INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
This xture has been rated for up to four (4) 40-watt maximum
Type T lightbulbs (included) or four (4) 13-watt compact uorescent
lightbulbs (not included). To avoid the risk of re, do not exceed the
recommended wattage..
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it
to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when fixture is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE FUSE
BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Remove Metal Tabs (P) by removing Screws (Q). Install Glass
Panels (R) to each frame of Lantern Box (M) and secure with
Metal Tabs (P) and Screws (Q).
3. Slide Hanging Frame (L) over Lantern Frame (M). Clip Top
Hook (N) onto the top loop of Hanging Frame (L) and secure by
tightening Set Screw (O). Make sure Top Hook (N) is sitting in

the middle of the top loop of Hanging Frame (L) (refer to Fig. 1).
4. Determine the hanging length of pendant. Connect Light Fixture
(L) to some or all Connection Rods (G) (H) (J) and Connective
Tubes (K) according to the height needed. Note: Pre-wire the
Connection Rods (G) (H) (J) before putting them together.
5. Feed wires through Connection Rods (G) (H) (J), Hanging Loop
(F), Mounting Loop (D), and Canopy (B).
6. Thread Hanging Loop (F) onto the inner connection rod of the
top Connection Rods (G) (H) (J).
7. Remove Mounting Plate (A) from Canopy (B).
8. Thread Mounting Loop (D) to Mounting Plate (A). Place
Mounting Plate (A) to the ceiling outlet box and secure with
Mounting Screws (E).
9. Carefully inspect the chandelier’s two xture wires. One has
very ne ridges molded into the plastic covering – this is the
neutral wire. The second wire’s covering is smooth – this is the
hot wire. The bare wire is the ground wire.
10. Connect the ground wire from the xture with the ground wire
(usually bare) from your ceiling box using a wire nut. If your
house does not have ground wire, then attach the ground wire
from the xture to the green grounding screw inside of the
outlet box. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR
HOME BE PROPERLY GROUNDED.
11. Connect the neutral wire from your xture with the neutral wire
(usually white) from your ceiling box using a wire nut.
12. Connect the hot wire from your xture with the hot wire (usually
black) from your outlet box using a wire nut. DO NOT REVERSE
THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OR SAFETY WILL BE
COMPROMISED.
13. Tuck the wire connection neatly into the ceiling outlet box.
14. Hook Hanging Loop (F) to Mounting Loop (D) by opening /
closing Quick Link (I). Raise Canopy (B) to cover the ceiling
outlet box, then secure with Canopy Nut (C) to Mounting Loop
(D).
15. Insert Bulbs (T) into each of Socket (S).
16. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the fixture. Wipe clean with a
soft, dry cloth.
