ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
AVVERTENZE
Prima di montare l’apparecchio di illumi-
nazione, leggere attentamente le presenti
istruzioni per garantire un funzionamento
corretto e sicuro.
Le istruzioni sono fondamentali per il
corretto uso e funzionamento dell’appa-
recchio; pertanto devono essere accurata-
mente conservate anche dopo l’installazio-
ne, per ogni futura consultazione.
Il prodotto non deve essere modificato,
qualsiasi modifica fa decadere la garanzia
di conformità alle norme e direttive vigenti e
può rendere pericoloso il proiettore stesso.
La Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione declina
ogni responsabilità per i danni causati da
un proprio prodotto montato in modo non
conforme alle seguenti istruzioni.
L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve esse-
re eseguito a regola d’arte.
Prima di alimentare l’apparecchio, accer-
tarsi che la tensione di rete corrisponda a
quella indicata sulla marcatura del proiet-
tore o sul gruppo di alimentazione.
L’impianto elettrico a cui è collegato l’appa-
recchio dovrà essere realizzato in confor-
mità alle leggi vigenti.
Per garantire la sicurezza i componenti
che dovessero danneggiarsi durante il fun-
zionamento devono essere sostituiti con
componenti analoghi prima del riutilizzo
del prodotto.
La distanza minima del proiettore dal sog-
getto illuminato deve essere 0.5mt.
Gli apparecchi classificati per uso interno,
non devono mai essere utilizzati in ambienti
esterni anche se protetti dalle intemperie.
Mai coprire l’apparecchio durante l’impiego.
Per la pulizia degli schermi si raccomanda
di non usare mai abrasivi o solventi.
I moduli LED contenuti in questo apparec-
chio non sono sostituibili dall’utilizzatore,
devono essere sostituita solo dal costrut-
tore.
I moduli LED sono conformi ai requisiti del-
la IEC/TR 62778.
Per la protezione contro la scossa elettrica
viene utilizzato uno schermo di protezione
saldamente assicurato in posizione da 4
viti, e per avere accesso alle 4 viti è neces-
sario disinserire la tensione di rete e toglie-
re l’apparecchio dal binario.

In caso di rottura dello schermo di protezio-
ne contro la scossa elettrica l’apparecchio
deve essere sostituito.

PREDISPOSIZIONE E MONTAGGIO
APPARECCHI
Per procedere al montaggio
dell’apparecchio disinserire
la tensione di rete e seguire
le istruzioni sotto riportate.
La famiglia YORIL da Binario, è composta
da apparecchi già pronti al montaggio sui
binari elettrificati trifase Reggiani.
Prima d’innestare l’adattatore al binario
trifase Reggiani selezionare la fase d’ali-
mentazione (fig.1).
A Premere la linguetta metallica fino a
superare il blocco meccanico.
B Sempre tenendo premuta la linguetta
farla ruotare a destra e/o a sinistra a
secondo della fase scelta.
C Al termine rilasciare la linguetta che si
posizionerà al numero di fase scelto e
controllare che effettivamente si man-
tenga in posizione grazie al blocco mec-
canico.
Definita la fase di alimentazione si può pro-
cedere con il montaggio dell’apparecchio.

È importante ricordare che il verso di mon-
taggio dell’adattatore, definisce conse-
guentemente il verso di montaggio dell’ap-
parecchio. A questo punto si può procedere
all’installazione del YORIL a binario infatti
l’adattatore ha anche la funzione di sup-
porto meccanico (fig.2).
A Anzitutto inserire il perno dell’adattato-
re nella feritoia del binario verificando
che la base non appoggi alla spalla del
binario stesso.
B In tal caso si dovrà ruotare di 180° l’ap-
parecchio.
C A questo punto ruotare di 90° la leva di
aggancio.
D All’estremo opposto dell’apparecchio,
ruotare la camma di 90°, per vincolare
definitivamente il prodotto al binario.

COLLEGAMENTO IN CASCATA
Il collegamento in cascata di apparecchi
YoriL prevede un massimo di 25 moduli tra
loro collegati (fig.3).
A È fondamentale che la connessione ma-
schio femmina sia forzata.
B Quindi spingere i due elementi uno con-
tro l’altro.
C Serrare le camme di aggancio.

