GRILLE MOUNT
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
*THIS MOUNT FITS THE FOLLOWING LIGHTS:
(2) 6” SR-Series®
PRODUCT INCLUDES:
(1) Raptor Grille Mount

Please read through all of these Instructions and tips before proceeding with the installation.
We do our best to provide a simple installation process for all applications however
a professional installation is always recommended.
Always disconnect any power sources connected to your vehicle
before servicing fuses or electrical systems.

STEP 1
Open hood and remove the plastic
push pins that attach the plastic
radiator shield. Use push pin pliers,
non-marring prybar or equivalent.
See Figures 1 & 1.1
STEP 2
Unplug the 3 harness ends and move
them out of the way as shown.

Remove the plastic push pin on each
side of the grille.

STEP 4
Remove the (4) 10mm bolts on the
top of the grille and set them aside.
See Figure 4
STEP 5
Pull headlight trim by pulling straight
out from the front of the vehicle
using gentle force. Make sure not to
lose any retaining clips when pulling.

STEP 6
Using a 10mm socket, remove the
(1) bolt on each side of the grille on
the bottom. Once removed, you can
remove the entire grille.

STEP 7
Separate the active shutters from the
grille by removing the 10mm bolts.
Then slide on the provided hardware
as shown. Note the two short u-nuts
go on the outer edges. Be careful and
remove the wire harness from active
shutters.

STEP 8
Install the brackets (left and right)
using the provided hardware. Then
install the RIGID lights.

Wiring: Wire your lights according to the instructions included with the light.
Take care to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces.
Your installation is now complete.

STEP 9
Once the lights are mounted, install the active shutters back on to the grille and reinstall the factory
bolts/nuts. Installation is the reverse of removal.
