Instrucciones de Seguridad
Por favor leer estas instrucciones de seguridad antes de utilizar esta máquina. Por favor leer
detenidamente todas las alertas para evitar daños a la máquina y al usuario.
-
Cuando se limpie el dispositivo, no utilizar un pulverizador con
líquido inflamable.
-Si la máquina se expone al frío por un período largo de tiempo,
es necesario dejarla en un lugar a temperatura ambiente por 2
horas antes de empezar a utilizarla.
-Se debe tener mucho cuidado con la utilización de materiales
externos, para que no caigan dentro del dispositivo.
-
No desconectar el cable de alimentación del enchufe, con las
manos mojadas.
-Para prevenir un incendio o corto circuito, desconectar el
aparato antes de moverlo de posición.
-Para desconectar el cable de alimentación, tirar del enchufe, no
del cable para evitar que éste se dañe.
-Evite colocar objetos sobre el cable de alimentación para que
no se dañe.
-La unidad debe conectarse a la fuente de poder por medio de
un adaptador AC/DC.

Introducción
Esta es una máquina eficaz y muy fácil de utilizar. Reconoce billetes falsos de entre varios
billetes genuinos. Puede utilizarse en cualquier lugar y momento, ya que cuenta con una
batería recargable interna. Detecta las diferentes características de los billetes, tales como
tipo de papel, sellos, tinta, tipo de impresión, dimensiones del billete, etc.
Características
Detecta el tipo de moneda y la denominación automáticamente.
Muestra el número total de billetes que ingresan.
Puede detectar dos tipos de moneda. Por defecto detecta Euros.
Batería recargable interna de litio para su uso portátil.

Operación
Encendido
Presionar la tecla “ON/OFF” durante 2 segundos, si la máquina está apagada, la máquina se
encenderá. La luz LED se encenderá y la máquina realizará una prueba automática de
funcionamiento. Si la prueba es correcta, la pantalla de número de billetes mostrará la
versión del software, mientras que la pantalla de valores indicará el tipo de moneda.
Seguidamente aparecerán en ambas pantallas el símbolo “0”, indicando que el detector está
listo para utilizarse.
Presionar la tecla “ON/OFF” durante 2 segundos, si la máquina está encendida, la máquina se
apagará.
Selección de la Salida del Billete
Presionar la telca “REP/DIR” durante 2 segundos para indicar la dirección de salida del billete.
La dirección se mostrará en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla superior. La señal “▲”indica que
el billete saldrá por la bandeja de salida y la señal “▼” indica que el billete saldrá por la
bandeja de entrada.
La máquina mantendrá el último cambio guardado.

Detección
La máquina distingue el tipo de moneda automáticamente cuando se inserta el billete, por lo
que no es necesario seleccionarlo previamente. El LED se encenderá para indicar el tipo de
moneda. Cuando la máquina detecta la entrada de un billete, un motor se enciende
automáticamente y el proceso de detección empieza.
No existe limitación en la posición de entrada de billete ni su dirección para la mayoría de
monedas como Euros, Libras Esterlinas, Dólares, etc. Si usted selecciona otro tipo de cambio
diferente a los anteriormente mencionados, por favor asegúrese de que no tenga arrugas.
Si el billete es verdadero, el número de billetes ingresados aumenta y el valor total también,
registrando el valor total y un número de billetes (no es lo mismo). Ver figura 1. Cuando el
número de billetes ingresados superan los 999 o le valor total supera los 9999, la máquina se
pone a cero y empieza la cuenta de nuevo.

Si el billete es falso, la máquina lo rechazará y al salir sonarán 3 bips. Al mismo tiempo que la
luz de encendido/apagado (ON/OFF) se ilumina, aparecerá en la pantalla de número de
billetes un de los mensajes listados en la sección de Problemas.
Reporte de Detección
Cuando la máquina termine de detectar, presionar la tecla “REP/DIR” para ingresar al modo
de reportes. Al revisar el reporte de detección, es posible revisar una y otra vez los diferentes
registros al presionar la tecla “REP/DIR”. Ver figura 3.
Al revisar los registros, si se ingresan billete, la máquina automáticamente saldrá del modo
de reportes.
Presionar la tecla “CLR” durante 2 segundos para eliminar todos los registros.

