Prep, plan and clear your space. In order to minimize damage while assembling make sure unpacking and
assembly takes place on a carpeted surface.
We recommend to use a power screwdriver for assembly it will greatly reduce your time for assembly. BE SURE
NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN SCREWS. The wood can easily be stripped out if too much force is used.
Use two people for assembly of the mantel. Another set of hands will help tremendously with the assembly
process and will reduce the amount of time spent on assembly. If you do not have a helper, that is ok too, just
take your time and follow the instructions.
Make sure that your mantel has been properly assembled prior to use. Once you have completed assembly

Step One
-Join upper door (12) with center shelf panel (11) by securing 18 upper door hinge screws (G )
through 3 upper door hinges (I).
-Attach two K 1 of upper door stopper to upper door by securing 4 upper door stopper screws (F).
Step Two
-Attach 1pc H2 side door stopper to left inside pane l (4) by securing 2 side door stopper
screws ( J ). R epeat with right inside panel ( 5).
-S crew four 3-in-1 bolts (A) to center shelf panel (11).

Step Three
-Screw two 3-in-1 bolts (A) to left front panel (8).
-Join left inside panel (4) with left front panel (8) by inserting two bolts (A) in the holes of panel (4).
Using 2 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts (A).
Step Four
-Screw four 3-in-1 bolts (A) to base panel(1).
-Screw four 3-in-1 bolts (A) totop panel (13).
-Attach two K2 of upper door stoppertotop panel (13) by securing 4 upper door stopper
screws (F).

Step Five
-Set base panel (1) on a flat surface as shown.
-Join outside panel (2), (3) by inserting four bolts (A) in the holes of (2)&(3). Using 4 excenter fittings
(B) to lock the bolts (A).
-Join panel (4)&(8), (5)&(9) by securing 6 long allen screws (C) through 6 washers (D).
Step Six
-Attach upper firebox trim (10) to left (8) and right (9) firebox trim by securing 2 long allen screws (C)
through 2 washers (D).

Step S even
-Attach 1pc H1 side door stopper to left door (6) by securing 2 side door stopper screws ( J ).
-Attach 1pc handle (L) to left door (6) by securing 1 handle screw ( M).
-R epeat with right door (7).
Step E ight
-J oin left door (6) with left outside panel (2) by inserting 2 installed side door hinges.
-Repeat with right door (7) and right outside panel (3).

Step Nine
-Locate (11)&(12) to above finished parts.
-Attach inside panel (4), (5) by inserting 4 bolts in the holes of the two panels. Using 4 excenter
fittings (B) to lock the bolts (A).
- Attach outside panel(2), (3) by securing 4 long allen screws (C) through 4 washers (D).
Step Ten
-Locate top panel (13)to above finished parts.
-Join outside panel (2) and (3) by inserting 4 bolts in the holes of the two panels. Using 4 excenter
fittings (B) to lock the bolts (A).

Step E leven
-Insert 4pcs shelf panel supports (N) to the holes of panels(2), (4), (3), (5) respectively. Keep every 2
supports on parallel.
- P ut on 4pcs side shelf panel (16) on the shelf panel supports (N).
Step Twelve
-Attach 2pcs side back panel (14) and 1pc upper back pane l (15) to above finished parts by
securing 34 back panel screws (F).

If you do not have an instruction manual included with your rebox do not attempt to
assemble or operate. Immediately call ou r customer service department
at 1-8 00-654 -170 4 for a replacement manual.

prior to use.

fireplaces and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. In the event of such defect in parts or
workmanship, Jensen will, at its option, replace the defective product or refund the purchase price to
the extent of the defective product’s replacement cost. The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and
Real Flame disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. In addition, Real Flame will not be responsible for consequential damages in
excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.
Replacement Parts: Replacement parts are available for most units. Occasionally, parts may arrive
damaged due to mishandling during shipping. If you are in need of a replacement part, please
contact our customer service department with the fireplace model number and part number needed.
We will ship out a replacement part due to shipping damage at no charge.
Returns: Please inspect all items immediately after receiving. We hope you will be completely happy
with your purchase. If you find within 15 days of receipt of your product that you do not wish to keep
it, you may return it unused by following our return procedure. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless the return is a result of our error. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All returns must be authorized. Product that has been used may not be returned. A 15% restocking
fee will be assessed on returned merchandise to compensate for repackaging, warehousing and
administrative labor. The return procedure is listed below. For specific questions relating to returns or
warranty, please contact Customer Service department toll-free at 1-800-654-1704 or at
custserv@realflame.com.
Step 1: Contact Customer Service department by phone or e-mail to receive your Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# is necessary for all returns. A reason code
must be indicated on the return form included with your packing slip.
Step 2: Note your RMA# on the packing slip and repack the item in the original packaging. Be sure to
include your packing slip with the returned product.
Step 3: Include your RMA# on the outside of the box and ship the package back to us via common
carrier. Please provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.
Step 4: We will contact you when the package has been received and inspected. Provided a
satisfactory return, we will credit your account for the returned merchandise less the applicable
restocking charges.