La Direttiva Europea 2012/19/UE
dispone che gli apparecchi di il-
luminazione sono per definizione
degli RAEE (Rifiuti di Apparec-
chiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche) e, per
quanto tali, non possono essere assimilati
a rifiuti solidi urbani.
Perciò, al termine del loro ciclo di vita,
gli RAEE devono essere correttamente
trattati e smaltiti perché potenzialmente
pericolosi sia per l’ambiente e sia per la
salute umana a causa della presenza di
sostanze pericolose nei componenti elet-
trici ed elettronici.
Pertanto è fatto obbligo all’utilizzatore di
consegnare gli apparecchi di illuminazio-
ne usati al Distributore, a fronte dell’ac-
quisto di un’equivalente apparecchio
nuovo, o esclusivamente per il territorio
italiano direttamente al Consorzio per lo
smaltimento degli Apparecchi di Illumi-
nazione –Ecolight- come delegato dalla
Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione, che si in-
caricheranno del ritiro gratuito e o e del
conferimento presso i centri di raccolta
specializzati, opportunamente costituiti
dalle Amministrazioni Pubbliche atti al
recupero, trattamento e smaltimento dei
RAEE.
Le lampade, se smaltite con l’apparec-
chio, non devono essere frantumate
perché contengono sostanze altamente
inquinanti per l’ambiente.
Lo smaltimento abusivo o inadeguato di
detti rifiuti comporterà sanzioni economi-
che e/o amministrative, il cui ammontare
è stabilito a norma di legge.
N.B. Il ritiro gratuito di un apparecchio
di illuminazione può essere rifiutato nel
caso in cui vi sia un rischio di contami-
nazione del personale incaricato della
raccolta o nel caso in cui risulta evidente
che l’apparecchiatura in questione non
contiene i suoi componenti essenziali o
contiene rifiuti diversi dai RAEE o nel caso
in cui il peso dell’apparecchiatura ritirata
sia superiore al doppio del peso dell’ap-
parecchiatura nuova acquistata.
In queste circostanze lo smaltimento è a
carico del detentore che conferisce.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNINGS
Before assembling the luminaire,
carefully read these instructions to make
sure the luminaire functions correctly and
safely.
These instructions are important for
correct use and operation of the luminaire.
After installation, they should therefore be
kept in a safe place for future reference.
The product must not be modified.
Modifying the luminaire in any way
invalidates the guarantee of conformity
with standards and directives in force
and it could make the actual projector
hazardous.
Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione shall not
be held liable for any damage caused by
one of its products if not assembled in
conformity to the following instructions.
The luminaire must be installed in
accordance with the best working
standards.
Before connecting the projector, make
sure the mains power supply corresponds
to the power indicated on the projector
label or on the control gear.
The electrical installation the projector is
connected to must be wired in conformity
to the laws in force.
As a safety guarantee, any components
damaged while operating must be replaced
with the same components before the
luminaire is used again.
The minimum distance between the projector
and the lighted object must be 0.5 m.
Luminaires classified for indoor use must
never be used outdoors even if they are
protected from the elements.
Never cover the luminaire during use.
Never use abrasives or solvents to clean
the shields.
The LED modules in this luminaire may
not be replaced by the user; they can be
replaced by the manufacturer only.
The LED modules comply with the
requirements of IEC/TR 62778.
A safety shield for protection against
electric shock has been firmly fixed in
position by 4 screws; to access the 4
screws the mains power supply must be
switched off and the luminaire must be
removed from the track.

PREPARATION AND ASSEMBLY OF THE
LUMINAIRES
To assemble the projector,
turn the electricity off
at the mains and follow
the instructions below.
The YORIL track-mounted family consists
of luminaires ready for mounting on the
Reggiani 3-circuit electrified tracks.
Before engaging the adapter to the
Reggiani 3-circuit track, select the power
supply circuit (fig.1).
A Press the metal tab down until the
mechanical lock unlatches.
B Keep the tab pressed down and move
it to the right or the left to choose the
circuit desired.
C When the circuit is selected, release the
tab that will remain at the circuit number
chosen; make sure the mechanical lock
keeps it seated in position.
Once the power circuit has been selected,
the luminaire can be assembled.

It is important to remember that the
mounting direction of the adapter also
defines the luminaire mounting direction.
At this point, track-mounted YORIL can be
installed because the adapter also acts as
mechanical support (fig.2).
A First of all, insert the adapter pin into
the track slot: make sure the base is not
resting on the side of the track.
B If it is, rotate the luminaire 180°.
C Then rotate the locking lever 90°.
D At the opposite end of the luminaire,
rotate the cam by 90°, to definitively fix
the product onto the track.

