SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Lesen Sie erst alle Hinweise, bevor Sie das Gerät in
Betrieb nehmen.
oDieses Gerät kann von Personen mit
eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder einem Mangel an
Erfahrung und/oder Wissen verwendet werden,
wenn sie beaufsichtigt werden oder bezüglich des
sicheren Gebrauchs des Geräts unterwiesen
wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren
verstanden haben.
oDieses Gerät darf nicht von Kindern benutzt
werden. Das Gerät und seine Anschlussleitung sind
von Kindern fernzuhalten.
oDas Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und
vor dem Zusammenbau, dem Auseinandernehmen
oder Reinigen stets vom Netz zu trennen.
oNetzspannung prüfen. Die Netzspannung muss mit
der auf dem Spannungsumschalter (E) des Gerätes
angegebenen Spannung übereinstimmen.

oVorsicht, dieses Gerät nicht in der
Badewanne, Dusche oder über einem
mit Wasser gefüllten Waschbecken
benutzen.
oGerät nicht in Wasser tauchen, nicht nass reinigen
und nicht mit nassen Händen benutzen.
oSchalten Sie das Gerät immer aus, bevor Sie es
weglegen, selbst wenn es nur für einen Augenblick
ist. Wenn der Haartrockner im Badezimmer
benützt wird ist es ratsame, ihn nach dem
Gebrauch auszustecken da die Nähe zu Wasser
eine Gefahr darstellt auch wenn das Gerät
ausgeschaltet ist.
oZur zusätzlichen Sicherung wird der Einbau einer
Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung mit einem
Nennwert für den Reststrom von max. 30 mA in
den Schaltkreis empfohlen, der das Badezimmer
versorgt. Wenden Sie sich dazu an einen
elektrischen Fachbetrieb in Ihrer Nähe.
oHalten Sie das Gerät ausser Reichweite von Kinder
unter 8 Jahren.
oKinder dürfen mit dem Gerät nicht spielen.
oAchten Sie darauf, dass die Luftansaugöffnungen
nicht durch Haare oder Finger verdeckt werden
bzw. sich Fussel oder kleine Haare festsetzen.

oDas Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden,
wenn das Anschlusskabel beschädigt ist oder am
Gerät sichtbare Schäden entstanden sind. In einem
solchen Fall wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren
Kundendienst.
oBei Überhitzung - zum Beispiel durch Verdecken
der Luftansaugöffnungen - schaltet der
Haartrockner automatisch ab, ist jedoch nach
kurzer Abkühlzeit wieder betriebsbereit.
oBei Zweckentfremdung oder falscher Bedienung
kann keine Haftung für eventuelle Schäden
übernommen werden.

BEDIENUNG
oDas Gerät ist mit einem 3-Stufen Schalter ausgestattet:
0 = Aus
1 = 600 Watt, mittlere Warmluftstufe, sanfter Luftstrom
2 = 1200 Watt, hohe Warmluftstufe, kräftiger Luftstrom
SPANNUNGSUMSCHALTER
oNetzspannung prüfen. Die Netzspannung muss mit der auf dem
Spannungsumschalter (E) des Gerätes angegebenen Spannung übereinstimmen. Je
nach vorhandener Netzspannung kann das Gerät, mit Hilfe eines Geldstückes auf 230
Volt oder 120 Volt umgeschaltet werden.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
oNetzstecker ziehen und Gerät abkühlen lassen. Den Haartrockner niemals in Wasser
tauchen, sondern nur mit einem trockenen, fusselfreien Tuch abreiben. Luftfilter
entfernen und Luftansaugöffnung regelmässig mit einer weichen Bürste reinigen.
ENTSORGUNG
oZur ordnungsgemässen Entsorgung geben Sie das Gerät bitte an einen Händler, den
Kundendienst oder Rotel AG zurück.
oDie Richtlinie 2012/19/EU über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte (WEEE) legt fest,
dass Haushaltsgeräte nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden dürfen.
Altgeräte sind getrennt zu sammeln, um einerseits Wiederverwertung und Recycling
zu optimieren und andererseits potenzielle Gesundheits- und Umweltgefahren zu
verhindern. Die durchgestrichene Mülltonne erscheint auf allen Produkten, um die
Besitzer an ihre Verpflichtung zur Mülltrennung zu erinnern. Für weitere
Informationen zur fachgerechten Entsorgung von Haushaltsgeräten setzen Sie sich
bitte mit ihren lokalen Behörden oder dem Händler in Verbindung.