Épousseter régulièrement le manteau de cheminée.
Avec un chion doux et un nettoyant pour bois, essuyer dans le sens des grains du bois an d’éviter
l’apparence d’égratignures et d’éraures sur le ni.
Ne pas utiliser d’eau pour nettoyer le manteau de cheminée. L’eau peut causer un gonement, le gauchisse-
ment ou faire apparaître des taches en pénétrant le ni du manteau.
Utiliser des coussinets protecteurs le plus souvent possible.
Éviter de placer le manteau de cheminée dans des pièces très humides ou des pièces où l’humidité peut être
un problème. Cela pourrait occasionner un gauchissement du manteau de cheminée.
Éviter la lumière directe du soleil qui pourrait décolorer le ni du manteau de cheminée. Si vous ne pouvez
éviter la lumière directe du soleil, le manteau de cheminée devrait être placé de façon à ce que la lumière
frappe le manteau uniformément et ainsi la décoloration serait uniforme.
Le foyer est conçu pour être utilisé à l’intérieur, il n’y a aucun besoin de ventilation.

Préparer, planier et libérer votre espace. An de minimiser les dommages, procéder au déballage et à
l’assemblage sur une surface recouverte d’un tapis.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un tournevis électrique pour l’assemblage, ce qui réduira de beaucoup
votre temps d’assemblage. VOUS ASSURER DE NE PAS TROP SERRER LES VIS. Une force excessive peut fendiller
le bois.
Travailler à deux personnes pour assembler le manteau de cheminée. Une autre paire de mains sera d’une
grande aide dans le processus d’assemblage et réduira le temps qui y sera consacré. Si aucune aide n’est
disponible, vous pouvez tout de même procéder à l’assemblage en prenant votre temps et en suivant
soigneusement les instructions.
Avant l’utilisation, vous assurer que votre manteau de cheminée a été bien installé. Après l’installation com-
plète de votre manteau de cheminée, il ne devrait plus vous rester de pièces non utilisées. La pièce sera très
robuste et toutes les parties s’emboîteront aisément. Si vous n’obtenez pas un résultat satisfaisant après avoir

Première étape
- Unir la porte supérieure (12) à la tablette du centre (11) et fixer solidement avec 18 vis
pour charnières (J) à travers les 3 charnières pour la porte supérieure (I)
- Fixer solidement deux pièces K1du butoir pour la porte supérieure avec 4 vis pour butoir
de la porte supérieure (F).
- Fixer solidement 1 pièce H2 du butoir de la porte latérale au panneau intérieur
gauche (4) avec 2 vis pour butoir de porte (J). Répéter l’opération avec le
panneau intérieur droit (6).
- Visser quatre boulons 3 en 1 à la tablette du centre (11).

Deuxième étape

Troisième étape
-Visser deux boulons 3 en 1 (A) au panneau avant gauche (8).
- Unir le panneau intérieur gauche (4) au panneau avant gauche (8) en insérant deux boulons
(A) dans le panneau (4). Bloquer les boulons (A) avec 2 écrous de blocage décentrés (B).

-Visser quatre boulons 3 en 1 au panneau de base (1).
-Visser quatre boulons 3 en 1 au panneau supérieur (13).
-Fixer solidement deux butoirs K2 pour la porte supérieure au panneau supérieur (13)
avec 4 vis pour butoir de la porte supérieure (F).
Quatrième étape

- Mettre le panneau de base (1) sur une surface plane comme illustré.
- Unir à la base les panneaux extérieurs (2) et (3) en insérant quatre boulons (A) dans
les trous des panneaux (2) et (3). Bloquer les boulons (A) avec 4 écrous de
blocage décentrés (B).
- Unir à la base les panneaux (4) et (8) et les panneaux (5) et (9) et fixer solidement avec
6 vis Allen longues (C) et 6 rondelles (D).
-Fixer solidement la moulure supérieure de la chambre de combustion (10) à la moulure
gauche (8) et à la moulure droite (9) avec 2 vis Allen longues (C) et 2 rondelles (D).

- Fixer solidement 1 pièce H1 du butoir de porte latérale à la porte de gauche (6) avec 2 vis
pour butoir de porte latérale (J).
- Fixer solidement une poignée (L) à la porte de gauche (6) avec une vis pour poignée (M).
- Répéter l’opération avec la porte de droite (7).
- Unir la porte de gauche (6) au panneau extérieur gauche (2) en insérant les 2 charnières
(déjà installées) de la porte latérale.
- Répéter l’opération avec la porte de droite (7) et le panneau extérieur droit (3).