CASCADE CONNECTION
For cascade connection of YORIL lumi-
naires, a maximum of 25 modules can be
connected to each other (fig.3).
A The male-female connection must be
forced.
B So push the two elements against each
other.
B Then secure the connection cams.

According to European Directive
2002/96/EC, luminaires are
defined as Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and
as such, they cannot be disposed of as
municipal solid waste.
At the end of their life cycle, they must
therefore be correctly treated and
disposed of as substances of concern
for both the environment and human
health due to the presence of dangerous
substances in the electrical and electronic
components.
The user must therefore consign used
luminaires to the distributor when
purchasing an equivalent new luminaire
or, exclusively in the case of Italy,
directly to Ecolight, the Consortium for
the Disposal of Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (Consorzio per
lo Smaltimento degli Apparecchi di
Illuminazione), delegated by Reggiani
S.p.A. Illuminazione, who will collect the
equipment free of charge and delivery it
to the special collection facilities set up by
the local authorities to recover, treat and
dispose of WEEE.
If lamps are disposed of with the
luminaire, they must not be crushed
because
they contain highly polluting substances
for the environment.
The illegal or inappropriate disposal of
said waste is punishable by economic
and/
or administrative sanctions of the amount
established by the law.
N.B. The free collection of a luminaire
may be refused if there is a risk of
contamination for the personnel
performing the service, if it is evident
that the luminaire does not contain the
essential components or if it contains
waste other than WEEE, or if the weight
of the luminaire collected is more than
double the weight of the luminaire
acquired.
In these circumstances, disposal is the
responsibility of the holder.

MONTAGEANWEISUNGEN
HINWEISE
Diese Anweisungen vor der Montage der
Leuchte aufmerksam lesen, um deren
einwandfreien und sicheren Betrieb zu
garantieren.
Die Anweisungen sind für den sachgemäßen
Gebrauch und einwandfreien Betrieb
der Leuchte von großer Bedeutung und
müssen daher auch nach der Installation
für zukünftiges Nachschlagen aufbewahrt
werden.
Die Leuchte darf nicht verändert werden. Bei
Änderungen erlischt die Gewährleistung
hinsichtlich der Konformität mit den
geltenden Rechtsvorschriften und
Richtlinien, und zudem kann der Strahler
zu einer Gefahrenquelle werden.
Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione haftet
nicht für Schäden, die auf unsachgemäß,
nicht entsprechend diesen Anweisungen
montierte Leuchten zurückzuführen sind.
Die Leuchte ist sachgemäß zu montieren.
Vor dem Anschluss der Leuchte
sicherstellen, dass die Netzspannung den
Angaben auf der Leuchtenkennzeichnung
und auf dem Betriebsgerät entspricht.
Die Elektroanlage, an die der Strahler
angeschlossen ist, muss gemäß den
geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
hergestellt sein.
Um die Sicherheit zu garantieren,
sind Komponenten, die während des
Betriebs beschädigt werden, vor der
Wiederverwendung der Leuchte durch
gleichwertige Komponenten zu ersetzen.
Der Strahler muss einen Mindestabstand
von 0,5 m zum beleuchteten Gegenstand
aufweisen.
Innenleuchten dürfen nicht für den
Außenbereich verwendet werden, auch
wenn sie gegen Witterungseinflüsse
geschützt sind.
Den Strahler während des Betriebs niemals
abdecken.
Für die Reinigung der Schutzabdeckungen
keine Lösungsmittel oder scheuernden
Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
Die in dieser Leuchte enthaltenen LED-
Module dürfen nicht vom Betreiber, sondern
nur vom Hersteller ausgetauscht werden.
Die LED-Module entsprechen den
Anforderungen gemäß IEC/TR 62778.
Der Schutz vor Stromschlägen wird durch
eine mit 4 Schrauben sicher befestigte
Schutzabdeckung gewährleistet. Für
den Zugang zu den 4 Schrauben muss
die Netzspannung unterbrochen und die
Leuchte von der Stromschiene gelöst
werden.

