1.1 Garanzia e responsabilità
I diritti alla garanzia ed alla responsabilità decadono, in caso di

➤intervento di personale non abilitato;
➤esecuzione di modifiche non autorizzate all’apparecchio;
➤alimentazione del bruciatore con combustibili non adatti;
➤difetti nell’impianto di alimentazione del combustibile;
➤riparazioni e/o revisioni eseguite in maniera scorretta;
➤utilizzo di componenti non originali, siano essi ricambi, kits,
accessori ed optionals;
➤cause di forza maggiore.
Il costruttore, inoltre, declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per la
mancata osservanza di quanto riportato nel presente manuale.
– Il personale deve usare sempre i mezzi di protezione indivi-
duale previsti dalla legislazione e seguire quanto riportato nel
presente manuale.
– Il personale deve attenersi a tutte le indicazioni di pericolo e
cautela segnalate sulla macchina.
– Il personale non deve eseguire di propria iniziativa operazioni
o interventi che non siano di sua competenza.
– Il personale ha l’obbligo di segnalare al proprio superiore

1.2 Note sulla sicurezza per l'installazione
1 Avvertenze generali
PERICOLO
Tutte le operazioni di installazione, manutenzione
e smontaggio devono essere svolte con l'alimen-
tazione elettrica staccata.
PERICOLO
Isolare l'alimentazione del combustibile.
ATTENZIONE
L’installazione deve essere svolta da personale
qualificato, come indicato in questo manuale e in
conformità con glistandard e le disposizionidi leg-
ge in vigore.
CAUTELA
Dopo aver tolto ogni imballaggio assicurarsi
dell’integrità del contenuto. In caso di dubbio non
utilizzare il ricambio e rivolgersi al fornitore.

2.2 Smontaggio del bruciatore dalla caldaia
Per l’installazione del kit testa lunga è necessario smontare il bru-
ciatore dalla caldaia.
Posizionare il bruciatore a terra e procedere con la sostituzione
dell’imbuto fiamma e del tirante otturatore come di seguito ripor-
tato:
➤svitare le due viti 1)(Fig. 2) e rimuovere l’imbuto fiamma 8);
➤rimuovere il cofano dal bruciatore;
➤svitare le due viti 2)(Fig. 3) e la vite 3) per rimuovere
assieme interfaccia;
➤svitare viti e dadi 4) per sfilare l’otturatore 9);
➤togliere le due viti 5) e rimuovere il coperchio 6);
➤togliere alberino 7) e rimuovere il tirante 8);
➤a questo punto installare il tirante fornito a corredo del kit, e
fissarlo con l'alberino 7).
➤Rimontare l’otturatore 9) fissandolo tramite viti e dadi 2);
➤posizionare l’imbuto fiamma 8) fornito a corredo;
➤rimontare l’assieme interfaccia completo al bruciatore con le
due viti 2) e le viti 3);
➤fissare il bruciatore in caldaia.
A questo punto è necessario aprire il bruciatore per estrarre la te-
sta di combustione, come descritto nel paragrafo “Accessibilità
parte interna testa”.
2 Installazione
PERICOLO
Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica al bruciatore,
agendo sull’interruttore generale dell’impianto.
PERICOLO
Chiudere il rubinetto di intercettazione del combu-
stibile.
Attendere il completo raffreddamento dei compo-
nenti a contatto con fonti di calore.

2.3 Accessibilità parte interna testa
L’apertura del bruciatore avviene attraverso le due guide di arre-
tramento presenti sulla parte superiore.
Per l’apertura del bruciatore procedere come segue:
➤svitare le due viti 3)(Fig. 4) presenti al termine delle due
guide 1);
➤installare sulle guide di arretramento le due prolunghe 2)
presenti a corredo nel kit;
➤svitare vite 4) per scollegare l'assieme interfaccia dal resto
del bruciatore;
➤far scorrere il corpo del bruciatore lungo le due guide 1) e le
prolunghe 2).
2.4 Trasformazione testa di combustione
Per la trasformazione della testa, seguire le seguenti indicazioni:
➤svitare le due viti 1)(Fig. 5) e rimuovere l'elica 2);
➤svitare i due distanziali 3) dal supporto 7);
➤rimuovere in sequenza il portaugello 4), le due
guarnizioni 5), i due raccordi 6), il supporto 7) e i due distan-
ziali 8);
➤smontare i due elettrodi 9) dal vecchio supporto 7) e scolle-
garli dai vecchi collegamenti 10).

➤Inserire le due prolunghe 19)(Fig. 6) fornite a corredo del kit
nel supporto 17) e fissarle con i due raccordi 18);
➤collegare alle prolunghe il nuovo supporto 12) e successiva-
mente la piastra 13);
➤collegare i due elettrodi 9) al nuovo supporto 12) e collegarli
ai due nuovi collegamenti forniti a corredo;
➤inserire le due nuove guarnizioni 14) e il nuovo portaugello
15) forniti a corredo del kit;
➤installare sul supporto 12) i due nuovi distanziali 16) forniti a
corredo;
➤fissare l’elica 2) ai due distanziali con le due viti 1).

