AUTO-PUMP,SYSTEM
1. Put the hose clamp overthe end of the auto-pump drainage hose bysqueezing the 2 tabs of the clamptogether, this willopen the clampto slide ontothe hose.
2. Push the drainage hose over the auto-pump drainage outlet.
3. Push the hose clampover the outletto secure the hose.
4. Put the drainingend of the hose over anysuitable area where watercan be emptied:a sink,drain or window. Besure the water flows awayfrom the buildingor anyother
objects that could be damaged.
Note: The draining hose mustnot be put more than 10feet above the floor onwhichthe unitis standing.
AUTO-PUMP,SYSTEM Electricalplug

AUTO-PUMP SYSTEM
1.Putthehoseclampovertheendoftheauto-pumpdrainagehosebysqueezingthe2

2.Pushthe drainagehoseovertheauto-pumpdrainageoutlet.
3.Pushthe hoseclampovertheoutletto securethe hose.
4.Putthedrainingendofthe hoseoveranysuitableareawherewatercanbeemptied:
asink,drainorwindow.Besurethewaterflowsawayfromthebuildingor anyother
objectsthat couldbedamaged.
Note: Thedraininghosemustnotbe putmorethan 10feetabovetheflooronwhichthe
unitisstanding.
MANUALDRAINING
1.Takeouttherubberstopperonthemanualdrainhoseoutlet.
2.Positionthe manualdrainoutletdirectlyaboveafloor drainif possible.If not,usea 1/2-inchdiameterhosetodrain intoaplacelowerthantheunit.
Installing1/2-inchdiameterhose:
If thereisa steelor plastictip on you1/2-inchdiameterhose,it shouldbe removed.
1.Puta11/16-inchdiameterhoseclampoverthehose
2.Then,pushthehoseoverthe manualdrainoutlet.
3. Pushtheclampoverthe outletto securethehose
4. Putthedrainingendof thehoseoveradrainor suitableplaceforwaterto empty
Nete: Manualdrainhoseand 11/16-inchhoseclampnotincluded.

Thepowerbuttonturnsonandoff.Whenyoupressthebutton,theunitbeginstooperateandthelightwillilluminate.
Humidity

Thehumidityfunctionwillallowyoutosetthedesiredlevelof humidityyouwouldlikefortheroom.Tosetit,usethe"-" or "+" buttontosetyourdesiredlevel.Theunitwillturnonautomatically
whentheroomhumidityishigherthantheselectedlevel.
Thehumiditylevelmaybesetbetweenlevel30-80.Theoperationaltemperatureforthisunitisbetween40°Fand95°E ifthetemperatureoftheroomfallsbelow40°F,theunitwillstop.This
helpstoprotectthecompressorinsidetheunit.
Note:Theselectedhumiditymayvary+,- 5%
Fan Speed
Pressthefanbuttontochangethefanspeed.
Defrost Light
If iceformsontheinternalcoils,thedefrostlightwilllightup.Thedehumidifierwillautomaticallygointoautodefrostmode.Thedefrostinglightwillremainonuntildefrostingiscomplete.Oncethe
defrostingiscomplete,theunitwilloperateagain.
Water Light
ifforanyreasonthewaterisrestrictedfromexitingtheunit,thewaterlightwillbelit. Reviewthetroubleshootingsectionofthismanualforpossiblesolutions.

Warning:Always unplugthe unitfrom the wall outlet before cleanin!!
If thefilterisdirty,aircirculationiscompromisedandtheefficiencyof thedehumidifierdecreases.
Werecommendcleaningthe filterapproximatelyeverything3 months,or whenconditionsmakeitnecessary.
Thisunitisequippedwithawashablefilter. Followthe instructionsbelowto removeandcleanit.
(:leaning the Air Filter
1.Onthebackoftheunit,removethe filtergrille bygentlypullingthehandletowardsyourselflThenpulloutthefilter.
2. if thefilterisverydirty,washinwarmwater.Youcanalsogentlyuseavacuumcleanerto removethedustthat hascollected.
3.Allowfilterto drycompletely,theninsertbackintothe backof thedehumidifier.
4.Slidethefiltergrillebackontothe backof theunit.
Storage
Thedehumidifiershouldbedrainedbeforelongtermstorage.
1.Turnoff andunplugthedehumidifier.
2. Drainanyremainingwaterinthe unitthroughthe manualdrainoutlet. ( seemanualdrainingsectionfordetails)
3.Wrapthehoseand/or plugaroundthe storagehooksonthe backof theunit.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Theunit doesnot work,

4, Thepowerwas shutoff and automaticallyturned back on,
