PARENTAL AND ADULT RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION ARE
NECESSARY.
Not every product is appropriate for every age or size of child —
dierent age recommendations are found within this category of
product which are intended to reect the nature of the hazards
and the expected mental or physical ability, or both, of a child
to cope with the hazards. Parents and supervising adults need
to select riding products appropriate for the age of the child
and take care to prevent children who may be too immature
or inexperienced for a product’s characteristics to endanger
themselves around it.
PARENT/SUPERVISING ADULTS MUST INSPECT THIS PRODUCT
AND MUST TEACH CHILDREN HOW TO RIDE SAFELY. If the rider
fails to use common sense and heed these warnings, there is an
increased risk of damage or injury.
Age and Weight Limits
• Not for children under age 30 months.
• Maximum rider weight 20 kg (44 lb).
• Rider weight does not necessarily mean a child’s size is appropriate
to fit or maintain control of the product.
• A parent’s decision to allow his or her child to ride this product should
be based on the child’s maturity, skill and ability to follow rules.

• This toy has no brake.
• Must be assembled by an adult.
• Adult supervision of young children is important.
• Do not allow children under age 30 months to use the product.
• Always pay attention to where your child is going.
• Protective equipment should be worn. Not to be used in traffic.

• Avoid excessive speed associated with downhill rides.
• Obey all local traffic and scootering laws and regulations.
• Watch out for pedestrians.
• Use on smooth surfaces.

ACCEPTABLE RIDING PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS
• Direct parental supervision is required at all times. Young children
are learning basic riding abilities and need close attention.
• Parents and carers should ensure that children are properly
instructed in the use of this product.
• Scooters are meant to be used only in controlled environments, free
of potential traffic hazards and not on public streets.
• Do not allow your child to ride a scooter in any areas where
vehicle traffic is present. Watch surroundings for pedestrians, bike,
skateboard, scooter and other riders. Use in areas free from hazards,
such as poles, hydrants, and parked cars.
• Child must maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times. Never
allow more than one child at a time to ride a scooter. Never use
near steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways, alleys or swimming
pool areas.
• Wet weather impairs traction, stopping and visibility.
• Never use near streets, swimming pools, hills, or steps.
• Like any other moving product, riding this product can be a
dangerous activity and may result in injury even when used with
proper safety precautions.
Failure to heed product warnings, or to exercise caution, increases
risk of injury!

many regions scooter riders may be required BY LAW to wear a helmet.

ALWAYS INSPECT SCOOTER PRIOR TO RIDING. Properly inspecting and
maintaining your scooter can reduce the risk of injury. Always inspect your
scooter before riding and regularly maintain it. Replace worn or damaged
parts, such as grips, handlebars, handlebar endcaps or worn wheels.

The Razor Wild Ones toy scooter is intended to allow parents to introduce younger children aged 30+ months to scooters, and assist them to learn and
enjoy their early riding experiences. Razor’s Wild Ones employ slow rolling, very wide, flat-surfaced inline wheels which enable the product to stand
on its own and provide some assistance in learning basic balancing.The lower deck also supports learning to balance, allowing the rider to keep one
foot in contact with the ground and the other on the product deck while shifting their weight.With guidance and experience, most children over time
will develop the balance and coordination to operate“narrow wheeled”2-wheel scooters like the original Razor A kick scooter. Adult supervision is
essential because young children do not understand the risks of riding in areas with cars and are at a high risk of falling and injuring themselves.

How to Ride
• With your child standing next to the scooter, have them hold both
grips of the handlebar firmly.Test the steering by turning the
handlebars right and then left to teach them how the handlebars
control the direction of the front wheel.
• Have your child place one foot on the deck (where the grip tape is
located) while keeping the other foot on the ground. The scooter
may tilt to one side a little, this is normal.
• When stabilized and ready, give the scooter a little push and take a
step with the foot that’s on the ground. That’s it, they’re scooting!
How to Stop
• Step off to stop! Wild Ones scooters were developed with your
child’s age in mind. The scooter is slow rolling and does not require
complicated braking mechanisms that detract attention from
focused learning. Simply putting one’s foot down or dismounting
the scooter is enough to come to a complete stop.
Things to Remember
• Remember to help the child steer straight when moving in a
straight line, this will promote balance. When your child runs
out of room to scoot, have them turn around and come back by
dismounting the scooter, steering the handlebars while walking to
turn it around. Children will need your help and guidance as this is
a new experience.
Maintenance
• Check that the steering system is correctly adjusted and that all
connection components are firmly secured and not broken.
• Under normal circumstances and conditions, the wheels are
maintenance free.
• Regularly check that the various screwed parts are tight.
• No modifications can be made that can impair safety.
• Use only authorized Razor replacement parts.

de edad en esta categoría de producto, que pretenden reejar
el tipo de peligros y la capacidad física o mental esperadas, o
ambas, de un niño para poder hacer frente a posibles peligros. Los
padres o adultos supervisores deberán seleccionar los productos
de conducción apropiados según la edad del niño y tomar las
medidas oportunas para evitar que niños que puedan ser aún
demasiado inmaduros o inexpertos para un tipo de producto en
concreto se pongan en peligro.

