Mount the wheels to the trolley’s bottom according to the picture.
3. Put the trolley on the wheels.
4. Install the retractable drawers (When install, look after steel hooks of the locking
bar so that they are above the drawer’s slide)

Notes to the instruction.
1. Assembly sequence is specified by the ordinal number in the left bottom corner of each
picture of the assembly operation.
2. Type and quantity of the mounting products for the assembly operation are specified in
the left upper corner of its picture.
Recommendation for trolley exploitation.
1. It is recommended to begin filling the trolley from the lowest drawer.
2. It is recommended to evenly spread weight over the drawer’s bottom for the optimal
load of ball-bearing slides.
Attention:
3. When you move fully filled trolley it is not allowed to overcome obstacles with height of
more than 10 mm, because it can lead to trolley damage.
4. When using the trolley, pull out the drawers STRICTLY one by one, because pulling out
of two or more loaded drawers simultaneously can lead to trolley dumping.
Notes
1. Constructive changes, not noted in this instruction, are possible.
1. Check operability of the wheel’s stopper.
2. Check whether all the drawers are blocked when the lock is closed.