2.6 Dimensioni d’ingombro
Il kit permette l’allungamento della testa di combustione di
+ 110 mm.

2.7 Chiusura bruciatore
Rimontare con procedura inversa a quanto descritto, riposizio-
nando tutti i componenti del bruciatore come in origine.

Effettuate tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, pu-
lizia o controllo, rimontare il cofano e tutti i dispo-
sitivi di sicurezza e protezione del bruciatore.

General warnings
1.1 Guarantee and responsibility
The rights to the guarantee and the responsibility will no longer
be valid in the event of damage to things or injury to people, if
such damage/injury was due to any of the following causes:
➤intervention of unqualified personnel;
➤carrying out of unauthorised modifications on the equipment;
➤powering of the burner with unsuitable fuels;
➤faults in the fuel supply system;
➤repairs and/or overhauls incorrectly carried out;
➤use of non-original components, including spare parts, kits,
accessories and optionals;
➤force majeure.
The manufacturer furthermore declines any and every responsi-
bility for the failure to observe the contents of this manual.
– Personnel must always use the personal protective equip-
ment envisaged by legislation and follow the indications giv-
en in this manual.
– Personnel must observe all the danger and caution indica-
tions shown on the machine.
– Personnel must not carry out, on their own initiative, opera-
tions or interventions that are not within their province.
– Personnel must inform their superiors of every problem or
dangerous situation that may arise.
1.2 Installation safety notes
1 General warnings
DANGER
It is obligatory to carry out all installation, mainte-
nance and dismantling operations with the electri-
cal supply disconnected.
DANGER
Isolate the fuel supply.
WARNING
The installation must be carried out by qualified
personnel, as indicated in this manual and in com-
pliance with the standards and legal requisites in
force.
CAUTION
After removing all the packaging, check the integ-
rity of the contents. If in doubt, do not use the
spare part; contact the supplier.

2.2 Disassembly of the burner from the boiler
To install the long head kit it is necessary to disassemble the burner
from the boiler.
Placetheburneronthegroundandproceedwithreplacingtheflame
funnel and the shutter tie-rod as explained below:
➤unscrew the two screws 1)(Fig. 2) and remove the flame funnel
8);
➤remove the cover of the burner;
➤unscrew the two screws 2)(Fig. 3) and the screw 3) to remove
the interface assembly;
➤unscrew the screws and nuts 4) and take out the shutter 9);
➤remove the two screws 5) and remove the cover 6);
➤removethe spindle 7) and remove the tie-rod 8);
➤at this point install the tie-rod supplied with the kit, and fix it to
the spindle 7).
➤Put back the shutter 9) fixing it using the screws and nuts 2);
➤position the flame funnel 8) supplied;
➤put back the interface assembly on the burner with the two
screws 2) and the screws 3);
➤fix the burner on the boiler.
Atthispointitisnecessarytoopentheburnertoextractthecombus-
tion head, as described in the paragraph “Access to head internal
part”.
2 Installation
DANGER
Turn off the burner's electrical supply using the
main system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.

2.3 Access to head internal part
The burner is opened using the two retraction slide bars on the
top part.
To open the burner, proceed as follows:
➤unscrew the two screws 3)(Fig. 4) at the end of the two slide
bars 1);
➤install the two extensions 2) supplied in the kit on the retrac-
tion slide bars;
➤unscrew the screw 4) to disconnect the interface assembly
from the rest of the burner;
➤slide the body of the burner along the two slide bars 1) and
the extensions 2).
2.4 Conversion of the combustion head
To convert the head, follow the instructions:
➤unscrew the two screws 1)(Fig. 5) and remove the diffuser
disc 2);
➤unscrew the two spacers 3) from the support 7);
➤remove in sequence the nozzle holder 4), the two gaskets
5), the two couplings 6), the support 7) and the two spacers
8);
➤dismantle the two electrodes 9) from the old support 7) and
disconnect them from the old connections 10).

➤Insert the two extensions 19)(Fig. 6) supplied with the kit into
the support 17) and fix them with the two couplings 18);
➤connect the new support 12) to the extensions and then the
plate 13);
➤connect the two electrodes 9) to the new support 12) and
connect them to the two new connections supplied;
➤insert the two new gaskets 14) and the new nozzle holder
15) supplied in the kit;
➤install on the support 12) the two new spacers 16) supplied;
➤fix the diffuser disc 2) to the two spacers with the two screws
1).

2.6 Maximum dimensions
The kit allows the combustion head to be extended by + 110 mm.

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.

checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.