• Llevar siempre casco al circular con el escúter y el barboquejo bien
abrochado.
• Usar siempre zapatos cerrados.
• Evitar irregularidades de borde cortante, rejillas de drenaje y
cambios bruscos de superficie ya que el escúter podría detenerse
repentinamente.
• Evitar calles y superficies con agua, arena, gravilla, suciedad, hojas
y otros residuos. El tiempo lluvioso afecta la tracción, el frenado y
la visibilidad.
• No circular de noche ni con visibilidad reducida.
• Evitar velocidades excesivas asociadas con trayectos en pendiente.
• Respetar las leyes y regulaciones de tráfico locales y de circulación
con escúter.
• Prestar atención a los peatones.
• Utilizar en superficies planas.
PRÁCTICAS DE CONDUCCIÓN Y CONDICIONES ACEPTABLES
• Es necesaria la supervisión paterna directa todo el tiempo. Los niños
pequeños van aprendiendo habilidades básicas de conducción
poco a poco y necesitan especial atención.
• Los padres y personas al cuidado deben asegurarse de que los niños
cuenten con la instrucción adecuada para usar este producto.
•Los escúteres están diseñados para ser usados sólo bajo condiciones
controladas, en lugares exentos de peligros potenciales de tráfico y
no para circular en la vía pública.
• No permita que su hijo conduzca un escúter en áreas con tráfico
de vehículos presente. Ponga atención a los peatones, ciclistas,
usuarios de skateboards y escúteres y de otros conductores.
Use las áreas libres de peligros como postes, hidrantes y coches
estacionados.
• El niño debe mantenerse permanentemente aferrado al manillar.
Nunca permitir que más de un niño conduzca el escúter al mismo
tiempo. No circular nunca cerca de peldaños, caminos inclinados,
cuestas, calzadas, callejones ni piscinas.
• El clima húmedo imposibilita la tracción, el frenado y la visibilidad.
• Nunca usar cerca de calles, piscinas, colinas o escalones.
• Como todo otro objeto móvil, circular con este producto puede ser
una actividad peligrosa y ocasionar lesiones, aun cuando se tomen
las precauciones de seguridad correspondientes.
¡Hacer caso omiso de las advertencias sobre el producto o actuar
sin la debida precaución aumenta el riesgo de sufrir lesiones!
ADVERTENCIA:
VERIFIQUE LAS LEYES LOCALES SOBRE EL USO DEL PATÍN. Infórmese

El patinete de juguete Wild Ones de Razor está pensado para que los padres puedan iniciar en la conducción de patinetes a los niños más pequeños,
mayores de 30 meses, y ayudarles a aprender y a disfrutar de sus primeras experiencias sobre ruedas. LosWild Ones de Razor emplean ruedas
alineadas de rodamiento lento, muy anchas y de superficie plana, que permiten que el producto permanezca de pie por sí mismo y proporcionan
ayuda para aprender nociones básicas para mantener el equilibrio. La plataforma baja también permite aprender a mantener el equilibrio, al permitir
al conductor mantener un pie en contacto con el suelo y el otro sobre la plataforma del producto, al tiempo que desplaza su peso. Con orientación y
experiencia, la mayoría de los niños desarrollarán, con el tiempo, el equilibrio y la coordinación para utilizar patinetes de dos ruedas estrechas, como
los patinetes originales Razor A. Es esencial la supervisión de un adulto, ya que los niños pequeños no entienden los riesgos de conducir por zonas
con coches, y existe un riesgo alto de caerse y hacerse daño.

Cómo conducir
• Con el niño/a de pie al lado del patinete, haga que agarre
firmemente ambos puños del manillar. Pruebe la dirección girando
el manillar a la derecha y a la izquierda, para enseñarle cómo
controla el manillar la dirección de la rueda delantera.
• Haga que el niño/a sitúe un pie sobre la plataforma (en la zona de la
cinta de agarre), a la vez que mantiene el otro pie sobre el suelo. El
patinete puede inclinarse un poco hacia un lado; es normal.
• Cuando esté estabilizado y listo, dele un pequeño impulso al
patinete y haga que se impulse con el pie que está sobre el suelo. Y
eso es todo, ¡ya está en marcha!
Cómo parar
• ¡Para parar, solo hace falta bajarse!
Los patinetes Wild Ones han sido desarrollados teniendo muy en
cuenta la edad del niño/a. El patinete tiene rodamiento lento, y no
requiere mecanismos complicados de freno que resten atención
a un aprendizaje concentrado. Solo con poner el pie en el suelo o
bajarse del patinete es suficiente para que se detenga por completo.
Cosas que hay que recordar
• Recuerde ayudar al niño/a a conducir recto si se mueve en línea
recta; eso facilita el equilibrio.
Cuando el niño/a se quede sin sitio para seguir, haga que se gire y
vuelva desmontándose del patinete, girando el manillar mientras
anda para dar la vuelta. Los niños necesitarán su ayuda y su
orientación, ya que para ellos es una nueva experiencia.
Mantenimiento
• Verifique que el sistema de dirección esté correctamente ajustado y
los componentes de conexión, firmemente sujetos y sin roturas.
• En circunstancias y condiciones normales, las ruedas no requieren
mantenimiento.
• Verifique periódicamente que las distintas piezas atornilladas estén
bien apretadas.
• No deben efectuarse modificaciones que pudieran afectar la
seguridad.
• Utilice partes de repuestos Razor autorizados solamente.
