Sie haben soeben einen Qualitätssonnenschutz von RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens erworben, und wir gratulieren Ihnen zu
Ihrer Wahl. Ihr Sonnenschutz erhielt bei der Endkontrolle die Seriennummer, die Sie in dieser Broschüre finden.
Alle von uns eingesetzten Materialien sind von hoher Qualität und auf den Verwendungszweck abgestimmt. Als Hersteller von
Sonnenschutz gewähren wir eine Garantie von fünf Jahren* auf alle Mängel, die bei normaler Verwendung und normaler
Wartung bzw. Pflege auftreten können.
Bei Problemen nennen Sie Ihrem Installateur bitte stets die Seriennummer.

We congratulate you on your wise choice. After final inspection your sunprotection screen was given the serial number that you can find in this booklet.
All the materials we use are top quality and suitable for their purpose. As a manufacturer of sunprotection screens, we guarantee our products for five
years* against any defects occurring during normal use and maintenance.
In the event of problems, always quote the serial number to your installer.
Because RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens places great importance on the quality of its products and on providing maximum satisfaction for our
customers and end-users, we have drawn up special operating and maintenance instructions.

Topfix®ist dieser äußerst beständig gegen Windstöße.

Alle von RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens eingesetzten Materialien sind von hoher Qualität und auf den Verwendungszweck abgestimmt. Als Hersteller
gewährt RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens eine Garantie von fünf Jahren auf alle Mängel, die bei normaler Verwendung in Privathaushalten sowie bei
regelmäßiger Wartung und Pflege auftreten können.
* Für Somfy®-Motoren und Automatisierung gilt ebenfalls eine Garantie von 5 Jahren

Farbunterschiede und Flecken kommen vor während die Eloxierung Prozess. Die Eloxierung ist einen Prozess wo die Parameter sind schwierig
kontrollierbar. Toleranzen in diesem Prozess sind normal und Farbunterschieden können geschehen.
RENSON ist nicht Verantwortlich für Glasbruch (z.B. wegen einer fehlerhaften Montage oder ungleichmässigen Aufwärmung der Glasscheibe).

5 • Benutzungsbedingungen • Usage conditions
Temperatur
• Verträgt die normalen Umgebungstemperaturen (-18 °C bis +60 °C,
unter Berücksichtigung der thermischen Absicherung des Motors)
• Den Sonnenschutz NICHT bei Frost betätigen (nur gültig bei Aussen-
montage).
Feuchtigkeit
• Beständig gegen 100 % Feuchtigkeit (Regen)
• NICHT mit hohem Druck abspritzen
• Den Sonnenschutz nicht bei starkem Regen, Schnee oder Hagel
benutzen.
Wind
• Der Sonnenschutz kann bis zu Windgeschwindigkeiten von 50 km/h
betätigt werden.
• Das Sonnenschutztuch muss bei Windgeschwindigkeiten > 60 km/h
hochgezogen werden.
Lagerung
• Immer trocken und im Schatten lagern, von Hitzequellen entfernt halten.
Hindernisse
• Beim Herab- und Heraufrollen des Sonnenschutzes darf diese
Bewegung durch keinerlei Hindernisse behindert werden, z.g.
Blumenbehälter, Zweige, usw.
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Zweige oder Blätter auf das Tuch fallen.
• Lassen Sie Ihre Kinder ni in der Nähe von bewegenden Screens
spielen.
• Falls Wassersackformung, erst das Wasser entfernen und dann der
Screen aufrollen
Spannungsversorgung
• Bei elektrischer Bedienung: siehe die elektrischen Eigenschaften des
Motors unter Punkt 1.
• Siehe auch spezifische elektrische Vorschriften.
Um die obenstehenden Gebrauchsbedingungen berücksichtigen zu
können, ergänzen Sie Ihr Gebäudemanagementsystem mit den
erforderlichen Sensoren oder Programmierungen. In Kombination mit der
Topfix®VMS wird diese Einrichtung Pflicht.