Bei beschädigter Schutzabdeckung zur
Sicherung gegen Stromschlag muss die
Leuchte ausgetauscht werden.
Keine SELV-Leuchte

VORBEREITUNG UND
MONTAGE DER LEUCHTEN
Zur Montage des Strahlers
die Netzspannung
unterbrechen und
die nachstehenden
Anweisungen befolgen.
Die Produktreihe YORIL für die
Stromschienenmontage umfasst
montagefertige Leuchten für die Montage
an Reggiani-3-Phasen-Stromschienen.
Bevor der Adapter an der Reggiani-3-
Phasen-Stromschiene eingesetzt wird,
muss die Einspeisephase gewählt werden
(Abb.1).
A Auf die Metalllasche drücken, bis die
mechanische Sperre ausrastet.
B Die Lasche weiterhin gedrückt halten
und je nach gewählter Phase nach
rechts und/oder nach links drehen.
C Die Lasche loslassen, die auf die
gewählte Phasenzahl rutscht.
Kontrollieren, ob sie von der
mechanischen Sperre in dieser Position
gehalten wird.
Nach Wahl der Einspeisephase kann die
Leuchte montiert werden.

Es ist unbedingt zu beachten, dass
die Einbaurichtung des Adapters die
Einbaurichtung der Leuchte vorgibt.
Anschließend kann YORIL an der
Stromschiene installiert werden. Der
Adapter dient gleichzeitig auch als
mechanische Halterung (Abb.3).
A Zunächst den Stift des Adapters in
den Schlitz an der Stromschiene
stecken. Die Grundplatte darf nicht am
Seitenteil der Stromschiene anliegen.
B Falls dies der Fall ist, muss die Leuchte
um 180° gedreht werden.
C Nun den Arretierhebel um 90° drehen.
D Den Drehriegel an der
gegenüberliegenden Seite um 90°
drehen, um das Produkt fest an der
Stromschiene zu verriegeln.

DURCHGANGSVERDRAHTUNG
Die Durchgangsverdrahtung der Leuchten
YORIL sieht maximal 25 miteinander
verbundene Module vor (Abb.3).
A Wichtig ist, dass der Stecker bis zum
Anschlag in die Kupplung eingedrückt
wird.
B Anschließend die beiden Elemente
gegeneinander drücken
C und den Drehriegel arretieren.

Die europäische Richtlinie
2002/96/EG schreibt vor, dass
Leuchten defi nitionsgemäß
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE) sind und als solche nicht mit
festen Siedlungsabfällen gleichgesetzt
werden können.
Diese Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
müssen am Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer
ordnungsgemäß behandelt und beseitigt
werden, da sie aufgrund des Anteils an
gefährlichen Stoffen in elektrischen und
elektronischen Bauteilen sowohl für
die Umwelt als auch für die Gesundheit
potentiell gefährlich sind.
Daher ist der Nutzer verpflichtet,
die gebrauchten Leuchten an den
Vertreiber zurückzugegeben, wenn
er eine gleichwertige neue Leuchte
erwirbt, bzw., in Italien, direkt an den
von Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione
beauftragten Verband Ecolight
(Consorzio per lo Smaltimento degli
Apparecchi di Illuminazione - Verband
für die Beseitigung von gebrauchten
Leuchten), der für die kostenlose
Rücknahme und die Zustellung an
spezialisierte, entsprechend von den
öffentlichen Verwaltungen eingerichtete
Rücknahmestellen zuständig ist, die in
der Lage sind, WEEE zu verwerten, zu
behandeln und zu beseitigen.
Werden die Lampen zusammen mit
der Leuchte entsorgt, dürfen sie
nicht zerbrochen werden, da sie stark
umweltverschmutzende Stoffe enthalten.
Eine gesetzwidrige oder nicht
ordnungsgemäße Beseitigung
dieser Altgeräte zieht Geld- oder
Verwaltungssanktionen nach sich, deren
Höhe gesetzlich festgelegt ist.
N.B. Die kostenlose Rücknahme einer
Leuchte kann abgelehnt werden, wenn
die Gefahr einer Kontaminierung des mit
der Rücknahme beauftragten Personals
besteht, oder wenn es offensichtlich
ist, dass die Leuchten die wesentlichen
Bauteile nicht mehr enthalten bzw.
andere Abfälle als Elektro- und
Elektronik- Altgeräte enthalten oder dass
sie mehr als das Doppelte des Gewichts
bei Neuerwerb besitzt.
In diesen Fällen obliegt die Beiseitigung
dem Nutzer.
