First please check all items in the
box, bike carrier, two wheel
stabilizing rubber straps, and 9mm
skewer.
Insert the 9mm skewer into the
hole located on the side of front
housing.
Secure the nut to the other side of
the 9mm skewer.
Before mounting bike carrier to the
roof bars, please prepare the six
knobs and three anti-skid plates.
At front side, make sure front roof
bar is between four screws
underneath front housing.
According to distance of rear cross
bar, move the two screws
accordingly so that rear roof bar is
within the two screws. (Caution: it is
required to have the minimum
distance between two roof bar at 40
cm / 15.75 inch which gives bike
carrier the best support)

Eventually, the rail is fully secured
within the inner and outer brace.
Note that the rail should be fitted
within the contour line of the outer
brace(indicated by red line) and the
other side of rail should be firmly
against inner brace.
Install the knobs then tighten
them in an anti-clockwise way. This diagram illustrated correct
installation of front part of bike
carrier on front roof bar.
Double check all knobs and if any
knob is loosened, re-tighten it. This diagram illustrated correct

Before mounting bicycle, loosen
the knob located inside the tire
holder by turning anti-clockwise.
Now the tire holder moves freely.
Remove the front tire from the
bicycle, mount the fork mount onto
the 9mm skewer.
Rear tire of bicycle sits on the
wheel tray and wheel holder. Tighten the nut of 9mm skewer.

Turn the lever of 9mm skewer
inwardly. Double check if the front fork is
firmly secured on the 9mm
skewer. Repeat the procedure 15
and 16 if it is not secured.
Turn the knob of wheel holder in
a clockwise way until the knob is
tightened.
Secure one end of the rubber strap
with one side of wheel holder. After
bikes are mounted, secure the
other end of the rubber strap with
the other side of wheel holder.
The diagram illustrates the final
installation of bike carrier and
bicycle.
1.1 The bike carrier had been designed and manufactured to attach securely to a
variety of vehicles with cross bars on the roof. The attachment of this bike carrier to a
vehicle is beyond the control of the manufacture. The users must therefore ensure that the
bike carrier is stuitable for use with their particular vehicles/rails and that bikes are securely
and safely attached to the bike carrier.
1.2 During the jourmey, please check the attachment of bike carrier to cross bars constantly
and cautiously.Retighten the knobs if necessary. Make sure all the parts are in good
condition. Contact authorized dealer if any part needs attention.
1.3 Always obey the national law about the bike carrier.
1.4 The maximum load for this biks carrier is 15 kgs(35 lbs). Do not over load! Also maintain
the minimum distance between two cross bars at 40cm (15 in).
1.5 Reduce the speed on rough road.
1.6 This bike carrier is designed for temporary use only, remove when not in use or druing the
bad weather.
1.7 Failure to obey the guideline in the instruction will void the warranty.
