Preparing to Use Aerophone Pro Editor
Connect the “Aerophone Pro Editor” app installed on your mobile
device to the Aerophone via Bluetooth.
* When using on Android 6.0 or later, please turn Android Location mode on.
Connecting with the Aerophone
1.
Turn the Aerophone on.
The power LED (orange) is lit.
2.
Place the Aerophone you want to connect close to your mobile
device.

5 Make sure that the Bluetooth LED (blue) on the Aerophone is lit. If the LED is
o, the Bluetooth function has been turned o. Set “Bluetooth” to “On” from
the [MENU] button.
5 If you have more than one Aerophone unit, power-on only the unit that you
want to connect (turn o the power of the other units).
3.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile device.
NOTE
Do not tap the “AE-30”indication that appears in the Bluetooth settings of your
mobile device. If you tapped this, temporarily cancel the device registration,
and perform the procedure again from step 1.

Start Aerophone Pro Editor.
5.
Tap the [CONNECT] button on the screen.
* If more than one Aerophone is detected, a selection screen appears.
* If the mobile device was already connected to an Aerophone, it automatically connects to
that unit again, even if more than one Aerophone is detected.
6.
If the pairing conrmation screen appears, tap“Pair.”
Once connected, the message“Connected to Aerophone”is shown
in the app.
7.
Tap the [OK] button.

About Aerophone Pro Editor
Aerophone Pro Editor has the following functions.
To switch between functions, use the buttons at the bottom of the
screen.
EDITOR
Use this to get an overview of
the sound settings, or to edit the
scene/tone parameters.

FAVORITE
Lets you check and switch
between the currently
selected scene, or register
and switch between favorite
scenes.
& “Using FAVORITE”
STATUS
Shows the connection status
with the Aerophone and
its power status (whether
using an AC adapter, and
how much battery power
remains).

LIBRARIAN
You can manage sets (libraries) of scenes in the
Aerophone.
Libraries support the import and export of user
scenes, and can be used to save the scenes as les
to your mobile device or to a cloud service.
A library can contain up to 50 scenes, and up to 20
libraries can be managed within the app.

Buttons that are marked with the“ ” symbol can be pressed and held to
display other windows or to switch to a dierent screen (this works the same
with the EDITOR).
The currently selected scene is
shown.
* The language used to display the
scene names changes according to
the Aerophone’s language settings.
The scenes registered as favorites
are shown.
Tap to switch scenes.
Hold down the FAVORITE button
to register the current scene as a
favorite.
Tap the icon to show all
scenes (preset/user) in the
Aerophone.
You can switch to a dierent
scene as desired.

Setting the Parameter Values
Operate the app as shown below to set a parameter’s value.
* You can scroll the parameter list up/down.
Setting a value
When you tap a value, a controller appears.
Tap a value and hold the controller down to display the numeric
keypad or list.

Tap“Scene Eects”in SCENE VIEW and turn all the eects o.
2.
Tap the MFX for each part in SCENE VIEW to turn them all o.
3.
Press the [WRITE] button in SCENE VIEW to save the scene.
Now all of the eects should be turned o.

Importing a Scene from the Aerophone into LI-
BRARIAN
1.
In the upper part of the LIBRARIAN screen, tap the (IMPORT)
button.
2.
Tap“Aerophone,”and then tap the [NEXT] button.
3.
Select the scenes to import.
MEMO
When you select a scene that uses user tones, the user tones are also imported.
4.
Select the library to which you want to import.
MEMO
Select “Create New Library” to import into a new library.
5.
Tap the [IMPORT] button.
The scenes are imported into LIBRARIAN.
* It may take a while to import if there are many scenes.

Exporting a Scene from LIBRARIAN into
the Aerophone
1.
In the upper part of the LIBRARIAN screen, tap the (EXPORT)
button.
2.
Tap“Aerophone,”and then tap the [NEXT] button.
3.
Select the scenes to export.
4.
Select the location where you want to export the scenes.
If the scenes use user tones, you can also choose where to export
the tones.
5.
Tap the [EXPORT] button.
The scenes are exported to the Aerophone.
* It may take a while to export if there are many scenes.

Using LIBRARIAN
Exporting the Libraries from LIBRARIAN to a Mobile
Device or Cloud Service
You can convert the LIBRARIAN libraries into les and export them
to your mobile device or to a cloud service.
1.
In the upper part of the LIBRARIAN screen, tap the (EXPORT)
button.
2.
Tap “File” (on your mobile device) or “Cloud” (the cloud service to use) and
tap the [NEXT] button.
3.
Select the libraries you want to export and tap the [NEXT] button.
4.
The scenes are exported to your mobile device or to the cloud
service.
In some cases, your mobile device might support more than one cloud service.
This app only supports operation using iCloud Drive on iOS devices and Google
Drive on Android devices.

Service to LIBRARIAN
1.
In the upper part of the LIBRARIAN screen, tap the (IMPORT)

service.