Temperature
• Withstands normal ambient temperatures (-18°C to +60°C, taking into
account the motor’s thermal protection).
• Do NOT operate sunprotection screen in frosty conditions (if placed
outside).
Humidity
• Resistant to 100% moisture (rain).
• Do NOT hose at high pressure.
• Do not use the sunprotection screen in heavy rain, snow or hail.
Wind
• The sunprotection screen should only be used in winds up to 50 kph.
• The fabric should be rolled up in winds > 60 kph.
Storage
• Always store dry, in the shade and away from sources of heat.
Obstacles
• There should be no obstacles to prevent the screen being rolled up or
down, e.g. planters, branches, etc.
Make sure there are no twigs or leaves on the fabric.
• Never let your children play near moving screens.
• When the screen is under pooling water, first remove the water before
rolling up the screen.
Power supply
• Electric operation: see the electrical specifications of the motor in point
1.
• See also specific power instructions.
Provide the necessary sensors or programming within your Building
Management System to take into account the usage conditions mentioned
above. This is required when combined with the Topfix®VMS.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE APPENDED INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR

Systems durch den Hersteller in eigener Werkstatt. Wenn ein Ersatzteil nicht länger verfügbar ist, wird eine gleichwertige Alternative als Ersatz des
originellen Teils vorgeschlagen. Die Montagekosten (Fahrtkosten und Stundenlohn) fallen nicht unter diese Garantie.
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Herstellungsdatum und bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das eigentliche Produkt, nicht auf dessen Anbringung.
Die Garantie gilt nur, wenn das Produkt vom Käufer „als gutem Hausvater“ und gemäß den Vorschriften in dieser Anleitung verwendet sowie gewartet

The guarantee on the colour stability and gloss of the coating of aluminium profiles depends on the type of environment (non-aggressive versus
aggressive environment) and the type of treatment:

Limited maintenance = twice a year, frequent maintenance = four times a year
Colour differences and spots can occur during the anodisation process. Anodisation is a process where the parameters are difficult to control.
Tolerances are normal within this process and can bring colour differences.
RENSON is not responsible for breakage of the glass (for example: by wrong mounting or irregular heating of the glazing).
The guarantee includes the supply of replacement parts, fitting on site by the installer, or a complete overhaul of the system by the manufacturer at his
factory. In case a spare part is no longer available, a viable alternative is proposed as a replacement of the original part. Fitting costs (travel + hourly
rate) are not covered by this guarantee.
The guarantee period starts on the date of manufacture and refers only to the product itself, not to its installation.
The guarantee remains valid only if the product is used and maintained by the purchaser “as a good keeper” and in accordance with the instructions
in this manual. Incorrect or abnormal use will void the guarantee. Please always quote the serial number to your installer when reporting problems.

Mechanical
• It is important only to use the system for its intended purpose.
• Never stand on the system.
• Always take care when opening the cap on the container.
• Never put your hand in moving parts and never place fingers between
the profiles.
• Maintain the system at regular intervals and use only original
replacement parts.
• Clean the system regularly.
• It is normal for a small crease to form in the fabric: do not tension the
fabric.
• Never attach additional components or accessories to this product.
Except for the specially by RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens developed
accessories
Electrical (if applicable)
• Prevent electrocution during maintenance using a plug or circuit-
breaker close to the system (check there is no power to the device).
• If you have an automatic system, the cassette should be fitted with a
lockable switch.
• The motor may overheat if the system is operated multiple times in
succession. The thermal cut-out inside the system will make it
inoperable for a while (approx. 10 minutes).
• Place the remote controll out of reach of children.
• Check the cables for damage at regular intervals.
• Electrical components may only be modified with the permission of the
manufacturer.
• If the motor cable is visible and installed outdoors, the cable needs to
be protected by conduit or trunking which is sun resistant.
• When combining VELUX®Modular Skylights and Topfix®VMS, the
Building Management System protocol - approved by VELUX®- must be
programmed so that conflicts between the VELUX®Modular Skylights
and the Topfix®VMS can be avoided. RENSON®is not responsible for
this.

7 • Installation • Installation
Öffnen der Verpackung
• Zum Schutz während der Lagerung und während des Transports wurde
das System mit einer Verpackung versehen.
- Die Lagerung muss stets in trockener Umgebung und unter normalen
Temperaturbedingungen erfolgen.
- Transport und Handhabung müssen mit der nötigen Sorgfalt erfolgen.
• Kontrollieren Sie die Verpackung auf eventuelle grobe
Beschädigungen.
• Öffnen Sie die Verpackung mit der nötigen Vorsicht.
- Achten Sie bei Benutzung scharfer Gegenstände darauf, den Lack
nicht zu beschädigen.
- Entnehmen Sie das System mit der nötigen Umsicht aus der
Verpackung.
Anbringung des Systems
• Siehe Montageanleitung
• Die Installation der Topfix®VMS darf ausschließlich von einem von
RENSON®autorisierten Vertriebshändler vorgenommen werden, der in
der Montage der Topfix®VMS geschult wurde.
• Die Netzspannung und die gesamte zusätzliche Verdrahtung gehören
zum Posten Elektrizität und nicht zum Posten Sonnenschutz.
Anbringung des Systems
• Siehe Montageanweisungen.
Elektrischer Anschluss (falls zutreffend)
• Siehe Dokument zur Einstellung des Motors.
• Der Netzanschluss ist durch einen qualifizierten Elektriker gemäß den
geltenden Normen herzustellen.