oNe jamais laisser votre appareil devenir humide
(éclaboussures par exemple) et ne pas l’utiliser
avec des mains humides.
oArrêter toujours le sèche-cheveux après utilisation,
même si ce n’est que pour un instant. Si l’on utilise
le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bains, il est
conseillé de le débrancher à l’issue de l’utilisation,
car la proximité vis-à-vis de l’eau constitue un
danger même si l’appareil est éteint.
oPour une protection supplémentaire, l’installation
d’un dispositif différentiel résiduel (DDR) avec un
courant de fonctionnement régulé n’excédant pas
30 mA est recommandée dans le circuit électrique
approvisionnant la salle de bains. Veuillez
consulter votre électricien local.
oMaintenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants
âgés de moins de 8 ans.

refroidissement, l’appareil se remettrait en marche

UTILISATION
oL’appareil est équipé d’un interrupteur avec 3 vitesses:
0 = Arrêt
1 = 600 Watt, Chaleur moyenne, ventilation moyenne
2 = 1200 Watt, Chaleur forte, ventilation forte
COMMUTATION DU TENSION
oVérifier la tension. La tension indiquée sur le commutateur (E) de l’appareil doit

électriques et électroniques (DEEE), les appareils électroménagers ne doivent pas
être éliminés avec les déchets solides urbains normaux. Les appareils hors d’usage
doivent être collectés séparément pour optimiser le coût de réutilisation et de
recyclage des matériaux contenus dans la machine tout en évitant les risques
potentiels pour la santé publique et l’environnement. Le symbole de poubelle barrée
figure sur tous les produits pour rappeler à leur propriétaire les obligations de tri
sélectif des déchets. Pour de plus amples informations sur la mise au rebut correcte

UTILIZZAZIONE
oL’apparecchio è fornito di un interruttore con 3 velocità:
0 = Spento
1 = 600 Watt, aria tiepida, flusso d’aria dolce
2 = 1200 Watt, aria calda, flusso d’aria forte
COMMUTAZIONE DELLA TENSIONE

POLITURA
oEstrarre la spina e lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio. Non immergere mai
l’apparecchio in acqua, pulirlo solo con un panno asciutto. Di tanto in tanto,
rimuovete la polvere e i capelli dal filtro dell’aria d’entrata d’aria.

inlet grill is covered), it will switch off
automatically. The hair dryer will be ready for use
again soon after, once it has cooled down.

HOW TO USE YOUR HAIR DRYER
oThe appliance has a switch with 3 settings:
0 = Off
1 = 600 watts, medium warm air setting, gentle flow of air
2 = 1200 watts, high warm air setting, powerful flow of air
VOLTAGE SELECTION SWITCH
oCheck the mains voltage. The mains voltage must be the same as the voltage specified
on the appliance's power switch (E). The appliance can be changed to 230 volts or
120 volts, depending on the mains voltage, with the help of a coin.
CLEANING AND CARE
oPull the plug out and let the appliance cool down. Never immerse the hair dryer in
water, simply wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth. Remove the air filter and clean the air
inlet grill regularly with a soft brush.
DISPOSAL
oFor proper disposal, please return device to a retailer, a service agent or Rotel AG.
oEuropean Directive 2012/19/EC concerning Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) states that household appliances should not be disposed of using
the normal solid urban waste cycle. Exhausted appliances should be collected
separately in order to optimise the cost of re-using and recycling materials comprising
the machine, while preventing potential damage to public health and the
environment. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol appears on all products to remind
owners of the obligations regarding separate waste collection. Owners should
contact their local authorities or appliance dealers for further information concerning

Garantiezeit versagen sollte. Wir beseitigen alle Mängel, die auf Material- oder Fabrikationsfehlern beruhen. Die
Garantieleistung erfolgt durch Instandsetzung oder Austausch mangelhafter Teile nach unserer Wahl. Eine Garantieleistung

eingesandt wird (siehe Adresse unten). Rücksendungen sollen in der Originalverpackung erfolgen. Transportkosten gehen zu

oWarranty commitment
We commit ourselves to repair this device free of charge, should a failure occur within the period of warranty despite proper
handling. We repair all defects caused by material or manufacturing faults. The guarantee will be fulfilled either by repairing
the device or replacing the defective parts, according to our judgement. A warranty does not cover damages due to wearing
parts, damages and defects caused by improper handling or maintenance (such as limescale and commercial use). It will only
be granted if either the warranty card stating date of purchase, dealer's stamp and signature, or the purchase receipt is sent
with the device to the relevant after-sales service (see address below). Devices shall be returned in their original packaging.
Transport costs are to be borne by the purchaser. Remember to specify your address to your sending, as well as a short
declaration about the failure, shall the defect not be obvious.
