This guide provides step-by-step instructions to quickly and easily produce prints on
the INFINITY3D printer.
1. Plug the included power cord into the receptacle on the rear of the printer.
2. Insert both spool holder arms into the slots on the rear and top of the printer
so they seat securely.
3. Insert a spool holder rod into the filament spool you wish to use and secure it
with a Magnetic End Cap at both ends.

4. Place the filament spool onto the spool holder arms, oriented so that filament
feeds from the top of the spool.
5. Prepare a glass build plate by installing blue tape.
6. Place the glass build plate onto the heated bed tape side up, and secure it with
four plate clips as pictured as close to the corners of the heated bed as possible.

7. Turn on the printer using the power switch located on the right hand front of
the machine. The graphic display panel will display several logos, and then the
home status screen. Refer to the operations manual for display panel menus and
further information.
8. Push down lightly on the selector knob located below the display panel to
“click”into the main menu.
Note: If the machine is left idle in any menu for 10 seconds, it will return to
the status screen and that menu must be navigated to again.
9. Rotate the selector knob clockwise to highlight Prepare and click the knob
again to select it.

10. Rotate the selector knob to highlight Preheat PLA or Preheat ABS
depending on the material you are using, and click the knob again to select it.
11. Select Preheat PLA 1 or Preheat ABS 1 and click to select it. You will be
returned to the status screen.
12. Wait for the actual (bottom) temperatures of the bed and extruder to reach
their desired (top) temperatures, which should take approximately 3 minutes.
CAUTION! Once set to preheat, the heated bed and extruder
nozzle will become hot enough to cause serious burns. Avoid
any contact with the heated bed and extruder
nozzle until the print is complete and they have cooled.

Filament Installation or Replacement Steps:
13. Trim the end of the filament to create a clean end.
14. Straighten the last 20mm of filament by warming with your hands and taking
out the natural curve of the filament.
15. Open the filament drive door, unscrew the drive door lock knob to open it.
16. Feed the filament into the extruder, ensuring it passes the drive gear and into
the hot end as pictured. You may need to rotate the filament slightly as it passes
the gear.

17. Press down on the filament to extrude a small amount of filament, which
ensures that the hot end is working correctly and is not clogged.
18. Squeeze the filament drive door completely closed and secure it with the
drive door lock knob. You will feel the resistance as the spring tension on the
drive gear bearing roller contacts the filament for the last 2-3mm.
19. Insert the SD card with your Gcode file on it, with the contacts facing you into
the slot on the left side of the frame near the graphic display panel.
20. Click the selector knob to open the main menu and select Print from SD
Card.

21. Select the desired GCode file, and the print will begin automatically when it is
selected.
22. Wait for your print to complete.

HOT SURFACE/PARTS! ALLOW TO FULLY COOL BEFORE HANDLING.
WARNING!
DO NOT REACH INSIDE THE PRINTER WHILE OPERATING! MOVING
PARTS CAN CRUSH/CUT! ALWAYS KEEP HANDS CLEAR OF MOVING
PARTS WHILE OPERATING. TIE BACK LONG HAIR OR CLOTHING
THAT CAN GET CAUGHT IN THE MOVING PARTS OF THE PRINTER.
WARNING!
VAPORS AND FUMES MAY CAUSE IRRITATION AT OPERATING
TEMPERATURES. OPERATE IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA.
23. Wait for the extruder and bed to cool. They should be safe to touch after 5
minutes.
24. Gently pull the heated bed forward, unclip the glass build plate from the bed,
and remove the glass build plate with your print attached.
25. Turn off the printer.