Modo Suspender (Ahorro de Energía)
La máquina entrará en el modo “Suspender” a los 5 minutos de dejar de utilizarla, para
ahorrar batería. La pantalla se apagará de igual manera y la luz azul de la tecla “ON/OFF” se
encenderá. La máquina se puede reactivar presionando cualquier tecla o ingresando un
billete.
Si la máquina está funcionando únicamente con la batería y entra en modo “Suspender” por
más de 15 minutos, esta se apagará automáticamente.
Mensaje del Estado de la Batería
Cuando la máquina está cargando la batería, la pantalla desplegará el mensaje “-Ch” en
repetidos intervalos para indicar el estado de la carga. Usualmente necesita 15 horas o más
para que la batería se cargue por completo.
Cuando la batería está baja, la pantalla desplegará el mensaje “-Lo” en repetidos intervalos
para recordar al usuario que la batería necesita ser recargada o la máquina se apagará.
Actualización del Sof t ware
1. Encender la máquina y colocar el cable USB al puerto USB de la máquina y al puerto
del ordenador.
2. Conectar el cable de alimentación en la máquina y en el enchufe. Presionar las teclas
“CLR” y “ON/OFF” al mismo tiempo. Si aparecen siete símbolos “-” en la pantalla de
billete y de valor, la máquina ha entrado en modo de descarga. Si no aparece el
símbolo, intente de nuevo.
3. Ejecutar en el ordenador la ventana “Auto Download Software” y presionar el botón
“LoadFile” como se muestra en la figura 4. Luego hacer click en “Update Soft” para
descargar el software (figura 5).

4. Si la actualización ha sido exitosa, según la figura 6, reinicie la máquina.

Problemas
El detector automáticamente realizará una prueba de funcionamiento en cuanto se
encienda. Si aparece alguno de los siguientes códigos en la pantalla, usualmente, será
porque los sensores tienen polvo o existe algún billete atascado. Por favor limpiar con un
pincel o con un paño suave, o remueva el billete y reinicie la máquina.

Errores de Detección
Si alguno de los siguientes errores aparece en la ventana de detección mientras la máquina
está procesando algún billete, la máquina se detendrá.

Avisos importantes
1. Si alguna alarma de la máquina suena constantemente o detecta algún funcionamiento
anormal, revisar lo siguiente:
Que la fuente de poder esté dentro del rango especificado (AC 100V~240V /50~60Hz);
Que la fuente de corriente continua (DC) se encuentra dentro del rango específico:
DC12±10%;
Que el enchufe esté bien conectado;
Que la batería esté cargada correctamente;
Mantener la máquina lejos de campos magnéticos;
Limpiar el polvo de los sensores;
2. Si un billete se atasca cuando está en proceso de detección, abrir la tapa de la máquina y
sacar el billete para pasarlo nuevamente;
3. Por favor estire el billete antes de introducirlo.
Mantenimiento
Este es un equipo detector muy preciso y necesita mantenimiento frecuente.
1. Revisar periódicamente el voltaje para asegurarse que esté dentro de los rangos
especificados;
2. Mantener la máquina en un lugar ventilado, alejado de campos magnéticos y el sol;
3. Limpiar periódicamente los sensores: utilizar un trozo de algodón y un poco de alcohol
para limpiar los sensores, las ruedas y la cinta de goma. Mantener la superficie del
sensor lejos de artículos filos o duros para prevenir daños.
4. No intente desarmar el detector.

Introduction
This device is a reliable and easy-operated banknote detector. It can tell counterfeit
banknotes from genuine ones. With its rechargeable battery inside, it can be brought to
anywhere when needed. The features of currency detected include magnetism, infrared,
image, paper quality, and etc.
Features
Distinguish currency type and denomination automatically.
Display number of sheet of banknotes and total value of each currency type.
Two kinds of currency are supported, one is Euro and the other is optional.

Operation
Turn on/off the machine
By pressing "ON/OFF" key and hold on for about 2 seconds when the machine is power off,
user can turn on the machine. The ON/OFF indicator lights up and self test will start after
turning on the detector. If the test is successful, the Sheets Display Window will display the
software version, the Value Display Window will display the currency type. Next two "0" will
respectively be displayed on the Sheets Display Window and Value Display Window. In this
mode, the detector is ready for use.
By pressing "ON/OFF" key and hold on for about 2 seconds when the machine is power on,
user can turn off the machine.
Select Genuine Banknote Exit Direction
Press "REP/DIR" key and hold on for 2 second to select the exit direction of the genuine
banknote. The denotation of direction will be shown on the left part of the top cover “∧”
means the genuine banknote will go out from the exit and “ ∨” means the genuine banknote
will retreat from the feed port.
The machine can memorize the last setting.

