Pleasefollowinstructionsforballinflationanduse:
•Inflateballswithcare.
•Donotinflatetheballoverthemaximumprescribeddiameter
•Alwaysinflatetheballgraduallyandslowly,especiallywhenapproachingthemaximum
diameter.
•Remember,ballsperformbestandlastlongerwheninflatedto90%oftheirmaximum
diameter.
•Donotinflatetheballwhencold:allowtheballtoreachroomtemperatureofabout20°C
beforeinflating.
•Waitabout24hoursafterinitialinflationbeforeusingtheball
•Althoughballscanbeextremelystrong,ifthesurfaceiscut,puncturedordamaged,its
integritycanbelostandtheballcanburstinstantly.
•Inspectyourballeachtimeyouuseit.Ifyourballhasacut,smallpuncture,deepscratchor
meltedspot.Repairtheballwithappropriatecarewherepossible.
•Donotusenearstairs.
•Donotstoreoruseinpresenceofsharp/pointedobjects;sourcesofheatorflame.
•Removeshoeswithhardsoles,bucklesetc–usebarefootorwearingsocks.
•Donotdamagethesurfaceoftheball.
Pleasenote:
Theballmaybedifficulttoinflatewhenitisalmostfullsize.Thisisnormalanddoesnotindicate
thattheballhasafault.Ifdesired/necessary,useanalternative,morepowerfulpumpforthelast
stagesofinflation.
14. CareandMaintenance
•Wipecleanwithaclean,soft,slightlydampclothusingsoapandwaterordisinfectant.
•Drybeforeuse.
•Checkbaseforsignsofwearandtearandreplacewhennecessary.
15. Troubleshooting
•Makesurethatifusedwithexercisebands(notincluded)thesearefastenedcorrectlyand
threadedproperly.
•Inspectthebasetoseeifthereareanynoticeablestresspointsordamage.
•Lookattheballtoseeifthereisapuncture/tearifitdoesnotinflateordeflateseasily.