ob sich im System keine Kabel mitdrehen können (falls zutreffend).
• Lassen Sie das Tuch einmal ab- und wieder aufrollen (falls nötig den
Elektromotor nachregeln).
• Bei einer Kombination von VELUX®Modular Skylights und Topfix®VMS:
Überprüfen Sie, ob bei der Bedienung der VELUX®Modular Skylights
und des Topfix®VMS keine Konfliktsituationen entstehen können.

• The system is packed to protect it during storage and transport.

make sure that no conflicts could arise from operating the VELUX®

6 • Sicherheitsvorkehrungen • Safety
Mechanisch
• Es ist wichtig, dass das System nur für die Funktionen eingesetzt wird,

• Eine geringe Faltenbildung gehört zu den Merkmalen des Tuches: Es ist
nicht zulässig, an dem Tuch zu ziehen.
• Befestigen Sie ni zusätzliche Teile oder Zubehör an dieses Produkt, es
sei das spezifisch von RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens entwickelte
Zubehör.
Elektrisch (falls zutreffend)
• Vermeiden Sie Elektrounfälle bei Wartungsarbeiten, indem Sie in
unmittelbarer Nähe des Systems einen entsprechenden Hinweis oder
einen Arbeitsschalter anbringen (das Gerät bei Kontrolltätigkeiten von
der Spannungsversorgung trennen).
• Bei automatischer Betätigung muss der Hauptschaltkasten mit einem
Schalter mit Schlüsselschutz versehen werden.
• Bei vielfacher Betätigung unmittelbar nacheinander kann der Motor
überhitzen. Der interne Thermoschutz setzt das System dann
vorübergehend (ca. 10 Minuten) außer Betrieb.
• Platzen Sie die Fernbedienung aus Reichweite von Kindern.
• Kontrollieren Sie die Verkabelung regelmäßig auf Beschädigung.
• Änderungen am elektrischen Teil des Systems dürfen erst nach
Genehmigung durch den Hersteller erfolgen.
• Falls bei Aussenanwendungen das Motorkabel sichtbar ist, muss dieses
Kabel mit einem UV-beständigen Schutzschlauch zusätzlich geschützt
werden.
• Bei einer Kombination von VELUX®Modular Skylights und dem Topfix®
VMS muss im Gebäudemanagementsystem das von VELUX®
genehmigte Protokoll programmiert werden, sodass Konflikte zwischen
den VELUX®Modular Skylights und dem Topfix®VMS vermieden
werden können. Hierfür ist RENSON®nicht verantwortlich.

9 • Wartung und Pflege • Maintenance
Das System erfordert wenig Wartungs- und Pflegeaufwand, aber um Ihr
System jahrelang genießen zu können, empfehlen wir Ihnen Folgendes:
• Sollte das Tuch durch einen unerwarteten Regenguss nasswerden,
können Sie den Screen einfach aufrollen und später, bei besserem
Wetter, wieder abrollen und trocknen lassen. Um Schimmelbildung und
Flecke zu verhindern, sollten Sie jedoch vermeiden, das Tuch in nassem
Zustand mehr als drei Tage lang aufgerollt zu lassen.
• Vor der Reinigung erst mit einer Bürste oder einem Staubsauger losen
Schmutz entfernen. Danach können Sie mit einem Reinigungsmittel
(ätzende Mittel vermeiden) und lauwarmem Wasser den übrigen
Schmutz entfernen. Nach der Reinigung das Tuch stets nachspülen.
Vermeiden Sie die Reinigung in praller Sonne: Durch schnelles
Trocknen von Seifenwasser können auf dem Tuch Flecken
zurückbleiben. Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Scheuermittel.
• Eloxierte oder pulverbeschichtete Profile, die verschmutzt sind, können
mit lauwarmem Wasser und einem milden Reinigungsmittel gesäubert
werden. Verwenden Sie jedoch niemals ätzende oder aggressive
Mittel, Scheuerschwämme oder andere Scheuermittel.