Detecting
You need not select currency type because the machine can distinguish the currency type
automatically when you pass a banknote. One of the LED indicators turns on to indicate the
current currency type.
When the machine detects an insertion of a banknote in the feed port, it will automatically
start the motor and begin a detecting procedure. There is no limitation on side or direction
of the banknotes for most currency types such as Euro and etc. But for some of other
banknotes (e.g. Swiss Franc), there are rules for the inserting direction and side. When
inserting a banknote, please make sure the banknote are put in straightly.
If the banknote is a genuine one, the number of sheets will be increased by one and the total
value will be added with the current value, then the banknote will go out in the selected exit
direction. (See Figure 1) When the number of sheets is beyond 999 or the total value is
beyond 9999, the data will be automatically set to zero.

If the banknote is a suspicious one, it will be rejected and exit from the feed port with 3
beeps. And at the same time, the light of "ON/OFF" key will glint, corresponding error code
will be displayed on "Sheets Display Window"(See Figure 2). The error codes are listed at
Troubleshooting.
Detecting Report and Clearing
After finishing detection, press "REP/DIR" key to enter report mode. When checking the
notes detection record, it is possible for you to press "REP/DIR" key again and again to
display records for different denomination and its pieces by turns. (See Figure 3) When
checking the record, if you feed banknote, the detector will automatically exit the report
mode. Press "CLR" key and hold it for 2 seconds to clear records.

Sleep Mode
The detector will enter sleep mode after 5 minutes of idling in order to save power.
The information on the display window will turn off and only the blue ON/OFF indicator
lights up. The machine can be waken up and return to working mode by touching any key or
feeding.
When the machine is in sleep mode with only built-in battery, if the machine is idle for more
15 minutes again, the machine will power off automatically.
Battery Status Message
When the machine is charging the battery, the Sheets Display Window will display "–Ch" at
an interval to indicate the charging status. Usually it needs about 15 hours or more to make
the power of battery fully. If the voltage is low, the Sheets Display Window will display "-Lo"
at an interval to remind the user of that the battery needs to be charged or the user should
turn off the banknote detector.
Software Update
5. Turn off the banknote detector first, and then use the provided download cable to
connect the USB port on PC and the USB port of the detector together.
6. Put the DC output plug into the DC socket.(make sure that the adapter is inserted
7. Next, first press "CLR" key and hold on it, and then press "ON/OFF" key. If seven
pieces of "-" are displayed on the Sheets Display Window and Value Display
Window, it shows the machine has entered into download mode.
8. If the display window doesn’t display seven pieces of "-", please retry 1 and 2steps
again.
9. Run "Auto Download software" on PC and click "LoadFile" button to load the update
software(***.UPL)(see Figure 4), then click "Update Soft" button to download the
software.(See Figure 5)

Troubleshooting
Self test error code display
The detector automatically performs a self test after power on. If one of the following error
messages is displayed on the display window, usually it is because the sensor is blocked by
banknotes or dust. Please use a brush or a piece of soft cloth to clean the dust on the sensor
or remove the banknotes, and then restart the machine.

Important Notices
1. If the machine keeps alarm or works abnormally, check the following: Whether the
main power supply is within specified range (AC 100V~240V/50~60Hz). Whether the
DC output is within specified range: DC 12V±5%. Whether the supply plug is well
connected. Whether the built-in battery is sufficient to work. Clear the dust on the
sensors.
2. If a banknote is blocked while it is being detected, please open the top cover and get
out the banknote to detect it again.
3. Please smooth the banknote before detecting, and the banknote must be put in
straightly while it is being inserted.
Maintenance
This machine is precise financial detecting equipment that needs periodic
maintenance.
1. Periodically check the voltage of the power supply to ensure that the voltage is
within the specified range.
2. Keep the banknote detector in ventilated place and beyond strong sunshine and
magnetic field.

3. Periodically clean the sensors: use a piece of cotton with a small amount of alcohol
to clean all sensors, rubber wheels and rubber synchronous belt. Keep the surface of
sensors away from sharp and hard articles to avoid damage.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble the detector at will.

Instruções de segurança
