1、Introduction:
AP300 office punching machine is specially used for punching papers in copy center and quick
print shop.
The paper feed table mo es up each cycle dri en by a stepping motor which accurately controls
the amount of sheets fed into the machine. The amount of sheets is adjusted using a touch screen.
The paper is taken into the punching die by con eyers and then be aligned from three sides at the
same time ready for punching. After punched, the paper is taken into the paper collector in order
automatically. Both the paper size and paper margin can be adjusted. Various punching dies can be
offered to punch different holes.

5 Brief Operation Guidance：
5.1.Die Removal Screen： When changing die, press Die Remo al Screen button under Setup
screen and machine will run to appropriate position accordingly. Pull out the die when it is closed.
After changing the die, enter Format and Die Change Screen, input the die code and press Set
button.
Paper Jam Screen： When paper jams, enter Paper Jam Screen and the machine runs re ersely.
Then open the co er, raise paper carrying de ice and pull out paper under timing belt.

5.2 Various Dies are provided according to customer needs
Choose paper and die size according to different requirements. Press Select Paper or Select Die button
and following figure appears. Input the number and press enter button. Then press Set button and the
machine will adjust automatically.
When the paper size is non standard and not included on abo e figures, press Custom Size button and
follows appears.
When machine runs abnormally, the information shows on touching screen automatically. Check
the problem accordingly.

5.3 The machine is equipped with one punching die according to customers’ requirement. The
following punching dies are available in our company and if there is special request, we can
also make it according to the special request.
