37.5-inch simulation SLICK-EPP installation instructions
Thank you for purchasing our EPP model products (hereinafter referred to as
"aircraft"), in order to let you get perfect safety flying experience, please read
this instructions carefully before installation
Here we begin to introduce the installation instructions:
1: Please unpack the package to take out the aircraft, and confirm whether all
the accessories are completely before installation:
2: It is recommended to find a small plate or paper box to place all the parts
together before installation, to avoid any lost during the installation

3: First, install the Triangle Control Horn, please see the picture carefully:
.1) First, counter boring the Triangle Control Horn, all the Triangle Control Horns should be installed with
quick-acting regulators in the penultimate hole, the quick-acting regulators should be installed in
according with two directions, each 2 quick-acting regulators are installed in the left and right.
.2) cut off the redundant part of Triangle Control Horn as picture, and then install them to each control
surface (note the left and right direction of the regulator)
4: Install wings and tails
.1) take off all the non-removed supports from the body of aircraft. Then insert the wing

.2) Measure the distances from left and right tips to each wing side respectively, and the distances from
left and right tips to the tail, make sure the above distances are the same.
.3) Fix position with 502 Glue, and then strengthen it with hot-melt adhesive
.4) Install tail: cut the tail with art knife, and then insert the tail into the body of aircraft in the horizontal
direction.

.5) before fix the horizontal tail, please measure the distances same as fixing-wings, and adjust wing
parallel lines.

5: Installation of electronic equipment part
.1) First, paste the mounting base of wing steering machine to the wings.
.2) paste motor frame with 502 Glue, and then lock the motor and the electron speed regulator toghther.
.3) paste the aileron with 502 glue (note never overbalance glue, the interior wing has regular foam, 502
glue will corrode it), and then fix the main landing gear with wood lock

6: Installation of tail wheel and control surface handspike.
.1) Insert the metal wire into the carbon fiber socket buried by rudder (note that put the wood chip into
steel wire of tail-wheel before the inserting), and then paste wood chips to the body of aircraft with 502
glue.
.2) Start to install the rudder handspike, first install battery to power on each steering machine before fix
the handspike, select a neutral point for rocker, and then clamp the control surface as picture,
.3) Please follow the below picture when install handspike for aileron, first lock the central axis locating
plate to the wing as the reference fixed point

.4) after position all control surfaces, please lock the handspike, and then cut off the redundant part
7: Installation of nose cover and wheels.
.1) Take off the internal supports of nose cover. Then hang it to the baffle board on the body of aircraft.
And then lock the airscrew.
.2) As the picture shown, install the wheel cover and front wheels toghter with steel wire.

Fix the battery into the battery compartment with application of gum Velcro as the picture shown;
besides, install auxiliary winglets at the wingtip according to user's interests.
11: Regarding to installation and commissioning of the center of gravity
.1) focus settings: it can be debugging after the full sets of accessories are installed completely.
.2) Center-of-gravity position: Please take note the wing surface, we print the center-of-gravity position
on the wing surface when it leaves factory
.3) Different battery, as the weight are different, the installation locations will be different.
.4) this center of gravity position is for reference only, users should make further adjustments on in-flight
process ultimately in accordance with personal habits.
Please be sure to read the instructions before assembly
1）This product is made up by EPP + EPS (regular foam) + balsa wood structure, the different aspect
with traditional wooden machine is that it is not easily damaged, and it can be fixed by yourself after
damage, but not easily damage does not mean it will be never damage. Please be sure to know it
before buy it.
2）EPS is filled inside of the body, please do not install or repair with overmuch corrosive glue in the
future, you must know when or where to stop.
3) EPP model product has its own characteristics, while advantages always come with disadvantages,
the preservation of the aircraft can't be the same as wooden aircraft, it can't be stored long-term in a
high temperature environment, such as the case of tailstock, iron shed and so on.
4) The best way to store EPP: please long-term store it with hanging mode.
This flight Settings:
Normal flight: the amount of rudder is 60%, EXP is 30%
Aerobatic flight: the amount of rudder is 100%, EXP is 30%
The aircraft installation and setting are not limited to the above recommendations, users can choose
their own equipment and settings according to their flight habits
Flight Notes:
（1）Make sure that the aircraft battery and transmitter is fully charged before flight;
（2）Please select the flying sites with no miscellaneous personnel;
（3）Please conduct the first flight under the guidance of experienced persons in order to avoid
unnecessary damage.
