THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PROVIDED
INSTALLATION INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Recommended deck through holes 1-3/8”.
1. Flush out all pipework to remove any foreign material. The hot supply line should be
fitted on the left when viewed from the front of the fitting.
To fit spout:

SPOUT (1) and secure into place with mounting BRACKET (4) and NUT (5) from
underneath the sink. After SPOUT (1) is securely fastened, install TEE ASSEMBLY
(6) on threaded nipple. See Figure 1.
To fit handle assembly and valve body:
3. Fit mounting NUT(10) on valve BODY(11) approximately halfway down shaft. Install
second mounting NUT (10) on valve BODY from top side of sink; adjustment is
needed for proper height (may need assistance for installation of the valve BODY
into its location). Place handle 'O'RING (9) and ESCUTCHEON (8) onto top
NUT (10). Place HANDLE (7) on top of ESCUTCHEON (8) and screw handle hub,
knurled area, until fastened. Ensure HANDLE (7) is parallel to front of sink on the
off position. See Figure 2.
4. Connect hot/cold water supply to appropriate ½” NPSM valve BODY(14); bottom
connection. Connect the spout HOSES to the appropriate side of valve
BODY(14). See Figure 2.
To assemble the drain and pop-up to sink:
5. Remove drain PLUG(12) from FLANGE(13). Place FLANGE(13) and white
WASHER(14) through sink drain opening. SEALANT is recommended to maintain a
seal between FLANGE(13) and white WASHER(14). From bottom side of sink,
place cone shaped rubber WASHER(15) onto FLANGE(13) and slide up against
sink bottom. Note: Cone portion of WASHER(15) to face upward. Next slide on clear
flat WASHER(16) and secure with flange NUT(17). Place clear WASHER(18) into
drain BODY(19) and thread onto FLANGE(13).
** Adjust drain BODY(19) alignment, as required, by loosening flange NUT (17), rotate
assembly for alignment of ball ROD(24) to pop-up ROD(21) and re-tighten flange
NUT(17).
6. Apply thread sealant to TAILPIECE(20) and attach to drain BODY(19). Attach
TAILPIECE(20) to p-trap drain (not included). See Figure 3.
7. Place drain PLUG(12), oriented as shown, with hook away from faucet, into
FLANGE(13). Insert ball ROD(24) into the drain's rod opening, secure with ball rod
NUT(25). Do not over-tighten ball rod NUT(25). Insert pop-up ROD(21) through
spout and secure to STRAP(22), approximately 1" from end of ROD(21), with
SCREW(23).Adjust the rise of the PLUG(12) through elevation holes in STRAP(22).
Use CLIP(26) to secure ball ROD(24) to STRAP(22). Adjust ball ROD(24) and pop-
up ROD(21) so drain will open and close properly. See Figure 4.
8. After all items are installed and system is pressurized, check all connections for leaks.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
WE RECOMMEND OCCASIONAL CLEANING WITH WARM SOAPY WATER
FOLLOWED BY POLISHING WITH A SOFT CLOTH TO KEEP THE PLATED FINISH IN
GOOD CONDITION. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE LIQUIDS, POWDERS, OR PADS TO
CLEAN THE PRODUCT. YOU WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH AND VOID THE
WARRANTY.
Place spout ‘O’RING (3) and ESCUTCHEON (2) over the 1-3/8” center hole. Align

B. The surface finish of the product has been damaged by use of unsuitable
cleaning agents or improper materials, i.e. damage by agents containing acidic,
corrosive, abrasive or alcohol-based substances or through scouring the surface
by abrasive cloths.
C. Damage has occurred to component parts due to foreign materials in the water
supply (e.g. stones, metal shavings). All water lines must be flushed clear of all
debris prior to installing the product. It is strongly recommended that in areas
where foreign materials may be present in the water supply, an inline filter be
fitted on both the Hot and Cold inlets. This will ensure your warranty remains
valid.
D. The product has been exposed to excessive high water temperature (above 80°
Celsius or 175° Fahrenheit).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Recommended deck through holes 1-3/8”.
1. Flush out all pipework to remove any foreign material. The hot supply line should be
fitted on the left when viewed from the front of the fitting.
To fit spout:

SPOUT (1) and secure into place with mounting BRACKET (4) and NUT (5) from
underneath the sink. After SPOUT (1) is securely fastened, install TEE ASSEMBLY
(6) on threaded nipple. See Figure 1.
To fit handle assembly and valve body:
3. Fit mounting NUT(10) on valve BODY(11) approximately halfway down shaft. Install
second mounting NUT (10) on valve BODY from top side of sink; adjustment is
needed for proper height (may need assistance for installation of the valve BODY
into its location). Place handle 'O'RING (9) and ESCUTCHEON (8) onto top
NUT (10). Place HANDLE (7) on top of ESCUTCHEON (8) and screw handle hub,
knurled area, until fastened. Ensure HANDLE (7) is parallel to front of sink on the
off position. See Figure 2.
4. Connect hot/cold water supply to appropriate ½” NPSM valve BODY(14); bottom
connection. Connect the spout HOSES to the appropriate side of valve
BODY(14). See Figure 2.
To assemble the drain and pop-up to sink:
5. Remove drain PLUG(12) from FLANGE(13). Place FLANGE(13) and white
WASHER(14) through sink drain opening. SEALANT is recommended to maintain a
seal between FLANGE(13) and white WASHER(14). From bottom side of sink,
place cone shaped rubber WASHER(15) onto FLANGE(13) and slide up against
sink bottom. Note: Cone portion of WASHER(15) to face upward. Next slide on clear
flat WASHER(16) and secure with flange NUT(17). Place clear WASHER(18) into
drain BODY(19) and thread onto FLANGE(13).
** Adjust drain BODY(19) alignment, as required, by loosening flange NUT (17), rotate
assembly for alignment of ball ROD(24) to pop-up ROD(21) and re-tighten flange
NUT(17).
6. Apply thread sealant to TAILPIECE(20) and attach to drain BODY(19). Attach
TAILPIECE(20) to p-trap drain (not included). See Figure 3.
7. Place drain PLUG(12), oriented as shown, with hook away from faucet, into
FLANGE(13). Insert ball ROD(24) into the drain's rod opening, secure with ball rod
NUT(25). Do not over-tighten ball rod NUT(25). Insert pop-up ROD(21) through
spout and secure to STRAP(22), approximately 1" from end of ROD(21), with
SCREW(23).Adjust the rise of the PLUG(12) through elevation holes in STRAP(22).
Use CLIP(26) to secure ball ROD(24) to STRAP(22). Adjust ball ROD(24) and pop-
up ROD(21) so drain will open and close properly. See Figure 4.
8. After all items are installed and system is pressurized, check all connections for leaks.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
WE RECOMMEND OCCASIONAL CLEANING WITH WARM SOAPY WATER
FOLLOWED BY POLISHING WITH A SOFT CLOTH TO KEEP THE PLATED FINISH IN
GOOD CONDITION. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE LIQUIDS, POWDERS, OR PADS TO
CLEAN THE PRODUCT. YOU WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH AND VOID THE
WARRANTY.
