2. Charging the battery
Unplug the charger from the outlet and the phone
when not in use. Do not leave a fully-charged
handset connected to a charger because
overcharging may shorten the lifetime of the battery.
If unused, a fully-charged battery will lose its charge
over time.
If the battery is completely discharged, the charging
may not start immediately when you plug in the
connector. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the phone to
begin charging.
Use the battery only for its intended purpose. Never
use any charger or battery that is damaged.
Use only QMobile Charger & Battery.
Note: The actual operation time of a battery varies
based on the operation mode, network strength in
different places and talk time.

3. Functions
Phone book
Blacklist
Go to phonebook-Options-Add to
blacklist to avoid the call from this contact.
Caller Groups
Go to Phonebook-Options-Caller
groups-Add new group to create a new caller
group. You can set 5 caller groups in this phone
Messaging
Send out SMS
Go to Messaging-Write
message-Options-Send to-Add from
phonebook-You can select the contacts one by
one or select a caller group to send the message.
Send out MMS
Go to Messaging-Write
message-Options-Switch to
MMS-Options-Send to-Add from
phonebook-You can select the contacts one by
one or select a caller group to send the MMS

message.
MMS setting
Go to Messaging-Message
settings-Multimedia message-Profiles,
please choose the right profile to match your SIM
card
Call center
Call history
Go to Call center-Call history, you can
check all call history here including Dialed calls,
Received calls and Missed calls.
Call settings
Go to Call center-Call settings, you can do
some useful settings here, please check each
item in the phone to make the right settings.
Services
Go to Service-Internet
service-->Settings-Profiles-Here please
select the right profile to match your SIM card to
make sure you can log on the internet by GPRS
successfully. You can also do other internet
settings in the menu of Internet service.

Audio player
Please make sure the songs are stored in “My
Music”folder so that the Audio player can
recognize. You should also check whether default
storage is phone or MMC. Go to Audio
player-Options-Settings-Player
settings-Pre. Playlist (Memory card) & press OK.
When playing the songs, you can press Up
navigation key to increase the volume and Down
key to turn down.
Organizer
There are some applications in this
menu, you can find Calendar, Tasks, Alarm,
World clock, File manager and Extra here. Go
to Extra, you can find Calculator, Unit
converter, Currency converter and EBook
reader.
Multimedia
Go to Multimedia, you can select below
functions: Camera, Image viewer, Video
recorder, Video player, Audio player, Sound
recorder, FM radio.

Quality: Good, Normal, Low.
White Balance
Auto, Daylight, Tungsten, Fluorescent, Cloud,
eincandeeeeeeeeIncandescence.
Scene Mode
Auto, Night.
Effect Settings
Normal, Grayscale, Sepia, Sepia green, Sepia
blue, Color invert.
Storage
Phone, Memory Card.
Restore Default
You can restore the recorder to factory settings.
FM radio
Option menu
Channel list: You can edit and save 30
channels.

Manual input: You can edit the specified
radio frequency band. The frequency of the
radio is between 87.5mHz and 108.0mHz.
Auto Search: You can have automatic search
and save the searched channels into the list.
Settings: You can set background play, loud
speaker, record format, audio quality and
record storage.
Record: You can record new files.
Append: You can have annex record for the
files of the superior level (only for the record
files in AMR).
File list: the record files

Time settings
Go to Settings--Phone settings-Time and
date. You can set the time and time zone here
Security Settings
SIM security settings

Lock: You can set SIM lock (PIN code)
as on/off. When this option is
chosen, it is necessary to input PIN
code for every insert of the SIM
card.
Change Password: You can change
the defaulted phone by referring to
the service provider.
Phone Lock: You can set it as On or Off. It is
a password of 4-8 digits and the defaulted
one is 1122. You can change it.
Auto Keypad Lock: You can set it as On or
Off. The mobile phone has keypad lock
function.
Change Password: You can change the
defaulted phone password “1122” into
4-8-digit number easy to remember.
Bluetooth
This phone has Bluetooth device, Go to
Settings-Connectivity-Bluetooth. Before
using Bluetooth function, you need to
activate the Power option. When Bluetooth
function or other functions are being used,
allowing this function to operate in the

back desk will consume more power. It is
recommended to close this function when it
is idle.
Restore Factory Settings
Go to Settings-Restore the factory settings.
You can restore the factory settings of the mobile
phone by pressing password 1122.
User profiles
Go to Settings-User profiles, there 6 profiles as
below: General, Meeting, Outdoor, Indoor,
Headset and Bluetooth. You can activate and edit
every profile as your requirements.

1. The SIM card is dirty.
Clean it.
2. Reinstall the SIM card.
3. The SIM card is
damaged. Replace it.
Poor signals
Check the signal strength icon
on the screen. If the icon
contains 4 bars, it indicates the
signal is the strongest; if below
1 bars, it indicates the signal is
very poor.
Unable to dial
out
1. Maybe you have set
Hide My Caller ID but
your network operator
does not provide this
service for you.
2. Strong interference
exists around you.
3. Maybe you have
activated the call
restriction function.
4. Maybe you have
activated Line 2 but your
network operator does
not provide this service
for you.

Unable to charge
the battery
1. The battery may
discharge too much; so
it cannot be charged
until it is connected for
certain time.
2. Its performance has
worsened.
Unable to
register to the
network
1. Too weak signals or
strong interference.
2. SIM card installed
properly? Bad contact or
SIM card damaged? If
the SIM card is broken,
please contact the
network operator to
replace it.
Unable to access
service menus.
Maybe the SIM card does not
support service function.
Only part of the
photo set as
standby photo
can be seen.
The size of the photo may be
too big. The recommended size
is 220*176
