INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
1. Valve installation
Keep the drum locked. Clean the thread of the valve assembly and connecting shaft, and
check whether the O-ring on the valve is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it and tighten it
with a wrench.
2. Handle installation
Keep the drum locked. Remove the bolt and washer on the support shaft, put the handle end
into the support shaft, and lock the washer and bolt.
3. Hose installation
Keep the drum locked. Clean up the internal joint thread and hose joint thread, apply the
thread sealant on the hose joint, and tighten it with a wrench; reserve a certain length of the
hose in the drum, buckle the hoop on the hose, and lock the screw on the drum assembly
with a screwdriver.
4. Hose reel operation
Ensure that the valve and hose are installed correctly and the base of the hose reel is fixed.
(1) When pulling out the hose, the locking handle is pulled outward to unlock, and the
handle nut is adjusted to control the speed of the hose. After the hose is pulled out
completely, buckle the locking handle into the drum again.
(2) For hose retraction, the locking handle is pulled out to unlock, the nut of the handle is
loosened to make it in the state of no resistance, and the handle is turned to retract
hose. After the hose is fully retracted, tighten the handle nut and lock the handle into the
drum.
(3) When the reel is in the state of full recovery, it should be under a non-compression
condition. It can only be pressurized when the hose is in the loose state