• Gelenkige oder drehende Teile müssen jährlich geschmiert werden.
Inkl. zwischen die Umlentrollen und ihre Ederstahl Welle und die
Richtrollen und ihre Edelstahl Welle. Verwenden Sie hierfür ein
Trockenschmiermittel (Veidec Dry Lube (G6002790)).
• Kunststoff-Gleitbuchsen können nach einer Reinigung (Zweige und
Blätter entfernen) mit einem Trockenschmiermittel (Veidec Dry Lube
(G6002790)) geschmiert werden.
• Bitte überprüfen Sie regelmässig Ihr Produkt und entfernen Sie
Verunreinigungen, wie z.B. Zweige, Blätter, Vogelnester usw. und
entfernen Sie diese. Pflegen Sie dieses hochwertige Produkt wie ein
guter Hausvater.
• Als Hersteller empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihre Anlage durch den Installateur
regelmäßig technisch überprüfen zu lassen:
- Jährlich bei Nutzbauten und bei Sonnenschutz im privaten
Wohnungsbau
• Verwenden Sie stets Originalersatzteile des Herstellers.
Wichtige Hinweise:
• Infolge des Herstellungsprozesses kann es zwischen den Farbmustern
und den Profilen/Tuchen des Sonnenschutzes zu kleinen
Farbabweichungen kommen. Zu kleinen Farbdifferenzen kann es auch
zwischen den Bauteilen und Profilen kommen.
• Das Tuch kann leichte Farbnuancen und kleine Unzulänglichkeiten
aufweisen.
• Tücher sind Gewebe, die aufgerollt werden, hierdurch kann es zu
Waffel-, Fischgrat- oder Faltenbildung kommen.
• Bei der Farbe des Sonnenschutztuches kann es im Laufe der Zeit – in
Abhängigkeit von den gewählten Farben und Dessins – zu leichten
Verfärbungen kommen.
• Bei flachhängenden Screens, bei denen das Tuch durch das Gewicht
der unteren Endschiene oder durch ein Spannsystem vertikal nach
unten gezogen wird, kann es, in Abhängigkeit von dem Typ des
Screens, zu Wellenbildung kommen.
• Während das Bewegen der Screen kann man ein “Knackgerausch”
hören. Dieses Geräusch ist Systemeigen.

Electric operation
• See enclosed technical manual (English version) for the particular motor
type.
• The choice for relays/switches with wired motors (f.e. LT-, WT-motors)
must always correspond with a minimum delay of 500ms. This delay
excludes all risks connected with the inertia of relays or internal micro
switches.
• Unless other guidelines are reported in an assembly guide of a
product, a control system or a relay system, the parallel connection of
Somfy motors with mechanical limit switch is impossible at any given
moment. All other motors can be connected in parallel.
• Immediately turn the switch to the zero position if the motor makes a
high-pitched noise. Contact the installer if you cannot locate the cause
yourself.
• If the motor end setting is no longer correct (e.g. the screen does not
roll fully up or down), contact your installer.
• If your sunprotection screen has an automatic controller (automatic
wind/sun system), it is advisable in the following cases to set the
system to manual:
- In winter, as operating the screen in frosty conditions could damage
it.
- If you are away from home for an extended period.
• In order to guarantee proper operation, automation and/or sensors are
highly recommended. If the Topfix®(VMS) is installed in extreme
conditions (outside of the usage conditions stated in point 5), it is
required to meet the guarantee terms and conditions.
• RENSON®cannot guarantee that the communication protocol for
building automation and/or home automation is compatible with the
screen motor.
• The programming, operation and/or Building Management System do
not belong to the sunprotection batch.
• A combination of the VELUX®Modular Skylights “smoke ventilation”
and the Topfix®VMS can also be combined with the WindowMaster
Flexismoke module or equivalent. The functioning, programming,
operation and/or programming within the Building Management
System do not belong to the sunprotection batch.

