Zonetech Firmware Update Instructions
To update the firmware on your Zonetech:
1. Power on Zonetech and connect a Cat 5e cable from the Computer Ethernet port on Zonetech to an
Ethernet router/switch that has a DHCP server running.
2. Press the Info knob on the front panel of Zonetech until the Wired Network Setting is displayed.
3. Open a web browser (on the computer that is connected to the same router/switch from step 1) and type
in the following IP address: http://172.28.0.52.
4. On the Master Outputs web page, press the Login button.
5. At the Login prompt, type the default password admin and press the Login button.

6. Press the Settings button to go to the settings page. Click the download icon under the Firmware
Update section and select the latest Zonetech firmware update file.
IMPORTANT: During the update process, do not power off Zonetech or disconnect it from the power
outlet. Doing so can damage the unit.
7. Press the Update firmware button to start the update.

8. The firmware update progress will be shown on the web page and on Zonetech’s display.
9. Once the update reaches 100%, Zonetech will automatically reboot with the new firmware installed.
