●  The DAB+ window mount foil antenna has been developed exclusively for use inside the vehicle.
 ● The antenna must not adveresly affect the driver’s field of vision.
 ● If your vehicle is equipped with a side airbag, the antenna must not interfere with the airbag functions in
any way.
 ● The antenna must not be installed on movable glass surfaces such as the side windows or rear window.
 ● Do not bend or damage the foil antenna.
 ● The RADICAL system should be installed by an authorised specialist dealer. Specific knowledge and tools
are required for installation. Incorrect installation can damage the vehicle and the RADICAL system.

● Thestrengthofsignalreceptionmaybeimpairedifyouinstalltheantennaoninfraredreectiveglass,
thermalinsulationglass,oronsurfacescoveredwithreectivelm.
●The signal strength also decreases if the antenna overlaps with another antenna, or if it is near a window
heating wire.
●If you have any questions or problems with the RADICAL system, please contact the retailer where you
purchased it.

Installation:
1. Remove the A-pillar cover in your
vehicle. The cover is secured with
special clips. A screw is usually
concealed behind a cover in the upper
area of the A-pillar.
You can carefully prise the cover off with
a plastic wedge or a flat-head screwdriver.
CAUTION
● Ifyourvehicleisttedwithaside
airbag, you must leave the ignition
switched off for the duration of the
installation, and proceed with
extreme caution.
2. Clean the selected adhesive area on
the windscreen.
Wait until the glass surface has dried
completely.
3. Remove the backing sheet from the foil
antenna and attach it so it is flush with
the ceramic line.
Pay close attention to the installation
position of the antenna, which is
explained at the beginning of the manual.

4. Carefully rub the foil antenna onto the
windscreen to ensure that it is affixed
securely.
6. Route the antenna cable downwards
along the A-pillar, along the dashboard
and into the radio bay.
8. Reattach your vehicle´s A-pillar cover in
its original position.
Ensure that you do not damage the
earthing foil and the amplifier unit.
9. Connect the DAB antenna (SMA-
connector) to the R-C10-DAB module.
5. Remove the protective film from the
earthing foil and stick it onto the A-pillar
(metal part).
Leave sufficient space for the earthing
foil so you can install the A-pillar cover
again later without any problems.

7. Use cable ties to attach the antenna
cable to the existing wiring harnesses in
the vehicle.

● Pay particular attention to ensure
that you do not adversely affect
the function of the airbag in
any way.

10. Connect the R-C10-DAB module to your
Radical Device using the included USB
cable.

1. Download the desired APK and copy it to an
external medium.
2. Connect the external medium to your RADICAL
device.
3. Open the APK Installer.
4. Select the directory of the external medium.
5. Push on the APK you want to install.
6. Then push on install.
7. Now the APK will be installed.
8. After the APK has been installed, you can open the
APK directly or complete the operation with DONE.