8 • Korrekte Bedienung • Correct operation
Bei elektrischer Betätigung
• Siehe beiliegende technische Anleitung (deutschsprachiger Teil) des
richtigen Motortyps.
• Die Wahl des Schalters bei verkabelten Motoren (z. B. LT-, WT-
Motoren) muss immer einer minimalen Verzögerung von 500ms
entsprechen. Diese Verzögerung verhindert alle Risikos, die mit der
Antriebsverzögerung von Schaltkontakten und internen
Microsicherungen verbunden sind.
• Wenn nicht anders in der Gebrauchsanleitung eines Artikels,
Bedienungssystems oder Schaltsystems angegeben, muss jederzeit
sichergestellt sein, dass eine Parallelschaltung bei Somfy Rohrmotoren
mit mechanischer Endabschaltung unmöglich ist. Alle andere Motoren
können parallel geschaltet werden.
• Bringen Sie den Schalter unverzüglich in Nullstellung, wenn der Motor
ungewöhnlich starke Geräusche macht. Wenden Sie sich an den
Installateur, wenn Sie die Ursache nicht selbst ermitteln können.
• Wenn die Endeinstellung des Motors nicht mehr ausreichend ist (wenn
beispielsweise der Screen nicht mehr vollständig nach unten oder nach
oben rollt), wenden Sie sich an Ihren Installateur.
• Wenn Ihr Sonnenschutz an eine automatische Steuerung (vom Typ
Wind-Sonnen-Automat) angeschlossen ist, empfiehlt es sich, den
Automaten in folgenden Fällen auf Handbetätigung zu stellen:
- Im Winter, denn Betätigung bei Frost kann zu Schäden führen.
- Wenn Sie für längere Zeit außer Haus sind.
• Für die Gewährleistung einer korrekten Bedienung werden eine
Automatisierung und/oder Sensoren dringend empfohlen. Wenn der
Textilsonnenschutz Topfix®(VMS) in extremen Aufbausituationen
angebracht wird (außerhalb der unter Punkt 5 angegebenen
Gebrauchsumstände) sind diese vorgeschrieben, um den
Garantiebedingungen entsprechen zu können.
• RENSON®kann nicht garantieren, dass das Kommunikationsprotokoll
für Gebäudeautomatisierung und/oder Domotica mit dem Screen-
Motor kompatibel ist.
• Die Programmierung, Bedienung und/oder
Gebäudemanagementsysteme gehören nicht zum Posten Sonnenschutz.
• Eine Kombination der VELUX®Modular Skylights ‚Smoke Ventilation‘
und dem Topfix®VMS kann in Kombination mit dem Modul
WindowMaster Flexismoke oder gleichwertig realisiert werden.
Funktionsweise, Programmierung, Bedienung und/oder
Programmierung innerhalb des Gebäudemanagementsystems gehören
nicht zum Posten Sonnenschutz.

•die Materialien intensiv schädlichen Umgebungsbedingungen
ausgesetzt werden;
• die Materialien aggressiven Umgebungseinflüssen von Industrie oder
Gewerbe ausgesetzt sind und es infolgedessen zu Verfärbungen oder
Beschädigungen kommt;
• die Materialien in einer Umgebung mit hohem Salzgehalt in der Luft
installiert werden und es dadurch zu Korrosion an den Sägekanten
kommt;
• die Produkte nicht entsprechend den Installationsvorschriften des
Lieferanten angebracht werden;
• bei der Montage die vorausgesetzten Neigungswinkel (siehe
Produktbröschure) nicht beachtet werden (Garantie für Wasserablauf
und die Folgen verfällt).
• es sich um Materialien handelt, die einem Verschleiß infolge vielfachen
oder lang anhaltenden Gebrauchs unterliegen (z. B. Bänder, Kabel,
Gurte, Federn, Aufroller usw.);
• die Montage mit zu schwachem Befestigungsmaterial erfolgt ist;
• es sich um natürliche Alterung handelt;
• die technischen Einsatzgrenzen des Produkts (gemäß Angaben im
Handbuch) überschritten sind;
• Komponenten verwendet werden, die weder den Vorschriften
entsprechen, noch durch unsere technische Abteilung anerkannt sind;
• es zu verkehrter oder forcierter Benutzung gekommen ist. Dieses
Produkt ist kein Spielzeug;
• Montage, Reparaturen oder Änderungen durch unbefugte Dritte
ausgeführt wurden;
• Schäden durch Dritte, beispielsweise Transportschäden, oder durch
ungewöhnliche Wetterverhältnisse (Sturm-, Hagel-, Wasser-,
Brandschäden usw.) entstanden sind;
• unvermeidliche ästhetische Abweichungen vorliegen, die aus dem
Produktionsprozess resultieren oder zu den Merkmalen des Produkts
gehören;
• RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens haftet nicht für Glasbruch (zum
Beispiel durch fehlerhafte Montage oder durch ungleichmäßige
Erwärmung der Verglasung).
• der CE-Aufkleber mit Seriennummer entfernt ist oder nicht mehr lesbar
ist.
• der Topfix®VMS nicht von einem von RENSON®autorisierten
Vertriebshändler vorgenommen wurde, der in der Montage des Topfix®
VMS geschult wurde.
• das von VELUX®genehmigte Protokoll nicht im
Gebäudemanagementsystem bzw. der Automatisierung programmiert
wurde, bei einer Kombination von VELUX®Modular Skylights und
Topfix®VMS
• bei einer Kombination von VELUX®Modular Skylights und Topfix®VMS
keine Sensoren angebracht und/oder Programmierungen
vorgenommen wurden, um allen unter Punkt 5 angegebenen
Gebrauchsumständen entsprechen zu können.
• die Seriennummer des Motors unleserlich oder verschwunden ist.

