(7) Loose 4 screws on the 2 holding bars of the left frame
and fix rear cover onto 2 holding bars, and then fold
left frame onto rear cover of smartphone, and then fold
right frame and loosen suction pad screws and use 1 or
2 suction pad to suck on the surface of rear cover and
fasten screws, also loosen screws of right frame and
adjust position and fasten screws.
(8) After placing left and right upper frame onto rear cover
and lift lever of suction pad ( 1 or 2 suction pad to suck
the surface of rear cover), then please turn the black
Knob screw (M10), then by turn, knob screw enlarge
and will pull off rear cover from smartphone.
* For heat-conservation, push “WARM ON”on front
panel.->Basic setting temperature:50℃,time:continuous.
2) Manual setting for temperature and time.
(1) To control heating temperature and time
Push “HEAT ON”button, led turns on, and this time
push control button for temperature and time to adjust.
When control button is left for 3 seconds, adjusted value
is saved.
- Control range of (TEMP): 50℃~90℃ (variable by 1℃)
- Control range of (TIME): 1~99min (variable by 1min)
(2) To control temperature and time for heat-conservation
If “WARM ON”button is pushed, related LED turns on, at
this time adjustment button for temperature(TEMP) and
time(TIME) is pushed to control. When adjustment button
is left for 3 seconds, adjusted value is saved.
- Control range of (TEMP): 30℃~70℃(variable by 1℃)
- Control range of (TIME): Continuous.(uncontrollable)
(3) Final setting value is saved although power is turned off.
In case of malfunction, setting value can be reset.
5. Maintenance.
1) In cleaning product, please pull off power cable.
2) Please clean with dry cloth..
3) In cleaning, please do not directly pour water to the product.
4) Do not disassemble the product randomly. About malfunction
by random disassembly, we take no responsibilty.
5) When product is not used for a long time, please pull off
power cable and store the product at the dry place.
6. Troubleshootings..
1) When the product does not work.
(1) Please check working voltage.
(2) Please check whether fuse(FUSE) is unconnected.
(3) Please check whether blackout occurs.
2) When temperature does not go up.
(1) Check whether temperature goes up during heating.
. (2) Check whether led of heating button(HEAT) turns on.
(3) Please check whether targeted temperature is required
temperature or not.
3) When temperature can not be controlled..
(1) Please check whether there is any device which makes
strong noise of high frequency near to the product.
(2) Check foreign matter or oil is suck inside control panel.
(3) Turn off and remove power cable and connect it again to
check whether the product works well.
