Programmed play
Use this function to programme the player to play selected tracks on the
CD in the order that you want to hear them played. A maximum of 21
tracks can be programme.
Note: You cannot programme the CD whilst it is playing. If the CD is
playing press the Stop/Off button to stop playback and the display
shows the total number of tracks. After you press the Memory button,
you must select a track number and press the Memory button again
within10secondswhiletheMemoryindicatorisflashing.Iftheindicator
stops flashing, the unit will exit the programme mode and the track
number will not be entered in the programme memory.
1. WhilsttheCDisinStopmode,presstheMemorybutton.Thedisplay
will show ‘P_01’ and the Memory indicator will flash.
2. Select the first track using the F.skip/Mem. Up or B.skip/Mem.
Down buttons. The track number selector will show on the display.
Store this track by pressing the Memory button. The selected track
is entered into the programme memory and the display advances to
'P_02'.
3. Repeat the above steps until you have completed your programme
(maximum 21 tracks). Press the Play/Pause button to commence
playoftheselectedtracks.Thedisplaywillshowthefirstprogrammed
track number for a few seconds and then return to the correct time.
4. Afterallprogrammedtrackshavebeenplayedtheplayerstops.Ifyou
pressthePlay/Pausebutton,theprogrammedtrackswillplayagain.
To cancel programmed playback, stop the playback by pressing the
Stop/Off button.
Note:Youcanprogrammethesametracktoplaymultipletimesifdesired.
If you press the Skip up or Skip down button to select tracks but forget
to press the Play/Pause button, after 10 seconds the unit will return to
thecurrenttime.If youwantto switchoffthe unitatthismomentpressthe
Stop/Off button twice.
