Working with the BIBER 22 BRUSH
The BIBER BRUSH is designed to clean surfaces under water. In particular on level walls or floors, the brush rotates to pull
itself towards the surface to be cleaned, thus improving the cleaning efficiency and generally reducing the amount of effort
required from the user. It is no longer necessary to press hard, indeed this could damage the drive. With its built-in suction
connection, the BIBER BRUSH can be attached to suction hoses with a diameter of 50 as well as 38 mm. The immediate
suction removal means that the dirt is removed through the slits in the brush and a clear view in the water is maintained. A
clouding of the water is for the most part avoided. Using the speed control unit, you have the possibility of choosing three
different speeds in every direction. The chosen rotation speed is indicated by an LED light.
For the wall areas we recommend a faster, for horizontal use the rather slower rotation speed. In order to avoid scratching
sensitive materials such as foil, we recommend starting with the yellow Vacu-grip brush attachment. However, you can
also use harder Vacu-grip brushes in red = medium hard or green/red = hard. This is to be recommended for older or more
encrusted dirt. The loaded battery can be carried comfortably using the special belt provided, where you can clip the battery
into the battery holder. The BIBER BRUSH can now be steered with the telescopic rod and the cleaning of the pond or pool
surfaces systematically carried out.
Changing the Vacu-grip brush
Take care! Before starting any maintenance work on the BIBER BRUSH, disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
Changing the brush can be easily carried out using the brush remover (1). Place the brush remover on the notch (2) which is
indicated by the arrow (3). Using the brush remover, lever the brush upwards (4) and remove the brush from the drive shaft.
To attach the brush, put the brush in place where the arrow meets a notch and then press firmly down so that the brush
clicks into place.