• The use limits of the product (as listed in the manual) being exceeded.

• Incorrect or forced use. This is not a toy. It is not designed to be
climbed or hang on.
• Installation, repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons.
• Damage caused by third parties, such as transport damage, and other
abnormal circumstances (damage caused by storms, hail, water, fire,
etc.).
• Unavoidable aesthetic changes resulting from product manufacture or
the intrinsic properties of the product/screen.
• RENSON®Sunprotection-Screens is not responsible for glass breakage
(e.g. by incorrect assembly or by the uneven heating up of the
glazing).
• If the CE-sticker with the serial number has been removed or has been
made unrecognizable.
• If the Topfix® VMS was not installed by a dealer recognised by
RENSON® and trained in installing the Topfix® VMS.
• Situations where the VELUX®approved protocol was not programmed
into the Building Management System/automation when the VELUX®
Modular Skylights are combined with the Topfix®VMS.
• Situations where no sensors and/or programming were provided when
the VELUX®Modular Skylights were combined with the Topfix®VMS so
that all the usage conditions, stated in point 5, were satisfied.
• If the serial number for the motor is illegible or has disappeared.

User manual & warranty conditions
The system does not need much maintenance, but for years of enjoyment,
we advise the following:
• If the fabric becomes wet in a sudden storm, you can still roll it up and
unroll it later to dry when the weather is better.
However, avoid having the wet fabric rolled up for more than three
days to prevent formation of mould and spots.
• Before cleaning, remove any loose dirt with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
You can then use a cleaning product (avoid caustic products) and
warm water to remove the remaining dirt. Always rinse the fabric after
cleaning.
Avoid cleaning in full sunlight: if soapy water dries quickly, it can leave
spots on the fabric.
Do not use aggressive abrasives.
• If anodised or enamelled profiles become dirty, they can be cleaned
with warm water and a gentle-acting cleaning product. Never use
aggressive products, abrasive sponges or other abrasive media.
We also advise against using high-pressure equipment.
• Swivelling or rotating parts should be lubricated annually.
Incl. between the pulleys and their stainless steel axis and the
alignment wheels and their stainless steel axis.
Use a dry lubricant for this (Veidec Dry Lube (G6002790)).
• After cleaning (remove twigs and leaves), plastic sliding sleeves can be
lubricated with a dry lubricant (Veidec Dry Lube (G6002790)).
• Frequently control your product on twigs, leaves, bird nests, ets. and
remove them. Maintain the product “as a good keeper”.
• As the manufacturer, we recommend having a regular technical
inspection by your installer:
- Annually at public utility building and at your private home.
• Always use original parts from the manufacturer.
Important to know:
• Minor colour variations may occur during the manufacturing process
between the colour guides and the profiles of the sunprotection screen.
There may also be minor colour differences between components and
profiles.
• The fabric may exhibit slight colour nuances and imperfections.
• Because the fabric is rolled up, it can form folds or creases.
• Over time, the colour of the fabric may fade slightly, depending on the
chosen colour and design.
• In the case of straight screens, where the fabric hangs down vertically
because of the weight of the bottom rail or a tensioning system,
wrinkles can form in the fabric depending on the type of screen.
• During movement of the screen a noise may occur which is due to the
screen.
