RateBelt,wetthesetwopatcheslightlysothatthe sensorcandetectyourheart ratemoreeasily.

-Therearetwo-stepcountingfeatures,oneisforthedailywalkingmodeandtheotheristhe
chronographrunningmode.Foreachindividualmodesofstepcounting,calibration of
stridelengthisrequiredseparatelyforboth
-Thewatchmaytakeabit of timebeforeit startstosensethat youarewalking. Duringthat
time, itwill notdisplayastepcount.Oncethewatchdeterminesthatyouarewalkingitwill
displayyourentirestepcountfromthebeginningof yourwalk, includingthestepsyoutook
whilethewatchwasnot displayingastep count.

Click "NEWUSER"button toenterone'sUSERNAMEandthenenterpassword.
PCLINKCOMMUNICATIONMODE
1. Press "UPLOAD"button onthepc-linkprogram
andwill automaticallyuploadthedatatoPC.
2. Press Mode/Set will back toTime/Datemode.
The Watchwill exit andgoback toTime/Datemode automaticallyif youdo not
perform anyoperation ornostep input afteraround60seconds.
3. Loginthe programand entertothe MainScreen.
4. Click the colorbarshownintheleft top cornerof themainscreentoselectthe desired
report.

5. Press Calendarbutton willshowallthe exerciserecord.Doubleclickon thedatewith

The Watchuses2piecesCR 2032batteries(oneeachforwatchand heart ratebelt ).
Useonlytherecommended batteries.
NOTE: Changing the batterywill erasethedatainthewatchpreviouslyinput intothe device

1.Thebatterycompartmentslocated at theback of thewatch.
2.Toinstall/replacethebattery, unscrewthebatterycompartment withthescrewdriver
andsimplyslide out afterwards.
3.Takeoutthe oldbatteryand disposeofproperly.
4.Gentlyplaceanewbatteryintothe batteryslot of thebatterycompartment, making
surethat thepolesarecorrectlyplaced.
5.Screwback the batterycompartment, whenfinished asinthediagrambelow
